He gets along great with everyone, and people feel comfortable going to him when there is an issue. He handles things quickly, and in an adept manner. He loves to have fun and takes time to play games equally with all of his members. Several of DM's officers look up to Bixby, and I know people outside of DM look to him for advice as well. He is involved with everything. If you ever need to find him, there is a high chance he will be in a full party with Cruelty members, or off doing one on one training with his officers. Joe makes sure all of his newer members are matched up with other gamers who have the same interests, and when you hang out, it's a friendly and fun environment.
