I'm going to give you the reason's why KSI Nebula 7 deserves this award.... I'm going to come at this from a different angle to show you the facts you are looking for. Have you ever wondered what the difference is between a boss and a leader? KSI Nebula 7 is one of the best examples of a leader that i can find. Always including the community as a whole and never thinking about himself first. If there was ever anything that needed to done in LW or DW this valued member would rise to the occasion. There are many members within the community that look up and respect KSI Nebula 7. Some of his leadership skills and the others for his fantastic gaming skills. He has two of the awards for Weekend Warfare wins along with some for headhunters which he proudly represents on his forums account for DW. He also helps members that are having trouble beating a part of a game or plays with them just to have fun. The Member Retention is out the window. Now to talk about his resent success with KSI. Not long ago Nebula became Co-head of marketing. He goes above and beyond the call of duty in the department. He is hosting meeting on the regular and dealing with all the problems that come up. Along with posting up the meeting notes. I'm pretty sure he will be on his way to Head of Marketing in no time at all. He is also one of the reasons why DW is on their way to winning Division of the year. He hasn't been a Co-Founder for that long yet but he is bringing a breadth of knowledge the the squads he is over right now. He has also taken over the welcoming committee in DW recently. So you want factual reasons why KSI xKing77 deserves this award? Well come along with me on a story down memory lane I have had with this member. This member has great member retention with members that have been in KSI in the present and in the past. King was the reason I came back into the community. My experience the first time around wasn't that great. King got me into a party and showed me want KSI was really about and didn't give up on me. Look at me now, just saying. When coming back into KSI and joining Samurai he showed me all the things that were not communicated with me my first time around. He was there for me when I had any questions or he thought I needed to work on anything with the good criticism he bought to the table. Touching base back on his great member retention in the community, this member is always inviting members to parties and playing games with them. Now lets talk about what he does as a join Mod. When this guy grabs a app he goes above and beyond to make sure that these members are a good fit for the community or a good person to come back to KSI. To make these decisions take a great deal of diligence. On the DW side of things King has helped bring Samurai back from almost falling all the way up to the point of being promoted to Co-Founder. As a Co-Founder he is now helping Samurai get back to where it use to be by mentoring new and old members. King is also in charge of the welcoming committee and is always bringing new ideas to the table. He is also posting links in the discord chat about events that are happening in KSI. We will keep these witness statements coming..... I met Rita a couple of months ago when I was in a party with KSI Havoc 7. I joined a game of Halo Wars 2 with him and got totally wracked by him. After meeting him for the first time I have been invited to a couple of parties by him. His Member Retention is wonderful in the community and is also quick to join parties he is invited too. He truly lives by The 7 Core Principles of an Effective Leader. Their has been a couple of times when I needed help with a situation and he was their for my squad to help us through it. He thoroughly explains what should be done and how to approach it. Mind you this was really early in the morning for me and I probably would not of slept that night. Rita has always been willing to teach me about things a truly didn't understand completely until I asked him. The true reason I haven't thought of asking some of these questions is because he controls the room when you are in a party with him. He has great knowledge about the community and knows how to use his experiences to reflect on anything that is thrown at him with his active listening skills. I can be a witness to KSI Havoc 7 always going beyond the call of duty. I've heard that he has done a lot in the past in KSI, but I will speak about what I know. When I first met Havoc he was first came into the division he welcomed everyone with open arms. He brings a breadth of knowledge about KSI and shares this with his members on the daily. Havoc is one who will never give up on a goal that he is committed to. He is always challenging members to push themselves to their limits by implementing goals that members should met weekly and to have a sense of urgency. He is their for his members when they need them the most and for teachable moments. He also knows where the most important place to be no matter what is going on and has made a great impact on DW.
