He was fresh as can be and a rookie at everything and he wanted to be a offcier. So as we all mentored him to be a staff sergeant he started to learn the ropes of being a offcier and he knows his stuff now. So the reason he deserves the reward is,I feel like he’s under appciated in the squad when he does a lot and keeps me updated on the status of members who may or may not be active in the squad he does so good on going threw squad tags and training people up. He deserves to be recognized. -
