Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI FuzzyMeep 7 Link to forums account - @I am FuzzyMeep™ Reasoning why they deserve this - Due to recent events I believe Fuzzy has more than earned this this months OTM for Senior Leader, His position entails a lot enabling him a lot of room to fail but equal amount of room to succeed and he has more then succeeded in his position in my eyes. From his Forums staff position of simply keeping our Dept. Web. and Clan Ops Forums consistently upto date.. As Well as the most dominating trait of his leadership style is his ability to remain level headed and be there for his members in a community of over two thousand members it is no easy task. I as a very strongly opinionated person myself have disagreed with many things throughout this community. However Fuzzy has always had an open door to be able to speak on these matters an entertain other opinions and help come to a common ground. As a Co-Div he juggles his normal duties flawlessly even though his life has gotten a bit busier as of late, as well as going below himself to help us Co-Founders out by assisting in managing the squads even completely overseeing Vendetta as me and the other Co-Founder Juggle the other five squads two of which are General-less. His party and DM's are always open for venting frustrations questions and more something I typically do not take enough advantage of it would probably keep me out of alot of trouble. However every time I find myself at the end of my rope. Since taking on the Founder role he has elevated what is expected of himself and hasn't broken a sweat doing so. Bringing us in EO weekly stats on the recruit tag, pushing for us to move to a recruit club. Also, in my opinion the most important and valuable thing he does as the Founder of this division is his will to motivate officers whether it be putting out rewards or simply pushing his members to more for themselves and this community. He has overcome every obstacle this division, his life, his squad, and KSI has put in front of him and comes out that much better of a leader for it. As a Guyy who prides himself in knowing “everything” (Its a problem I know) If i ever do stumble upon something I'm confused about dont understand or simply just don't know. I know I can count on him to be a valuable asset in either having the answer or knowing where to procure said answer. Since stepping into the Co-Founder role this Division has taken to him like glue even with his F**k Off attitude everyone seems to love and always has a great time around him. He has recently been handed a squad as acting General something I know a little about its no easy task cleaning up someone else’s mess. In such a short amount of time how he has turned the squad to at least be looking in the right direction by my standard (Which isn't easy to appease) is incredible. However this is about BootyMonk, once I got a closer look into Predator I found a fire raging within this squad a fire that was hungry for more and unquenchable thirst to keep this squad alive and KSI BooyahMonk was that Fire Raging within. He has and I hope continues to fight tooth and nail to keep this squad afloat which may I add is no easy task for a man in his position he has a very full home life let alone giving us every spare minute he has which is more then I can ask from anyone. She is very adamant and determined to get where she wants to go something I once saw in myself. He has been a rock in the news team since he has joined once he was here he wasted no time finding his place and making an imprint in that place. His articles are consistent and very well written. I has a news head have come to appreciate the consistency of members as it seems to be an impossible trait to find within the Depts. Even I myself falter in this category I'm very excited to see what he has to offer the News team in the future and what we can offer him

As requested you prefer suggestions or controversial topics. As a Guyy who has come up in the Clan-Ops side of things and has watched, assisted, built and torn down squads all in the name of growth. I've found that our standard for Officer Ratio and the required Officers for a squad split to be over the top. In my opinion, 3-4 Solid officers can manage a squad of nearly 100. It would take a lot of discussion and research to change said rule but I feel the ratio would be easier on us as divisions and more supportive of growth around the 1/15 or maybe 1/20 mark and squad splitting around 8-10 officers rather than the full 12. I've always made the statement to my members One Person can Build and split a squad single handedly if they have the time and are willing to put forth the effort however this may not be exactly healthy you get the idea Thoughts? Another question that has recently come to the table, Is it still relevant to require new members to have 20 friends on their Friends List with the new system that is the Xbox not having to be mutually added. Presuming the 20 Friends is to instill security in recruiting tempting off people trying to cheat the system however it would take a lot of 2 minutes to find a club on Xbox One and add 20 people.

