KSIxToxicAce SSGT Division: Last strike (Squad: Impulse http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/43417-nasty-toxic/ I think that ace should be nominated for this award because in his first week of being a SGT he recruited 4 members and made sure that all of them got involved in the meeting and game nights plus he made sure that they were trained up appropriately by other members. He learnt the training structure which isn't not required for a SGT to know. He help me out on training my recruits and gave me pointers. He was then promoted after a week to an SSGT and is already trying to start up game nights and is still looking for new recruits. I've seen ace recruiting and he puts alot of effort and time into making each member involved in KSI. He is going above and beyond on making sure that his recruits are having fun and that they always have something to do in KSI, some of his recruits are already changing their gamertags because of this. He has quickly adapted the role of being an officer and has impressed other members in his squad.
