Late Sign-ups will not be admitted, proxy posts must be approved prior by department heads, and tardiness will be grounds for disqualification. 2. Finally, an award that recognizes someone for being absolutely bat s**t crazy. Best of all is that of anyone who deserves this award, Cat may actually set a record for how many times you can lose your mind to the point where words, turn to screams, turn to incoherent sounds that youd probably hear in a 1 star Netflix horror film. Cat has dealt with so much stress from being the largest contributor to major turning points in several divisions (including her home), being a single mother, and having her name thrown in the mud regardless of her achievements and the benefits shes offered to the members of the community. If this award comes with a straight jacket to keep her from carving things into the wall with her fingers while talking to herself outloud, I'd highly recommend it as she already does the first part. Please give her this award. Gambino M.D.

  4. There is a slew of reasons as to why this member deserves OS Lvl 1 award and many to come. Working with Prophecy as his Director and keeping up with him after my departure and seeing the accolades he, as well as his 7 staff have been able to accumulate in that time is truly outstanding. When I arrived in DL, things were bleak and that's being optimistic. There was an extreme lack of training activity, spirits were crushed, and momma and prophecy had been fighting tooth and nail for anything they got for a long time. In this time, Prophecy never once quit or folded with the extremely rough hand dealt. From personally retraining entire staffs, stepping in as general and leading squads, driving activity and joining departments, as well as heading the charge for PO in his division, DL has truly been improved by his presence. Prophecy has made many mistakes, but more importantly he owns up to them, and is always willing to grow and learn, using himself as an example for his members. He deserves this award. Sincerely, Gambino
  5. With the accolades previously listed that RiiOT has achieved, It is needless to say that I share the same philosophy in that RiiOT absolutely deserves to be awarded the OS Lvl 3 award for the amount of time, work, and dedication he has poured into this community for several years as well as many more to come. The feats hes been able to establish within the AAP speaks enough to the caliber of leader he is and his commitment to success and driving the community forward. Through talking to RiiOT and working under him as a baby mod, it is constantly made clear to me that he does his job to the utmost degree and then some. He is constantly patrolling the website, informing Mods on their duties, offering help, and putting inn his own work when hes not running his department. As Cat mentioned, looking at the new and revitalized AAP department and the fact that is no longer a chore or a task to go visit their section on the forums, but something that the members are actively pursuing and looking forward to posting in, is a night and day difference from the department just a couple months ago and is thanks to the work of RiiOT and the staff hes put together. I very much hope that RiiOT receives this award as he deserves it much much more than I do mine and it would be a small thank you in return for his years of service. Plus, hes the best to go 'Sploring with #SadBoyHours #StuffBoisPodCast
  6. My witness: Working with Cat for a year and half now, I can easily say that she is easily one of the most proactive and helpful leaders this community has to offer. Regardless of the situation type (web ops, clan ops, or personal advice) Cat has never once turned someone away who had questions, sought more knowledge, or needed help. She has proven time and time again how dedicated she is to the members of this community as both her divisions and department staff can attest to. She absolutely deserves this award on behalf of the countless members that are better of with her help and guidance. - El Gambino
  7. Senior Director - Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSI Ronin 77 (Senior Director) Link to forums account: @The StreetSweepah Reasoning: Although Ronin and I have never been to close, observing him from both a Director stand point as well as that of his Senior Director career makes it impossible to not respect someone who puts in as much effort and time to being a senior leader as he does. Every meeting had, every question that comes up, Ronin is always the first person to take something and run with it. He is constantly brainstorming or developing systems that he believes will better the community and its members moving forward. When it comes to any all issues, he is extremely pro active with reaching out to members involved and helping out in any way he possibly can. Although Rita was the trailblazer to revitalize an active senior team, Ronin has done