He has taught me so much in terms of KSI operations and Divisional leadership. The success DW has seen in the past months has been something incredible to see and Ronin was a huge part of this! He goes out his way to assist with KSI issues and RL issues! Without Ronin I wouldn't be the leader I am today ! The squad is seeing amazing growth and activity! Also with his crazy work schedule he still finds time for his squad ! He is always there if I need to speak with him, even if it's through Discord ! His high standards are a real statement to his leadership! But since he has returned he has been itching to acheive, and acheive he has! He has really stepped up his game on a squad level and Divisional level! Whether that's sharing knowledge between members from different squads to paying for people's name changes or even buying them games so they can game! This guy is a real statement to what a KSI member should strive to be ! Great work !!!

So before Ronin joined me in LW, the division was failing, we had been through the ringer and the future was looking bleak! He pitched a crazy idea to the senior leaders about merging two failing divisions. Then Ronin came to give me the proper training I needed and the help required in order to make this division one of the best in the community! His dedication and attention to detail are outstanding! He helped create a divisional standard that is now used throughout our division! We created DW and from then the facts speak for them self! We have growth, participation and actual motivation to do things ! Since Ronin joined, my time in KSI has been so much more enjoyable! If anyone deserves this award it's @Mr. Conversation Era!

I can attest to @KSI Kamikaze708 for the Helping Hand award ! He bought me a DLC for a game, unfortunatly because of the different regions I couldn't plat it, but it's the thought that counts !!

This guy does so much, that much of KSI as a community doesn't quite realize! As the Chief Department Manager he is tasked with ensuring all departments are running as they should be and is always there just in case you need him! Countless times when I have had a problem whether it's to do with a Department issue or a Clan Ops based issue, he has always been there to lend an ear and provide advise to best suit the situation! All of the big events within KSI such as Spirit Week, Turkey Bowl etc, he plays such a huge part in, making sure all departments are doing the jobs they need to be doing to ensure the events run as efficiently as possible, and the recent Turkey Bowl event is evident of this. ImPyyy 7 also manages all of the Social Media aspect of KSI and is always updating and ensuring everything is running smoothly and and is always active on them along with all the other countless jobs this man has to do! I personally think ImPyyy doesn't quite get the recognition he deserves for all the work and time he has put into this community! So here's to you man!!!! ...... She has so much dedication to the department its unreal! With her being a member of T & E and Productions she is able to give me information about events that need to be streamed allowing me to get sign ups or find someone to stream as quickly as possible. After being in the team for a little over a week she decided to purchase a Capture Card (They ain't cheap either) to allow her to do more for the team! This has really helped with us being able to use an Overlay for the big events and if someone cant stream for what ever reason, she is there to save the day!
