Arc deserves this reward because he always helps people out when needed. He makes a great division leader and a good mentor for everybody.

Since I've been in KSI I've always saw KSI EXODUS 7 be an outstanding leader and co-division leader he's helpful, respectful and knows how to handle any situation thrown at him. He's an excellent role model and is an idol to lower ranking members on how a KSI member should act and be.

He's always acted as a mentor to me and would never ignore my messages or party invites unless he was in a meeting. Never had any problems or concerns with him he never let anyone down or started un-needed problems with people. I have no doubt he'll become a director someday. He's my role model and I hope that when I make co-founder one day I'll be as good as him he's always been headstrong and never let anything stop him from achieving his goal.
