He helped me improved when I was just a wee LT and he continued to mentor and help and advise me. He may grind my gears at times and give me a hard time, but if he didn' care he wouldn't bother doing it. This man is the penacle of leadership and the man I aspire to surpass in my KSI career. I have tried as hard as I can to follow in his footsteps and mentor my lowers as he mentored me. Of all the people that deserve this award in WD, its Hawk. He always made an effort to attend Cyanide Squad meetings and even the occasional officers meeting. He made it a point to get acquainted with my squad as well as others via attending our gamenights and random bullPoop parties we hosted. This man is one of the many leaders I aspire to be in my career as an officer within KSI.
