She's always there giving a helping hand. Recently she joined the welcoming committee and she has excelled at it. She is one of the most friendly and inviting people you will ever meet. When there's no official business going on she's just a gamer like the rest of us but if something comes up she is 100% professional and helpful. She's also reached out on the forums and posted several uplifting posts. This woman is quite literally everywhere helping KSI be a better place I'm really glad to have her in DM.

Kitty is one of those people that always goes above and beyond in everything she does in KSI. The facts are clearly there. I can only testify for the last year or so but when she was a captain and recruited me she definitely was a force to be reckoned with I was hesitant about joining KSI and she went above and beyond to show me and others the fun in KSI. After she became GEN she continued to lead by example never asking more from her people than what she would give. I remember when DM was switching over from Kik to discord and a lot of people were upset about it she went the extra mile and went around to everyone in the squad and explained the reason for switching over. That is the type of person and leader kitty is she will drop everything and take the time to explain things. Facts speak for themselves look at all the things she has done for DM and KSI as a whole. She joined T&E and is now head of it you don’t get that position without a lot of outstanding work. The fact is that under her leadership T&E and DM thrived doing better than it has in a really long time and that’s due to here determination to always go above and beyond in everything she does. Kitty also was a huge help in getting the CEP program going not only in DM but other divisions as well, for 5 weeks she hosted all the workshops stressing the importance of them so that we would do the same to our members. Without kitty’s hard work over the last year a lot of people including myself wouldn't be where we are today. She brought several ideas to DM that are still used till today including stats for all officers from SSGT- GEN this helps the officers know what they are lacking in and the Generals know the strengths and weaknesses of their officers. Kitty also implemented a DM wide policy of one recruit per officer to help make things easier for those that recruit a lot of people and it helped distribute the work evenly among the officers. As mentioned by other people she brought the AAP to DM she kept pushing it until she finally got her way we figured it was easier to give in (rightly so recognize those that deserved recognition) rather than argue with her. Her hard work and determination helped benefit DM and continues to do so her legacy is in tack so to speak and I believe that she truly deserves OS lvl2.

Leader - DM) Link to forums account: @KSI BadKitty 7 Kitty has been DM's leader for 6 months now and in that time under her leadership DM has continued to grow slow and steady and have that crucial stability which is what she has been preaching to us to make certain we don’t grow to fast and that we have the proper officer ratio. Kitty has taught me so much about being a good leader that it would take way to much time to type it all up. Every situation that comes up she uses as a teaching experience either for myself or for the 7's staff/general's. Her main concern day in and day out is making certain that DM is the best that it can be and she does that by leading by example. she’s always one of the first people to do the AAP’s or any div cup related things to make certain that DM continues to be one of the best divisions in KSI. He excelled at all of his responsibility’s as a co-fo and then some. Sometimes even sticking his nose into other squads business he wasn't over because he genuinely cares about everyone around him and always doing the right thing which is the KSI way. He kept looking for any and all ways to help out that we had no choice but to promote him up to founder a couple days ago he more than earned his promotion and with the amount of respect he has for DM and all of DM has for him he will continue to go above and beyond in helping DM grow and prosper. Every time he’s in the party hanging out with his squad he’s always asking how people are doing and how their day is going. Romeo goes above and beyond what is required of him as a General. Even though he is fairly new at the role of General it really doesn’t show this moth alone after his old squad split he took the new squad and they have been flourishing under his command he has done the best possible with the officers that are there when they can be it never phases him he says it is what it is and continues on he is there for the people in the squad and it truly shows. Romeo has one of the most important qualities that a leader can have and that is respect not only of everyone in his squad but also that of his fellow Generals and his entire 7's staff. Romeo truly deserves General of the month for all the effort he has poured into his squad and continues to do so. When he joins a party people naturally feel comfortable with him. He is a good example of someone that leads by example in everything that he does. His squad is getting ready for a split as I type this and he is the perfect choice to be General over the new squad. He has the respect of his peers and he obviously genuinely cares about all his fellow members. Over the last month especially it has been very stressful for him and his General having a few setbacks with the split but he Is finally ready to step into his own a become a General he has more than earned his promotion. Even though it took a little while for him to come out of his shell (it takes a bit to get to know the squad) this month alone he has really stepped it up getting to know his squad and hanging out with them to doing motivational quotes on discord to brighten up his fellow members days. I’m really happy to see all the progress he’s made as an officer this month and look forward to what he’s going to continue to do as he continues to excell. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI AWOL DM/DIscord/Sgt Link to forums account - @KSI AWOL Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI AWOL Awol is one of those laid back and chill members that everyone likes to hang out with. He always seems to have nothing but nice things to say about his fellow KSI members. As a member he always goes above and beyond to help out his fellow members and would make a really good officer ( wink wink) it’s his choice. But even without being an officer he helps out by being an all around great member hanging out with his fellow members and showing how much fun KSI is we could always use more members like Awol.

