This fookin' guyy.. He has been one of the front men of making sure that things run smoothly in this division. when faced with adversity he isn't scared to face it head on, isn't scared to reach out for help when he can't handle a situation which isn't common but of course it does happen. We are all human. He is always one to dive in as deep as possible to figure out the root of the problem and fix it. He has been one of the strongest educators of our division as well with his attention to detail and focus to ensure that people are learning and ensuring they are performing to the top of their abilities. I've been nothing but impressed with him and the way he has handled the adversity that has come his way. He has a very high standard and he pushes everyone to perform at that level. When he was a gen, I was blown away at how well he handled everyone, how well he trained his officer staff and the general atmosphere that he had created. It was an inviting atmosphere, it was a place people wanted to be and wanted to play games. I'm quite proud to have trained him to be the leader that he is today and I look forward to seeing what more he can accomplish

He also strives to teach that same stuff he learns, down to the squads he looks over as a COFO. He always shows an amazing willingness to go outta his way to help others too, either with their real life or their KSI career's because he wants to see others succeed just as much as he wants to, maybe more. Hosting his own streams and making the content enjoyable and inviting to others, he has obviously moved his way up to Co-head with Gary. He does an amazing job and keeping others interested in the productions streams that get hosted, enticing the members of productions to host streams more frequently than just once a month. He also does a great job of getting all the divs up on stream as much as they can to help boost their morale or just overall activity. He has played a pivotal part in making productions a fun place to be apart of and ensuring there is good streams to watch on the ksi channel as a whole. I'm quite confident in saying if Skarzx hadn't come a long and joined the productions team and done the work he has done, I would not of even watched it. This man is certainly most deserving of the award.

Oh man, the things about Ronin we could talk about. From feeding his xbox milk to the squeaky chair we used to hear from his mic, but i digress. Ronin has been a major influence to me in many ways. He would spend countless hours with me in a party, usually educating me on some of the successful ways he had ran a squad to help me better understand the roles of a gen, helping him with updating and creating officer notes. When we were first being threatened by a poaching situation with .com, he was already ahead of the curve in making sure the officers of the div knew what to be looking for when security checking fellow members of the squad, when on lock down he made sure additionally that in detail, what to be looking for on profiles between their friends list to clubs to just their general information on their profiles as a whole. When we weren't dealing with that, he has always been the person you could go to, with any situation and he would be able to lay out a multitude of possible routes or options you could take to achieve your goal and provide reasoning as to why each one of those was a possibility. With his time and dedication to this community he has provided me with insight on ways to make the tougher decisions as a divisional leader in this community, he is a fountain of knowledge of KSI information, always continues to strive to make this community a better place, a more welcoming place and always seems to honestly bring out the best in people. His innovative and progressive ideas will only continue to allow him to continue upward. Truthfully I couldn't of made it to where i'm at now within KSI, had I not had the opportunity to work with him.

He has such a strong presence in the div, and he was also my successor for Defiant once it came time to pick a Gen. He took that squad over with his gas pedal to the floor. Exploded with recruiting and building the squad ENTIRELY off of smite recruits and smite game nights, even tournaments, why? Because he could and he did it with flying color. While Gen, you could always find him teaching his officers anything they had questions on, hosting a workshop ranging from recruiting to security risks, he also is a boss recruiter/trainer. He for sure in my opinion deserves this OTY. He is constantly working hard to bring in new faces to enjoy KSI as he does, constantly being in parties with his squad, he does great work mentoring other members and teaching them how to recruit. He has done a lot of great things and he has made it to captain now and I'm stoked to see what more he is capable of. I can certainly say that Ronin has been a mentor to me during this adventure we all call KSI. He first started teaching me things about how to run a squad back when I was an SSGT because he saw that I was intrigued at the idea of running a squad. I spent countless hours in parties with him having him either teach me forums things, squad tag tips, building the squad clubs, there was always something I could ask him about and he would have something for me. I can say that if he hadn't taken time to show me how to run a squad the way that he did I wouldn't of succeeded as a Gen to now being a founder. So I'm mucho appreciative for all the help Ronin has provided on this adventure and I can certainly say I gained an awesome friend and mentor

The knowledge that he has from his experience in KSI is something that he shares very readily and willingly from workshops about the forums, recruiting, lockdown procedure and so forth. One example of a time when ronin was showing his devotion to the div, was during the oblivion shenanigans and his departure from .org and then saw his way into .com, then the poaching began. Ronin immediately shut that down with lockdown, ensuring that the entire div that had him on their friendslist, that he was blocked. Making sure that Each gen got a message out to their squad to block him to prevent further incidents. Once that was all done the lockdown and threat was squashed in a very short time. He is always the first one to try and find a progressive solution and willing to put in the grind to ensure nothing fails. No matter what division he is in, he is going to be a remarkable asset. In just terms of raw dedication I haven't met anyone as dedicated as him.

We had things get chaotic with doing 2 squad splits within the same week, but despite his work schedule we knocked that outta the park and got them cleaned up and transferred so those new squads may flourish. The man has a fire to see this division, his home, grow, expand and prosper in ways we haven't seen yet and I'm excited to see where he leads us. He was my captain before the split that created defiant, he was my cofounder when I was gen, and now he is founder. The man lives and breathes EO and I couldn't think of a better man to run the division. When it came time, we split defiant into vendetta and Skarzx was made gen of that squad to save and revive it, and let me tell you it couldn't of been done better. I've never seen vendetta as active as they have been since he was made gen. He is always so active and uplifting, he is quite the motivational speaker and isn't afraid to give you the criticism you need to hear to help you improve. He lead that squad to a split in the less than 60 days, and did it with such confidence with who he chose to run the new squad and take over vendetta, you would of thought he had done this before. The man is an excellent leader and he will only continue to grow and excell as he helps to grow EO. DaQuestion is a very dedicated man which has now rewarded him with becoming the gen of vendetta in order to now have his turn in the driver seat. The man puts in massive amounts of hours towards the squad in keeping it active, healthy, friendly and growing. Constantly makes himself available for the members of the squad, checking in to random parties to see how members are, to putting together awesome game nights or informative workshops. His fluent usage of the forums Has made him a very strong educator on how to set up an account as well as navigation of the site. Skarzx has done a phenomenal job in making vendetta a very healthy, active and fun squad to want to be apart of.

OS Lvl 1: I can certainly back ronin's commitment and dedication. The man has spent hours with me, educating me on how things are done as a gen, hell when Timmy went all batPoop crazy and he saw his way outta KSI he was on top of figuring out who would take over, he has been one of the most accessible members of leadership i have met within the community, having his knowledge available as much as it is has been invaluable. Ronin simply put is the rock of EO, just as primal said. Whether the div is doing great, growing and having fun or we are down a gen or a couple captains for a squad, he is always the first to jump into the fray to make sure it's recovered as quickly as possible.

I couldn't really see this Div being ran any other way than how it is, so lets keep this gravy train rolling! next up would be the founder @KSIPrimalrage7, the man eats more booty than he does groceries or maybe those are his groceries... lol but seriously man, I wouldn't be here if you and Ronin hadn't pushed me so damn hard and its honestly been awesome.