more than just pick up the torch and is equally active and hands on with the community. I look forward to working with him in the months to come and think he most definitely deserves this OTM for his efforts and accolades. Director - Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSI Badkitty 7 (Director - DM/DL/WD) Link to forums account: @KSI BadKitty 7 Reasoning: Kitty's reputation really preceded her before she became part of the Director team but since that change and rank, has already proved numerous times that she has earned her spot and many more to come. Her value has been immediately recognized after only being a Director for 2 months, she was able to take on 3 divisions at the same time each of which you would think had her undivided attention with how often she communicated, strategized, and guided them. Every division she has been over has shown exponential growth in forums activity, event participation, and overall productiveness as she is always the first to recognize and listen to issues, but never over steps by allowing divisional 7 staffs to develop their leadership skills and handle said issues. Beyond just those Divs, it is not uncommon for multiple members outside her general realm to reach out for advice, guidance, and a laugh she induces with one of her many quirks. Cat has the unusual ability to make members feel comfortable while simultaneously exuding confidence and authority which is a trait often sought after. Im sure that she deserves Director of the month and cant wait to see what else is in store for her career. Division Leader - Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSI GOT EM 7 Link to forums account: @KSI GOT EM 7 Reasoning: Where to start with Mr. Got Em. Out of all od the Division Leaders I have had the fortune of working with, Got Em is by far one of the most committed and dedicated when it comes to the safety and happiness of his members. No matter what time of day it is, Got Em can always be found in a party with members of both his Div and others as he encourages and facilitates a friendly environment for all. Besides this, ES has had its share of set backs. Losing two 7s due to petty immaturity, several attacks from outside communities, and personal attacks on he himself and his family all in the span of a couple months, yet Got Em is still here and kicking which is a tribute to his strength and character. One thing Got Em always preaches is not accepting disrespect from or towards any members of his division or the community. ES is becoming what it once was, a stronghold, thanks to the efforts of Got Em and his 7 staff. I think he is absolutely deserving of this OTM and wish him the best of luck in KSI and life.

  9. Anyone who knows me knows that I have a long standing relationship with Rita that has had its ups and downs and has caused me some possible addictions and several cigarette marks on my arms. However, despite his age and the explicit rage he causes me, Rita is truly one of the finest leaders this community has to date and has absolutely played a part in producing and training prominent members of the community, some of which reside with him in the senior leadership realm. Of the many feats Rita has achieved in his time here, I think the one at the forefront of most members minds including myself, was/is the way he has completely reshaped what it means to be a Senior Director and the image & reputation associated with the position. Before he came along, I doubt people could have named who the Senior Directors were and even less could say that they have personally interacted with them. Rita singularly changed this in being the most active and engaged Senior I have seen in my 3 years of being in KSI in terms of the following aspects: Training, member involvement, and divisional strategics. In terms of training, I have seen and personally received his mentoring from the Ranks of Co-Division Leader and higher. When I was a Division Leader, I could not tell you the amount of times Rita came to check on me and offered advice and personal oversight when I needed, regardless of whether or not he was my director. As a senior, He has personally helped me through some of the most difficult and sensitive situations I've been a part of, while at the same time allowing me to grow and handle issues as a leader. Myself, as well as many others I know are thankful for his time, advice, and commitment to this community and its retrospective divisions. There is not a member more engaged with the members than Rita. I have never met someone who regardless of how many times you check their party throughout the day, are consistently with different groups of members, ranks recruit-board members, playing whatever makes them happy just to be there for them. He is the reason the Seniors are no longer viewed as un-approachable ghosts. List of other Achievements not already Recognized: Co-Head of T&E prior to KSI Badkitty 7 and myself Assisting in Discord uniformity projects HR and at risk member support Plus many more im sure I missed. Rita absolutely deserves this award and Im thankful for our friendship and what he does to better this community on a daily basis. - El Gambino