Trying to find a new game to play what do you think will be this summer's new hit must have game?

I can testify that Joe always knows the answer you can even ask him. All kidding aside since day one when I joined just over a year ago Joe has always been there when I had a question and was to lazy to look it up I could just ask Joe and he is and was always willing to awnser my questions as well as anyone else that had anyone had.

What can I say about kitty that hasn't already been said. I could write about how shes head of T&E or a very active moderator in the join/rejoin section or a part of HR but instead i will focus on the DM side of things. She is one of the hardest working people that I have ever known. From the day I met her when she was a captain to today as Div leader she never lets up. Kitty is always striving to find ways to improve not only herself but DM as a whole. Even though not every idea of hers works she's not afraid to keep trying new things constantly. She is always available day or night to answer any and all questions. As I've watched her rise through the ranks over the last year I've seen her constantly help out her fellow KSI members by sponsoring gamer tag changes on to many people to count and she has been their leading the charge by leading by example she doesn't ask anything from anyone that she wouldn't do herself. Kitty's leadership is a big reason why DM is doing so well lately and DM is finally back up at flagship status next stop armada. In my opinion kitty more than deserves this award because she truly is an outstanding member of KSI.

Over the last year I have known Joe as a captain a General and a co-fo and through it all he hasn't changed. When I first met Joe he was the guy that would always invite people to party's none stop that's the type of person he is. Joe has been called a father to a lot of people in DM not because he's recruited one hack of a lot of people but because he takes the time to listen to the people in his squad. Joe puts on several hats that of a friend, mentor, father, psychologist, guidance counselor and many more. Joe spends more time with his people than anyone else. Even though he has gone through so much IRL drama he never stops caring about his fellow KSI members and he more than deserves this award.

Member KSIxROMEO GEN/Venom @KSIxROMEO Romeo truly does deserve this award. In the last month he helped bring his squad to a split. After the split Romeo took the split as GEN of the new squad venom he has taken off running. Within a weeks time they transferred everyone over but a small hand full. Even though he's only been a General for a little over a week one can't tell he acts like he's been leading his squad like he's been doing it for months. Romeo is a natural born leader and he always goes above and beyond to make certain everything runs smoothly in his squad.

