She has encouraged us to go forward and not let hardships define what we can be. I know when I had questions about where we were going she always encouraged me to talk to her. At one point she was not only director but acting div leader, acting cofo and even acting Gen over one of our squads. Besides this she also was running news and marketing. We are very lucky to have a div leader who gives so much to our division Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI LONEWOLF684 (Gen - ES/ Succubus) Link to forums account - @KSI LONEWOLF684 Reasoning why they deserve this - As the Gen of Succubus I always had Lonewolf right there helping me run the squad. I never had to ask him to do anything, he already had it done. I know, now that he has been promoted to Gen, he will make a great one even though he has a lot of challenges ahead of him. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI PAT2909 (LT - ES/SUCCUBUS) Link to forums account - @KSI PAT2909 Reasoning why they deserve this - Pat is always looking to see what else he can do. You ask him to run a gamenight, he schedules two. Ask for security checks to be done he has them done. He talked up one of our ex officers and now that person is stepping up to an officer spot again. He is very friend;y with the squad and I expect to see great things from him in the future SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Oddba11 (SGT - ES/SUCCUBUS) Link to forums account - @KSI OddBa11 Reasoning why they deserve this - Oddball was responsible for putting together 2 teams for ES in Spring breaks MW. He was constantly reaching out to members of the division and putting together practices. He is a very enthusiastic member and cohosted a Nintendo game night, where members of the division hung out on live and played on their Switches. He is interested in stepping up to be an officer again and I hope to see lots of new and innivative ideas like that from him in the future

Director: KSI TexAngel 7 @KSI TexAngel 77 Tex is extremely approachable. I know when I have a question as a new Gen, she is there to answer and clarify things. Once when I was clarifying a policy she heard me out and gave me leeway to implement the policy in way I felt made more sense. It makes a big difference when you have leaders that hear and listen to what you bring to them and that you even have access to bring those thing to them Division Leader: KSI Hatter 77 @Hatter 77 KSI Hatter 77 pulled us from a failing division up to winning Div cup. She spurred us to participate in KSI activities like SYTYCW & WW among others. The division became a family and when Succubus lost it's beloved gen, she helped pick up the pieces and helped us to move forward. General: KSI Squeek 7/Madame Squeek @Squeek 7 KSI Squeek 7 was a great gen. she pulled the squad together and was loved by the whole squad. She inspired the members to get involved and had a way of telling it like it is without feelings getting hurt. She messaged all the members in the squad individually and could tell you anything about any of them and what their situation was. Captain: KSI Pathfinder @KSI Pathfinder Pathfinder has a way of cutting to the chase and seeing the "real" issues. Sometimes we get so caught up in the details of thing we miss the overall problem. He is also not afraid to stand up for what he believes is right. Lieutenant: KSI Lonewolf684 @KSI LONEWOLF684 Lonewolf is a great officer who you never have to repeat any instruction and often takes on things he doesn't have too. In the last year I have seen a very shy man come out of his shell enough to bring in a few recruits and encourage them to become officers. SGT: KSI Calico @tiredCalico Calico is one of our most active members in Succubus. She comes to almost any activity we host ( except Karaoke!) She has co-hosted game nights and even rounded up squad mates to get an impromptu Monster hunter and Ark game nights together. She is always willing to help members that are not as high a level as she is and as such embodies "A KSI member never leaves another KSI member behind"!

Division Leader KSI Hatter 77 - Div Lead - ES Link to forums account - @Hatter 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Hatter is always encouraging the officers in the division to make the Div and their squads great. She helps by giving us specifics. She also makes sure we aren't set up to fail, making sure we have the support to do our jobs. She doesn't dwell on the mistakes just points them out and indicates where we go forward. Gen KSI Squeek 7 - Gen - Succubus- ES Link to forums account - @Squeek 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Squeek loves her squad. She stays on top of what they do and who they hang out with, She messages each one individually and can tell you something personal about each of them. The squad loves her and respects her as well. She pulls people out of their cocoons and gently encourages them to be more. She will be brutally honest with you but in such a way that you realize she is right and makes you want to do better. Captain KSI Pathfinder - 3CPT - Succubus ES LInk to forums account - @KSI Pathfinder Reasoning why they deserve this: This is the first time I can actually nominate Pathfinder for Captain, even though he's been helping me with Captain duties for months. He's always there for the squad, and always looking to make the squad better. He has been helping to train our LTs since they were SSGTs. He has been very helpful to me since he reads people better than I do. He gives me another perspective that helps me do my job better and is not afraid to disagree with me and tell me where I could do better, respectfully of course/. LT KSI LONEWOLF864- 2LT - Succubus ES LInk to forums account - @KSIXxCODxX Reasoning why they deserve this: Since he became an officer Lonewolf has stepped up and kept stepping up. As a SSGT he took over managing security checks and immediately did a great job. One of the things I really liked was that he wasn't afraid to remind even the higher level officers that they needed to do their assignments. Even though he has a tough time getting people to his game nights because his time zone is so much earlier, he doesn;t give up. Member KSIBlueDragon30 - SGT - Succubus ES @Sarah Bluedragon is a warm person. She is always inviting to other members of the squad. When she greets you it is genuine and makes you feel special. She is one of the very few members that invite officers into their party rather then the other way around.

LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Pathfinder (1LT - SUCCUBUS - ES) Link to forums account - @KSI Pathfinder Reasoning why they deserve this - I have to keep reminding myself that Pathfinder is an LT and not a CPT. You never have to ask him twice to do something. He has taken on jobs that normally a captain would do. Such as putting together the squad schedules. He has been a great help to me as the only captain in the squad, and although I did this job by myself at one point I would never want to do it again without the help of an officer like him. He also is not afraid to give his opinion but not force it on you. It is really helpful to see other points of view and he will give you his, but in a way like "Have you thought about it this way...?" and not in the "Well this is the way I think it should happen!" way. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI LONEWOLF684 Link to forums account - @KSIXxCODxX Reasoning why they deserve this - Lonewolf had been part of succubus for a while now but wanted to be an officer but was shy and not sure of himself. After he was taught to do security checks he went and did more than he was asked to do. Even covering for other officers. He has been awesome in this regard. He is also working very hard on the being shy part and I know the officer staff is thrilled to see him make the steps in that direction. He deserves this award for stepping out of his comfort zone to help the squad in its time of need.