  12. T&E Recreational Leagues: 2018 Format Overview: The Recreational Leagues are specifically designed to cater to those competitive game titles that a majority of the community may not play, but still have a large player base within our divisions and squads. Structured similarly to the popular Head-Hunters seasons, the REC leagues offer a more casual approach to competitive gameplay, while still giving those serious players in the community other teams to test their metal against. Although REC will not have the stat tracker and awards that the actual HH season will, players will still have access to a team roster/schedule, record/seating tracker, and a post season play off tournament to decide each season’s winning team “REC Warriors”. Below contains the rules, regulations, and game-types that will be used for the 2018 REC League. Rules & Team information: As stated earlier, the REC leagues are a T&E related event and are structured similarly to Head-Hunters thus the rules of both still apply here. However, with this league being more casual than HH, there are some additional adjustments to the rules that are mentioned below: Each team will have a team captain in charge of reporting games held, keeping the team accountable for completing matches as listed on the schedule, and updating team rosters. There will be a limit of 2 TEAMS PER DIVISION allowed to sign up per REC League (No more than 8 members per team) This is a KSI exclusive event. Only KSI members rank CPL or higher may participate. Code of Conduct does apply always both before, during, and after the match. Disrespect/hurtful comments or messages will not be tolerated. No hacking, modding, or glitching Not T-bagging (Seriously, just don’t) Failure to comply with/violation of any of the rules listed above may result in disqualification from matches or the league entirely. Team Formation & Try-outs: Even though each division can register 2 teams per league, the members of this team must be selected via try-outs to ensure that all members are given a fair chance to get on the team. Captains running 4v4 or 6v6 in private matches and recording stats to determine team placement is an adequate way of doing so. Please Refer to the Divisional Head-Hunters: Updated rules and regulations thread on the forums for more information. Game Modes: Overwatch – A mixture between Control and Escort Rainbow Six Siege – A mixture between Secure Area and Bomb

  14. Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII Head Hunters Season: 2019 Format Overview: This document will cover all the need to know information in regards to the 2019 Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII Head Hunters season. Like the previous seasons, teams will have access to the personal stat tracker, schedule/team roster, new awards and so on. Below is the decided format in terms of pre-match duties, in match game-play, and post-game necessities to ensure a smooth, well run experience for all those involved. Pre-Match Duties: Every team will have both a team captain and team manager. It is the responsibility of those two individuals and the reciprocal individuals on the opposing team to meet before the match, confirm the match will take place, as well as review the following topics: Roster Accuracy: It is the job of the team captain/manager to confirm that the members playing for the opposite team in the match are in fact listed on their team roster BEFORE beginning the match. Failure to do so will result in whatever outcome that match may end in, win or lose. Host: With the opportunity to have Neutral Hosts present for games/matches, there will be an attempt to have a host with solid connection host each match to reduce claims of L-A-G and negate claims of biased host. If a neutral host is not assigned before the match, it is the responsibility of both team captains/managers to agree upon a stable host. Confirm Map Selection: The map for each week will be pre decided by KSI Gambit 7 and will be posted as part of the team schedule. Captains/Managers need to confirm that the map of the week is the map being played on. No exceptions. Match Game-Play: Each match is to be played as a 6v6 (unless otherwise specified) competitive match with no exceptions. This Head Hunters season will differ from those of the past as it will include both a TDM and objective based game-type per match, and be more skewed for competitive nature. This being said, each match will be played as a best 2/3 series and will be composed as follows: Round 1 (Team Deathmatch): Round 1 will be a straight forward shoot-out style game of team death-match played to the default settings goal of 100 kills. First team to reach 100 kills