an award for best Swat/Slayer, Headhunter team, etc. do like a tourney (could be done in battle rights, maybe somthing sesonal like WW) monthly or yearly, winner gets, Best Swat Team award, or whatever team they are on. aslo to reduce the hassle of this, give to awards sepreated by division, not overall in KSI, the award can say best swat team, but every divison has their own best swat team.

All that templar has said about his Dedication To KSI and LS is true, i can join a party with him and sombody else will join with somthing that needs fixing, and ASAP templar finds a way. He has sacrificed alot of time, ive heard his mother yelling at him through his mic before and templar stayed put untill the KSI problem was solved, he is a very dedicated worker, and Devotes as much of his time as possible to KSI, Even if he dosent want to, He NEVER ghosts, he his allways appearing online when he is online, he is there and ready to solve any problem that arises. he looks out for everyone in LS.
