Grimshot was the gen over defiant during my climb as an officer and he was always very approachable to any questions i had, he taught me the forums, rank structure and how to handle conflicts in unbiased ways and to just be a great leader overall, hes a true role model and i cant think of anyone i would rather go to with an issue. Hes a mentor and i would not have the knowledge to be a great 7 if this man didnt teach me most of what i know. Plus Theres too much to even explain to you all how much i have learned from grimshot

He has helped guide me in the right direction (and like any good leader) allowed me to make my own decisions and mistakes so that i may learn and grow in the right direction. He was and still is a vital part in my success and continued success as a leader and a 7 in KSI. I turn to him for answers and guidance and he has never turned me down, this division owes alot to this man because he has never given up on us. He stepped down a while back for alot of personal reasons that i completely understand and he wasnt looking to move up the ranks again. But low and behold the div needed leaders and he stepped back up and helped lead this div to the top. He deserves this award and i feel more then obligated to help him achieve this

Her attention to detail and extensive record keeping and list compiling is insanity! She is a clerical try hard with a keen eye for observing and leading the other officers in the right direction, she does everything shes asked and even goes beyond that by doing more then i ever expect her to do. Shes reinvented and revived some gamenight ideas and has the passion to bring happiness and meaning to everyone who joins KSI, truly a captain of the month and a leader in KSI Lieutenant OTM Gamertag: KSI WyteH4mmer Link: @Wyteh4mmer Wyte has shown so much dedication to being the best officer he can, going thru a massive dry streak with officer potential has only shown me the true potential i already have in my staff and wyte is without a doubt one of those prime officers. He has taken so much of his personal time just to make sure our very large squad gets the attention it needs and stil finds time to recruit more members! Hes a one man wrecking ball crew and i can always rely on his eagerness, confidence and motivational attitude when i need a job done. He will be a future leader in KSI i have no doubts about it. Since day one of joining KSI hes been involved in gamenights, workshops and meetings, eager to host them all. He has always been the go to guy in EO for recruits to officers, always having all kinds of ppl in his parties because everyone knows its going to be a good time. Also holding the recruit tag hes diligent and professional keeping it cleaned up constantly and staying in contact with every squad to ensure it stays that way. The efficiency for pvt training has no doubt increased since he became holder of the tag and alot of that has to do with the way ppl react to this man. They expect the best and he gives it to them.

Guyy This guy was my mentor and my reason for first being an officer and now running my own squad.. He never gave up on any situation, he always believed there was a way to remedy or fix a problem so that it comes out being a positive thing! He doesnt take BS and expects results while still having a laugh with u and keeping it professional. His squad interaction was unmatched by anyone at the officer level, he always had huge parties whenever he was online and everyone revolved around him because they knew it was gonna be a good time. Defiant was a tight bunch and everyone knew each other because of this guy and thats something we all can look up to. He constantly worked with ronin to revise and improve our divs officer notes and expectations and because of that we had an ironclad reference guide that was very valuable. He will always be my go to for things and im very glad hes a part of my KSI journey

Grimshot Grim has always been a great teacher and it shows in his work, he has worked with some of the EO giants that took there place in upper leadership (KSI Skarzx 77, KSI Guyy 77). He never takes no for an answer, he sees right thru the BS and calls it how it is which makes him a great judge of character and someone i personally have a lot of respect for. Making my way thru the ranks in defiant when he was gen i always tried to do my best so that grim would be proud of his staff and myself, having someone who encourages you and rewards you for the work you have done is a must in a great leader and grim was just that, a great leader. Hes now in div management and deserves every promotion he gets! He took a dying squad like defiant last year and brought it to life. That alone says it all with how much work he puts in

KSI Guyy has been my mentor since the first day he recruited me and included me in everything KSI related, he believed i could make a change for the squad by being an officer and at that time EO was suffering pretty bad. I followed him thru multiple promotions leading to me being a general of my own squad in a division that has rose to the top of the ranks in KSI due to alot of the work guyy has put in for the betterment of this division. He always answered every question i ever had and pushed me to learn on my own so that i could be a proper leader. He is without a doubt my mentor

Aphro always fills in the blanks for the squad and is always there to help make things run smoothly, picking up workshops, squad meetings and gamenights when no one was able to do it; even at the last minute. He takes his work seriously and ive never known him to complain about anything I have ever asked him to do because he knows the squad needs it and is counting on him to succeed. Aphro trains officers and even does a good amount of recruiting, all in all he is extremely well rounded and never settles for average! Ronin has always shown an interest in all the officers progression In KSI. He originally took interest in me becoming an officer and paid for my name change up front because he knew I would bring something good to the squad and help it's growth. From then on he taught me How To be more assertive in my decisions as an officer and to be more organized in my time management with the squad. He was my mentor and will bring many more positives to KSI

Through poaching incidents and complete lockdowns due to ex members being blacklisted and joining .Com he always put his division first by teaching us efficient ways to handle every single thing that comes our way.. We are stronger as a division because of his selflessness to be an acting general in times of need when we had no squad leadership. We were suffocating as a division when i first joined KSI and he Was The person who came to me and said he knew I would make a great officer, That i had the ability To Help change EO for the better. I am now the General of Volatile because Ronin believed in me and payed for my name change to get to SGT. He sees potential in people and always finds a way to tap into that.. He has always taken the time to mentor specific people (KSI Guyy Gen of Defiant and KSI Techz Gen of predator) he knows can go above and beyond for the division and even takes time to play with people he doesn't even need to be in contact with. He deserves this award not only for the years of dedication he has shown to KSI but the will to mold a dying division that Was The smallest in KSI at the beginning Of The year into one that has now more than doubled in size. WD is lucky to have him now and you will continue to see the results this man brings

Hes not afraid to promote fresh new ideas to get people interested or to just better the squad in general. Hes always been the go to captain in Defiant of late and its his sociability and structure that gives him his ability to be there for people and still help run the squad. I highly recommend him for captain otm not only because he deserves it but because he will never slack at his duties and he will never turn down a challenge, he learns extremely fast and adapts to every situation thrown at him and as a fellow captain i commend and respect him greatly. Skarzx will be leading his own squad in no time and i expect great things from him

Gamerscore hoarder: yes Outstanding service level 1: Ronin has always put his division first and given the attention each squad needs specifically based off their own strengths and weaknesses. He was acting general for TALON to ensure everything was done properly and efficiently even though it took away from any personal time he may have had.. He will always be the reason EO is what it is today and the reason we have all looked up to his leadership. Keeps us all on our toes with jokes and discipline (which is an interesting mix) but it has always worked in times of stress and success. Ronin is truly the rock of EO and i am more than glad to have him running things because i know we will always be pointed in the right direction while he is in charge. He is truly passionate about making sure we are a successful division and even takes the time to interact with everyone regardless of rank from time to time. I can not think of anyone better for this reward because no one out there has done their job better than ronin

The guys a true leader when it comes to teaching, putting people in check and making sure the division is where it needs to be. He always has so much on his plate and yet he still can find time to be a friend and have some laughs. Through the entire time i have been in KSI i have never seen him slack one day or lose his temper or demeanour to the point of being emotionally compromised or unproductive.. To try and fill their shoes i have found it to be extremely diffucult because they all bring their own passion and leadership to this squad and division.