or whichever team in the lead when time runs out will be the winner of round 1. Round 2 (Hardpoint): Round 2 will be an objective game of hard-point where each team will push for domination of the hill area. The hill will move around the map causing teams to re position and constantly stay alert. IMPORTANT: Reminder that these games are best 2/3. If team A wins both Round 1 and 2, they will receive the win for the match and there will not be a Round 3. Round 3 (Search & Destroy): If both teams are tied after round 2, they will enter sudden death in round 3 playing a game of Search & Destroy (S&D). In search and destroy, teams will alternate turns on attack or defense striving to plant and detonate the bomb, defuse the bomb, or eliminate all players on the enemy team. THIS ROUND WILL BE A 4v4 MATCHUP meaning the team manager/team captain will select the 4 they wish to send in. Within the first two minutes of the match, if there are connection issues for most of the team (2 or more), that team is to have all players crouch and stand still to signal the other team to stop the game. The L-A-G experienced must be substantial and must also be recorded for proof. IMPORTANT: If there is no proof of substantial L-A-G for multiple members of the team requesting new host, it will result in a loss for that round and the match will move immediately to phase 2. Please send all recorded evidence to KSI Gambit 7 for evaluation of rematch qualification. Restrictions and Settings: In order to make this season more competitive and minimize and reduce tactics that cheapen gameplay, the following restrictions have been placed which mirror those of professional game play. Any violation of the restrictions below may result in round loss or disqualification depending on the situation: The following list of specialists are restricted and not eligible for play - Torque Nomad Ajax The following list of Equipment/ Weapons/ Streaks/ Perks are restricted and not eligible for play - Equipment: Seeker Drone Tac Deploy Beacon Reactor Core Acoustic Sensor Weapons: MOG12 SG12 Perks: Team Link Tracker ALL Operator Mods Streaks: Care Package Mantis RC-XD Dart Strike Team UAV (S&D ban) Counter UAV (S&D ban) Note: Players may still choose to play specialists that have specific equipment restrictions and are not entirely banned. HOWEVER, in doing so that team takes on full liability if that member accidentally uses restricted equipment even if its on accident. No "My finger slipped", no other excuses. The following lobby settings will be used for every game - Friendly Fire Enabled Battle chatter Disabled 3rd Person spectating disabled Team Assignment Open Announcer Enabled Post-Game Necessities: As stated before, teams will have full access to the personal stat tracker as well as the team schedule and roster which will contain current team records and standings. To accurately portray this information, it is imperative that team managers report the results of each round played of every game to KSI Gambit 7 in the specified format: Matchup: Date: Winner: Picture of stats: IMPORTANT: Both team managers must submit a picture of each round played to confirm winners and stats Pictures submitted NEED TO BE EASILY LEGIBLE and should include both teams stats from each round. If we cannot read the stats, the accurate numbers for your players will not be submitted and could affect their abilities to win awards. Overall the T&E staff hopes to deliver another well run, competitive, fun season for those participating and wish all divisions the best of luck! 15. Tournaments & Events: Divisional Head Hunters Overview: Along with the regular activities associated with the Tournaments & Events section (i.e. Weekend Warfare, Weekday Warfare, Turkey Bowl, Spirit Week, and other seasonal events), T&E is also responsible for the design, launch, and completion of the community wide Head Hunters seasons. This document will outline not only the details of what the head hunters season entails, but also the responsibilities of staff members and participating team captains to ensure a successful and fair season. What is Head Hunters? In simple terms, Head Hunters is designed to implement an inter-community competitive atmosphere that encourages the teams representing each division to prove their prowess and dominance over a certain game. The selected games that will serve as the “theme” for each season are comprised of the top 3 first person shooter franchises to date (Halo, Destiny, Call of Duty) but are subject to change. The season consists of a span of several weeks in which the participating teams will play a 12-16 game schedule against opposing divisions ultimately leading up to “play-offs”. Like any sporting event’s play-offs, teams will be seated based off their record during the season and will play in a bracket based face-off until only one team remains and are therefore named the season “champions”. Formation of Head Hunter Teams