Not to even mention the countless amount of recruitment he has assisted others in under they simply needed help unique situations helping people get recruits it could go on forever Now I couldn't find a whole lot of information on this particular award and as Skarzx is a Founder over me. Its about time this guy was nominated for OS as every rank he has held within the community he has well surpassed its previous owners. As a SGT he set a prime example of what a SGT was flawlessly attending and helping host event to being one of EO's top recruiters, to just gaming daily with his squad and for those of us in clan ops we know how rare that can be these days As a SSGT the amount of knowledge and level of professionalism he strove to achieve in just a short amount of time (2 weeks) was outstanding I would get online everyday and this man would already be crushing it, Id speak on how quickly he picked all the training and promotion process but that is not what we are here for we want to know what sets him above the rest. His dealing with problems well that a SSGT had no business dealing with. I would here of the situation and go to lend a hand or correct has Ive had to many times in the past with previous SSGTs taking more than they could handle but I was shell shocked countless times by how profoundly well he conducted himself in these situations and how well they were resolved.He has and I hope always will maintain the attitude of setting the bar for the next person in line that much higher and in some cases almost of out reach for what it would seem for most, I've seen a lot of SSGTs come through the halls of EO and Skarzx by far was the best I have ever seen hold that rank. As a LT I've only seen one other person recruit the was he has this encompasses all ranks but I think it holds the most water in this said rank as the sheer mass amount and quality of members a lot of which can still be found through out all of our squads today. Let alone again how quickly and effectively he did his training and promotions. One thing that particularly stands out to me that he did that may even have been as a CPT but its a trademark of his now and is still talked about today was Skarzx Clip Hunter Challenge which help not only our squad but our division grow in numbers and activity and to me that is a staple product of an outstanding leader someone who can envision that will grow not only in numbers but activity as well, while merely holding the rank of LT. It may simply be my own arrogance but without this squad split EO would not be where it is today and if it was not for Skarzx I fear that squad would have never split. This split was pivotal to EO's success and lead him into becoming General over a dying squad in much need of a revamp and as a Guyy who has been there and done that as Im sure that some of you reading this understand how difficult this can be. Before however I get ahead of myself lets talk about some of the smaller but outstanding things he did as a CPT as many of you may have seen or read KSI Ronin 77's Officer Notes which is a master piece in of itself as I played a role in revamping them for use as did Skarzx adding most valuable insight that couldn't be fathomed from a person who had been here for such a short amount of time, but if Skarzx has proved anything its that if he takes a position he will match and exceed someone in the same rank who has held it for years. As General he like previously stated took a broken squad and split it in record time even for a healthy formidable squad and that is what his squad became in a very short amount of time within this squad Skarzx grew many of today's leaders in EO From Co-Founders to Gens officers Ect... I can only speak on what I know as I wasnt in this squad with him I sadly dont have a whole lot of input but Im sure future witness will have plenty to say in he time as a General or even in his time as an acting Gen. Im going to roll both his founder and co founder position into one as in both positions he has no issues reaching below and above himself to help this division countless name changes have been provided via skarzx his opinion on all matters all very professional he keeps his level head at all times and even goes a step farther and keeps EO a happy fun and safe place to be for all its members.

With making my prior post plenty of people were willing to step up up and testify for Jessi on this award that she has even surpassed even the Minimum for this award @Breakfast being the main confirmation that she has in her time in KSI trained well past 40 members in her time in KSI and I am happy to attest to the award

I apologize for my lack of statement. I personally ask that this award remain open through the next week while I do further research as this specific person has held multiple positions throughout more then one division so my first post may not be 100% correct but I would like the proper time to do the research into the matter

Sinz has had a small time here in EO but in that time in EO has has been a rising star within the officer core we have had in this division I have personally witnessed as his acting Gen and CoFounder that he has trained well past the 40 needed for this award