KSI BadKitty 7 Div leader @KSI BadKitty 7 KSI BadKitty 7 has continued to impress me month after month. She is always helping out in any ways she can. Whenever I have a problem come up that requires her attention she always does the best thing possible for DM. She has taught me that everything we go through no matter how much drama is involved can be a learning experience. Kitty always does what she thinks is best for DM even if it might not be the popular choice she does what she can do even if she appears to be the villain sometimes but people realize that there is a reason why she pushes recruiting and the AAP's and everything else it’s for the betterment of DM. Kitty isn’t satisfied with just a sustainable division she wants it to continue to grow and prosper which under her leadership it has done just that. She is a great leader that makes all the tough decisions and continues to do all that she can for DM and has the respect of DM. KSI Blood GEN @KSI Bl00d KSI Blood has continued to impress me on a daily basis. Blood is always hanging out with not only his squad but other ones trying to help out all over his fellow KSI members. He always leads by example whether it’s bringing in recruits hosting and posting his game nights and doing training and promotions. All while delegating responsibility to his officer's so that they can learn and grow as officers. Blood has the respect of the whole division which is important for the betterment of his squad and for DM as a whole. KSIxROMEO Captain @KSIxROMEO KSIxROMEO has continued to impress me at his dedication to his squad. I remember back when he was a fresh recruit he was really almost shy like most of us but over the last few months he has completely come out of his shell and stepped up to help his squad. He was recently promoted up to the well deserved rank of captain. He isn’t afraid to voice his opinion and helps his General out any way that he can without complaint. Even though their squad is short on officers he has continued to keep on keeping on. Even when he’s at work he gets on the app and hangs out and talks to his squad. Romeo is dedicated to bettering not only himself but also fellow squad mates. He like the others that I have nominated has the most important quality that is needed in my opinion to be a good leader and that is respect from his peers. KSI DemonicFox LT @KSI DemonicFox KSI DemonicFox is one of those officers that pleasantly surprised me by not only stepping up and becoming an officer but truly excelling at everything that he does. He is always leading by example helping to train up the SSGT’s, always hosting game nights doing everything asked of him but not stopping there he goes above and beyond to help out his squad. Even though he hasn’t been an officer for very long he already has the respect of his fellow officers and squad. I look forward to seeing how far he will go in KSI. KSI Joe 7 Member @KSI Joe 7 KSI Joe 7 recently took over a squad that was struggling and turned it around completely. In a few short weeks time he managed to remove all inactive members and continually grow in numbers. The only problem with his squad is the shortage of officers which is no fault of his own. Everything else he is running smoothly game night activity is through the roof and he has to split his squad meeting in to two different parties. With Joe you can tell that he truly cares about those in his squad and takes the time and a lot of effort in showing people the fun in being in KSI and is doing everything that he can to get more people to step up and give back to KSI by becoming an officer. Joe has the respect of all the people in DM people are comfortable with Joe they don’t mind giving him a hard time and joking around with him which is really what KSI is all about having fun and gaming.

Member spotlight KSIxROMEO DM/captain/cruelty @KSIxROMEO KSI Romeo got a well deserved promotion to captain this month, due to his hard work and determination. Romeo and his fellow officers even though they are short handed they still have been steadily growing in numbers and keeping the members happy and active. Romeo has a very busy work schedule but recently he has found out that he can connect with parties via the app while at work to be with his squad more often. Romeo is very dedicated to his squad does everything in his power to go above and beyond to help his fellow KSI members out. 7 spotlight KSI BadKitty 7 DM/DIV Leader @KSI BadKitty 7 KSI BadKitty 7 has continued to help lead DM into being a successful division. Under her leadership DM has continued to grow in numbers and is getting close to flagship status. She has continued to do this by leading by example she never asks anything of others that she wouldn't do herself. She has been hosting game nights including a DIV wide one to help bring DM together as a whole. Kitty is always busy trying to improve upon DM. She truly deserves to be the spotlight of the month.

He is always organizing his officer's making certain that they are always staying on task and having an all around fun time. He is always looking for fun new ways to keep his squad active. Blood is always going the extra mile for his fellow KSI members always taking the time to get to know them doesn't matter if they've been in KSI for a day or a decade. Blood has earned the respect of his officer’s and of all the members of not only his squad but also many from the other squads and the respect of the 7's staff especially this one for all that he does for his fellow KSI members. I am lucky to have her here to learn from. Day in and day out I have no idea how she makes time for clan ops and web ops not to mention real life. She must be part cat having 9 lives and using several of them at once just to get everything done. Even though in real life she is getting extremely busy with work she is always there when a situation arises that requires her attention she’s always there at a moment's notice. One of the hardest things for her to do is let others help her because if she sees something that needs to be done she just does it her work ethic is through the roof. One good thing that comes from her taking a small step back ( even though she’s always watching) is that it has given the rest of her 7's staff a chance to prove to her that we can help her out more and that when she gets promoted up some day DM will be able to not only function but thrive with all the knowledge she has passed down. Kitty is always coming up with new ways to help improve DM. She's always out there promoting and encouraging everyone to do the AAP'S and T&E. While doing all of this she still finds time to just hang out with the members and play games (a lot of headshot montages out there) all while being extremely good at games she's always humble. One of her best traits is that she always leads by example never asking more of others than of herself which is a good thing because us mere mortals couldn't keep up with the Cat Goddess.
