Reasoning why they deserve this - So as DWs Senior Director he has been there to lend advice to the Division in many areas of the community. Definitely goes above and beyond for the divisions hes over. So I feel hes very deserving of the recognition an this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this Gary goes above for DW as a director the same way he did as our div leader. Gary's always there to lend a hand, give advice, hangout an just chill with us. An honestly it's great to have Gmoney back with us.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Havoc what more can you say about him that hasn't been said. Havoc goes above an beyond for his members as well as the departments hes over. He has his hand in multiple cookie jars but his main focus has been the same since he came in was the members of DW. He helps everyone out with anything they need and he helps then find their why. That is why I feel he deserves this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - King is a one of a kind leader. The drive an knowledge he has is what's made him the success story he is today. He has this special way of making something that is dull an bleak into something that is shiny like a diamond. An the same thing as a founder he was a driving force behind DW an played the foundation but hes now in ES and hes making strives there an its definitely a big turn around.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Now to get to the one who could have General 2 times prior. An I'm glad on the third time he achieved it. As the General as Samurai hes been a driving force in turning the squad around. Hes in the trenches with his members an officers he is the definition of a true leader. An I cant wait to see what the future holds for him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Majesty joined KSI last year but definitely isn't new to officer positions an duties. Majesty is one of the best captains I've seen in a long time. Her drive as a officer is something that is admirable. The knowledge she puts out the strength she has shown in her roles an the integrity that she shows on a daily basis has went a long way to getting to where she's at now.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Alot like HellsKnight he was one of the only Paladin officers left but he did transfer to Hannibal an this is where hes came into his own as officer he has cane full circle as a officer. An the journey is just starting for him an I know he will go far places as a leader.

Reasoning why they deserve this - As a fellow AAP an now PO Specialist she was definitely highly recommended for the program. Ever since becoming a specialist she has been assigned to WD an she's been helping them out with workshops an also giving some of her personal ideas to them which they have been thinking of implementing. Definitely a good addition to the department an definitely looking to see what she does in the future.

Reasoning So when I first became the acting Gen of Paladin I had a few officers but HellsKnight stuck out definitely. He was a shy guy but as the time went by he has slowly come out his shell an is now the life of the party. Definitely a strong leader in DW an I can see him going far in KSI.