and Captains (Amended): To conduct a Head Hunters season, it is essential to establish teams that will represent their respective division in the tournament. These teams will be comprised exclusively of CURRENT KSI MEMBERS RANK CPL OR ABOVE (Now including Co-Founders to Division Leaders). Additions of non KSI members to team rosters will result in suspension and possible disqualification of the offending team. Furthermore, team rosters will consist of a minimum of 6 members but will not exceed the cap of 8 members per team. Members of this roster will be decided by “try-outs” hosted by the team captain to ensure an equal and fair chance to all applicants. Although members of divisional leadership for that division (Rank Co-Founder or higher) will be in charge of managing the team and relaying information such as match dates and game-types for the week, team captains will ultimately be in charge of running the team. After appointed captain by the team manager, the responsibilities of said captain include but are not limited to: Conducting try-outs and assigning roster seats Listing team weekday availability Hosting team practices and meetings Meeting with the captain of the opposing team pre/post-match Handling any disputes, interferences, or rescheduling Accountability for team actions and behavior Team Seating & Challenges: After team tryouts are held and captains have filled the roster for their respective teams, the final step in team completion is the assigning of “seats” or rankings to the individual members. These seats are numbered 1-8 (or one seat per roster member) with the first seat representing the most skilled individual on the team. The assigning of seats will be decided by the following process: All members on the roster (including the team captain) will play in several free-for-all matches hosted and dictated by the team manager who will select the maps. Each match will be played on the specified map with default time limits and score set to 20 kills. At the end of each match, the team member who comes in last place will be eliminated and therefore assigned their seat number (i.e. first person to lose out of the 8 man roster will be eliminated and assigned seat #8, so on and so forth) In the event of a tie for last place: The member with the most deaths will be eliminated. If for some reason both members have the same kills and deaths, the winner will be decided by highest point score between the two. This process will continue until there is one winner who is then crowned seat #1, which then concludes the seating process. Seat numbers will ultimately be used to decide which members are the “starters” for each roster. Typically for games such as Halo and Destiny, seats 1-4 will be the starting members while seats 5-8 serve as reserves or substitutes in the event of the absence of starting members at game time. For games such as Call of Duty however, starters will be seats 1-5 due to larger team size games and seats 6-8 will then serve as alternates. The most important thing to note about team composition however, is that SEAT NUMBERS ARE NOT PERMANENT. Members of the team can challenge their teammates who are in higher seats for the opportunity to take their seat and move up in position, in hopes of either reaching the #1 seat or more commonly, to become a starter. The rules for seat challenges are as follows: Each member of the team is allotted ONE CHALLENGE PER WEEK. Regardless of if the challenging member wins or loses, that member will not be eligible to issue another challenge for one week. Challenges run on a Sunday-Saturday basis, eligibility renewing on the following Sunday beginning the “new week”. Members can ONLY challenge the seat DIRECTLY ABOVE THEM. (For example, seat #8 may challenge seat #7 for their position, but not seats 1-6.) Once the issue has been challenged, the member being challenged for his/her seat then has 1-3 days to respond to said challenge. Response includes acknowledgement of challenge as well as a day and time for the challenge to take place. If the challenged member does not respond to the challenge issued within the period of 1-3 days, their spot is therefore forfeited to the challenger and receive the one seat demotion. Members on rank suspension, LOA, or other family/medical leave approved by divisional leadership are exempt from all challenges until their return. In match Challenge rules are as listed below: All challenges are to be supervised by either the Team Captain or the Team Manager. Challenges will be played on a best 2 out of 3 game basis. Score will be set to 15 kills per match with all other settings set to default. Both the challenger (game 1) and the defender (game 2) will select a map. In the event of a game 3 being played, the presiding captain or manager will select the map for the final match to ensure equal advantage. The winner of the match will be awarded (or retain) the higher seat while the loser will