I honestly don't know how much more I can add to this topic, as the original nomination pretty much said it all. How many others in this community can say that they have fought such a long, hard, painful and personal battle that GOT EM has? Who else can say that through everything that they are going through, mentally, emotionally, and physically, they have stuck by KSI and come out even better than they were in the beginning? How many have had their friends and family personally attacked because of petty grievances? Not many at all. Through all of that, he was KSI's most dedicated member. All he wants to do is make KSI a better place for everyone. And through it all, he still took the time he had and remained a strong and excellent leader, and all of ES thanks him for it. If GOT EM can't get this award, (he literally fits the definition to a T) then I don't think many others would be deserving of it.

I have actually been directly over FI for a very short period of time, but even before I headed in that direction, I knew who KSI MetalBarbie was/is. For starters, she has been a valued, active member throughout KSI's departments. Even though she's currently only involved in the courts area, you would think she's involved with each different department. She's constantly promoting events, from the SYTYCW, to WW and any Productions competitions, to hosting PO workshops. Besides departments, MetalBarbie is one of the main driving forces behind FI's family like atmosphere. She takes the time to introduce and familiarize new members with others of her division, and is constantly motivating others to do the same. She has recently taken over a squad, and thanks to hard work and constant attention she has managed to rebuild it from the ground up. When an issue comes up, she knows exactly how to handle each separate problem. If she can not do so herself, she takes it directly to the person who can. There are many people who can lead, but not many who can lead by example so efficiently. It's good to see a General so dedicated to her squad and division. Keep up the good work, Miss Barbie!
