OF THE MONTH AWARDS: Senior Leader of the month: KSI Chaos 7 This guy takes time out of any moment in the day to help me with the most trivial questions he probably receives all day. For this, he should be considered a patient and helpful leader like few others. I could go on, but at this time, I believe everybody knows the efficiency with which Chaos operates. Director of the Month: KSI Royal 7 Royal is always there to help me with any task that I need done. He is constantly aware of his phone to keep communicative and is always asking for updates. As many other leaders have stated in this thread, his work helps everybody move along efficiently within the community. Division Leader of the Month: KSI iPhenix 7 As many have stated before me, Phenix picked up the pieces that I was not around to keep from falling. With Pope working on a constant basis, and my own ridiculous school schedule, DH was left with no leadership. I told Royal that I could no longer do my job, and he placed Phenix in charge. His work has brought together a group of amazing individuals that simply get work done. His leadership molds a happy family of gamers that inspire every member. He is everything to DH. He reactivated a near-dead division, practically by himself, and he did it while making the closest division I've ever seen. Founder of the Month: KSI iLegion 3 Phenix's partner-in-crime. Legion leads in a similar manner as Phenix and garners the respect of all of DH's members. Even while being a champion Football player in real-life, Legion makes time and spends money on our members. Co-Founder of the Month: KSI Butterz While KSI missed out on Of The Month awards for September, Butterz was in DH recruiting more than 100 members, training two of our best Generals, and laying the foundation the strongest squad in the division. In October he maintained that which he had formed, while suffering seizures and visiting the hospital for spinal taps and neurosurgery. Yes, you heard right. He still works his hardest even while dealing with this degrading condition. Member of the Month: I honestly can't decide between worstplayer, Apoc, or Fuzzy... The reasons are known.

VOTE MAJORITY

There's alway going to be a bias on either system. If we do as spazbit suggested, how would I know of the work leaders in other divisions are doing? Also, I know for a fact that we don't have representatives from each division on the AAP staff. I know you and Chaos brought up an instance of rigging in the past, but I do believe majority system will resolve faster, easier, and with more reliable results. Spazbit, you said that larger divisions will dominate majority rules, but I have not seen that in the past - DH has outvoted LS in many cases of Of The Months, even though they have outnumbered us by at least 100 members at all times.

Let's just keep it at majority, it can encourage leaders to get members active on the forum to shine their bums. If we end up discussing which votes count and don't count people are just going to be upset (judging from experience).