be demoted (or retain) the lower seat. Roster Progression/Changes Post Tryouts: In the event of a vacant seat on any team roster (via a members leaving/removal from the team or any unforeseen circumstance) a secondary tryout is to be held by the team captain/manager for all those members wishing to fill the vacant seat. Tryouts will be identical to the initial system listed above, and the winner will be the member added to the new roster. Things to keep in mind: When a member leaves or is removed from the team, all current seats advance upwards one seat if possible (i.e. if seat 4 leaves, seats 5-8 would move up one seat) The newest member of the team will immediately be placed in the lowest seat available, no exceptions. IMPORTANT: All roster changes and updates must be submitted to KSI Gambit 7 at least 1 day before the next scheduled game. If roster updates are not submitted by teams accordingly, they will therefore be disqualified from any match played with the illegal roster and will take the forfeit loss. Rescheduling and Game Disputes: Captains of each divisions Head Hunters Team are responsible for the organization and timeliness of their team on match-days and at game time. If for any reason a team is unable to play on designated game days or times, it is that captains job to contact the opposing captain to reschedule the match 2 HOURS BEFORE THE TIME LISTED ON THE SCHEDULE. Failure to do so will result in an automatic forfeit of the lacking team. Any instances of teams not showing up without prior notification to the opposing captain will also be grounds for an automatic forfeit. Rescheduled matches are to be held within a week of the initially scheduled time and are to be approved by both captains. IMPORTANT: Rescheduling is only to be done in case of emergency or other familial/ work related duties that would prevent a team from having enough players to participate in the match. Rescheduling matches because of the starting seats availability is NOT permitted. This situation is why you have reserve members to fill in if starters are absent. Please be courteous when rescheduling match times. Some of our members do not live in the United States and have other things to do outside of Xbox. If an agreement cannot be reached on a reschedule date/time, please contact KSI Gambit 7 If during the gameplay there is apparent parawhich causes unfair or one-sided game play, captains are permitted to dispute the game results with T&E officials. When disputing game results, RECORDED EVIDENCE MUST BE PROVIDED. Word of mouth with no substantial evidence will not be reviewed. When evidence is submitted for review, T&E officials will review submissions and will decide whether the game stands (no change) or is overturned and the match will be replayed. Rules and Regulations: Head Hunters is a KSI hosted event which means it is therefore subject to all correlating rules as listed in the Code of Conduct. Win or lose, teams are expected to be respectful and sportsmanlike both during and after Head Hunter matches. Rules for the season include: No T-Bagging (AMENDED) No taunting, emoting, or excessive celebration before/ during/ or after the match No disrespectful comments or messages during or after the match No Aimbot, hacking, glitching, or modding No substitution of non KSI members or members not on the official roster Breaching of any of the rules listed above are grounds for automatic loss, suspension, and possible disqualification of the team for the season.

  17. I cant see Cats name on an award nomination and not post to witness for it because, as Ive stated before, there is truly not an award that she currently does not deserve or has not earned. After the year and half that I've spent working practically hand in hand with kitty from a clan ops level (from Gen-Director) and web ops (T&E, Performance Operations, Forum Moderators), there isnt anything I haven't seen her do yet she simultaneously never ceases to amaze. Part of the name of the award is Outstanding and as anyone who has been fortunate to work with cat knows, using that word to describe her work would be modest. I have never seen someone have there hand in so many different aspects and parts of this community from top to bottom and manage to give 120% effort to them all without missing a beat. Her dedication and commitment to this community is unrivaled and its shown by the amount of respect and notoriety shes gained in her short time here. It's been a privilege to work alongside her for so long and now that shes become a fellow director, I can not wait to see what's next to come for her and what she brings to KSI. Give em all to her, Nugget
  18. @VeRiiTaS 7....I just missed you so much. Please dont ever scare me like that again. @I am FuzzyMeep™ thank you for sharing our tale with the world. Although I can still taste the cigarettes and spent A LOT of money on spray paint, nothing feels better than being reunited.

Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSIfiremomma7 (Division Leader - DL) Link to forums Account: @KSIfiremomma7 Reasoning: After working with DL for the past few months as their director, the one thing that became immediately apparent was just how short of a hand momma has been dealt time and time again. From abusive leadership, to severely undertrained officers, fluff counts the highest Ive ever seen, and just all around in activity, it was safe to say that momma was dealing with a titanic situation. Yet despite all of this, she not only took this as a learning experience, but was able to grow from it and has worked hard enough to bring an entire division back from the brink with constant effort and unwavering leadership. She is highly revered by her members due to her willingness to listen, her immediate reaction to every situation that requires her attention, and most importantly, the compassion and kindness she passes along to all of her members which has made her not only a leader, but a friend. Although sometimes over emotional (snowflake), momma has proven that she has an adept leader and one who gets better when the pressure starts building, not one who folds. She absolutely deserves Div leader of the month. Co-Division Leader: Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSI Gruntier 7 (Co-Division Leader - DM) Link to forums Account: @KSI Gruntier 7 Reasoning: After having the privilege of working with Eli as both part of my Divisional 7 staff and later as his director, It is truly incredible to see the progress hes made in both personal and leadership qualities. Although quiet at first, Gruntier has always had an extremely level head in any situation and a rather calming demeanor that naturally puts those around him at ease regardless of the situation. Hes not easily shaken and always stands firm to his beliefs yet in situations of conflict, is never bias or to swift to cast judgement. He is always going above and beyond when it comes to his responsibilities to his divisions and is the first to volunteer himself and his time when something needs to be done. He has become an excellent leader and is someone with a very bright future ahead of him in terms of leadership potential. Founder: Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSI Prophecy v7 (Founder - DL) Link to forums Account: @KSI PROPHECY v7 Reasoning: When thinking of someone to nominate for founder, no one comes to mind more than Prophecy. With so many holes in the DL staff, Prophecy has bent over backwards in order to give his all to every squad or position that needs him. His work in Ares DL has absolutely saved that squad between playing with their members, retraining the officer staff, and helping to solve issues or meet needs that come up. He is always the first responder when there's an a problem or a member needs help and his constant activity has been a savior to the division. Prophecy is never one to have idle hands and is always pushing himself and others around him to be better and do more. Co-Founder: Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSI Blood 7 (Founder - DM) Link to forums Account: @KSI Blood 7 Reasoning: The most outstanding trait about Blood that almost anyone who knows him could tell you, is his loyalty to his friends and his people. In this case, Bloods loyalty and 110% commitment to every member of DM and anything they need to thrive is truly something I wish was replicated more often. There isnt a time of the day where Blood isn't in the know or has his ear to the ground with the members to find out what else can be improved and done better. He has done a lot of working in improving himself as a leader and it shows by the amount of respect hes gained in DM. Definitely one to watch in the future. General: Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSI SourPeaches Link to forums Account: @KSI SourPeaches Reasoning: Peaches has been an absolute force to be reckoned with in DL and has made her squad the cornerstone of her division. She has gone above and beyond in everything she does in terms of squad leadership and her duties as a general. She took a group of members that was a collection of remnants from two failing squads (about 30 members) and have turned it into a thriving squad with 60 plus members and higher activity levels than they've seen in the past 3 months. She is constantly brainstorming new ideas to drive recruitment, promoting her members to get involved on the forums, and trying to build relations with every squad in her division. She has proven herself to be an adept general and hopefully will go very far in her division. Forum Staff (Mod): Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad): KSI Badkitty 7 (Division Leader - DM) Link to forums Account: @KSI BadKitty 7 Reasoning: I really don't know someone (besides best friend RiiOt) that deserves this award more than the Kitty. Cat spends about 80% of every single day on the forums reading posts, watching new topics, or completing the hundred tasks that she fulfills while on the site. From all the duties and responsibilities of a Senior mod, to also largely participating in the join/re join section in the quickest, most efficient ways possible, I don't think there's anything on the forums that she doesn't have a hand in or do well. On top of this she has gone out of her way to train me in everything I needed to know becoming a baby mod (multiple times at that since I was quite the slow learner) and is always willing to do the same for others. Im pretty sure she wouldn't be able to function without the forums and I mean that with all sincerity.
