What it takes in my eyes to achieve Most Outstanding - A person who defines what it means to go above and beyond their general scope of responsibilities in which ever rank they hold, to not only effect an area of KSI, but the community as a whole. When I reflect on the time I've been lucky to watch Impy grow as a leader, I can't say I'm surprised that we are here now witnessing for this award. From day one, Impy came in like a wrecking ball smashing the expectations of what leaders SHOULD be and proving what a leader is. He first caught my eye in LS, where he was setting fire to the training processes, lighting people up and getting them excited not only about learning what KSI was all about but their personal potential. Impy was starting a rough year of college, and decided to take a break from KSI to find a good rhythm during that transition in school and social life. Respectable. When Impy returned a few months later, he was re-recruited into GZ and quickly again proved himself as a top notch trainer, recruiter, and motivator. I won't repeat the story that you've heard above, but yes... Impy overcame so many obstacles where weak people would have crumbled. Instead he rose to every challenge, as if it were merely a bump in the road, not the gaping sink hole it could have been. Fast Forward... When Impy was promoted to Director, it was evident that he had become a staple within the leadership of this community. It wasn't long before he was not only directing his divisions, but had become the "go to" guy for the other Directors so they wouldn't have to deal with me. (*snicker*) It was at this time that I noticed the natural order had fallen into place, where a leader such as Impy was looked at as the elite within the group of Directors. This is the part that not only makes my job easy, but makes witnessing for this award even easier. How can you deny that a person who holds the same rank and responsibilities as others, but is seen by them as more, isn't the most outstanding at what they do? I refer to my opening statement, Impy is what it means to be most outstanding and it has been a pleasure (and sometimes a pain my butt lol) to watch him grow and evolve into such an awesome and integral part of KSI's leadership.

Yes, absolutely I can witness to this. Purge is a forge world master mind, and without him our Halo event during spirit week would have been a complete fail. I assumed he had this already, and I apologize for such. Thanks again, Purge!

Where do I even start? Wolf is one of the most intelligent, positive, inspirational, and hilarious people I've met in KSI over the past year. He has so much potential in leadership, not only in KSI but as he finds his way through life. He is a natural born leader, with heart and understanding but with a seriousness and tactfulness to get the job done. Wolf has sat down and compiled one of the GREATEST training manuals I've seen as a CKO in KSI that several divisions have implemented to reinforce their training standards. Wolf is one of those leaders who completely understands the purpose of KSI and the mission we are trying to accomplish here. His success at running a thriving squad and splitting it to create another along side his own. Wolf has put in 200% into everything he's done in KSI even through his own personal struggles. I am so proud of the leader that Wolf has become and look forward to watching his journey in KSI.

I would like to call attention to a few things regarding KSI DC SNIPER 6. In the short time that have been familiar with DC I have noticed almost immediately his love for KSI. I was reading his motto and bio and noticed he had been promoted to General in June. Anyone who not only sits patiently at the general rank, but takes on a failing squad and breathes life into it after being faced with hardships is an OUTSTANDING member of KSI. His leadership is defined by the desire his members have for building his squad, and the amount of fun they have doing it. In my opinion, DC is one of the most down to earth Generals I've met recently and has definitely put in his hardest efforts to build a squad where people WANT to be.

I love Killamanjaro, but I hate him as well. He has literally made me want to hug him, punch babies, and drink a 5th all on a matter of 5 minutes on several occasions. He has tendency to drink his weight in alcohol, and then get on the forums and literally annoy everyone in the process. He has left...returned..left...returned... and changed his damn gamertag so many times I can't even count anymore. Yes, he indeed made me have a meltdown as I had just got done making plans for the future of his division, after having dealt with an issue involving him and being banned from the forums... and he quits.. changes his gamertag and comes into my game lobby. -__- Give him these awards so I can make fun of his KSI dunce hat. lol

Hands down, easily.. the most dramatic member I've dealt with in the past year. If there was a drama queen of the year award, I would nominate Texas for it. Hopefully that's enough. Strangely, I don't even want to give him an award, seeing as this almost rewards his antics. But... tis the season, right?

I will vouch for Heero for outstanding service level 3. His leadership has really improved his division, and he has also improved himself as a leader. There have been several times where weaker leaders would have given up and walked away due to the challenges that TW and Heero have faced. Instead of doing so, Heero took the situations in stride not only coming out successful but using those situations as a learning tool. From every challenge Heero has made TW stronger, creating a fun and family like atmosphere and mentoring a team of great leaders to support the division on its recent incline. Heero is definitely deserving of OS lvl3. He is a great example of a humble, driven, and motivated leader who takes pride in his Division and responsibilities. I am proud that he is the Div Leader of TW one of KSI's older divisions, and one with a special place in my heart.

Give him his damn award before he loses it more. If that happens, I do believe we will all be too scared to even post here. No really... Doctor, has been put in so many situations, and while keeping a cool head in most situations he has literally turned into the incredible hulk in many. Granted they were all warranted... and most people would have walked away. Doctor was there, and is still there... charging through the challenges, with less "hulk" like moments. Between his time in FN and watching it reach powerhouse status and in less than three months become a ghost town, being a general for almost a year... then finally becoming cofo only to end up having to run SH as a cofo, just after not 1 but 2 division merges. GOOD LORD! Not to leave out the crap he has to deal with from us Admin and BOD staff. Poor thing... lol So Doc is one of the few who I believe deserves the Mad Max award, give it to him please before we all get smashed. lol

Huckleberry has become a pillar of this community during his time here. His service is beyond measure, and I honestly don't know where KSI would be without Huckleberry in Senior leadership. He brings years of leadership, business, and life experience that we are all so lucky to have him share with us. He lives life along "the extra mile" and has really taken making KSI a family to the next level. I cherish the time I spend with Huck, but I also value and you support everything he does in clan ops, productions, and as a friend to so many in KSI. I have never met a more reliable, dedicated, selfless leader than Huck. Huck is the epitome of what outstanding service should represent.

I am a witness to both, having known cole for his tenure in KSI as well as being director and senior during his reign in TW.

I will gladly pipe in to give this lovely lady a push to get this award! Oracle has been one of the most consistent and patient leaders I have seen in KSI. She takes her time with everything making sure to carefully evaluate each and every step, whether it be her rank specific duties or going above and beyond to help other members in KSI. One of the things I enjoy most about Oracle, is the fact that she is one of VERY few female leaders in KSI who has shown that she is here for the right reasons, and strives every day to prove that 100 times over. She is kind, reliable, trustworthy and an all around great person but above all that... she is an INTEGRAL part of the FI leadership staff who would have a hard time trying to function without her. Her presence in that division goes above and beyond that of a cofo and more importantly she's become a mentor, friend, and role model throughout KSI. Thank you for all of your time and dedication Oracle!!

He is always there to help members, offer advice, or handle an issue whether it effects KSI or not. Illusion has not only stepped into his role as a Senior, but has made remarkable strides to build an active and efficient productions team. Spending countless hours training members on media equipment and resources we use as a community. Illusion is someone the I not only enjoy working along side, but admire for qualities he possesses that make him a team player, role model, and loyal member of KSI. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI GWOOD 7 - Director HD-IO-EO Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/4022-ksi-gwood-77/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Let me try and contain myself... and the only reason I have to is because when I come across a leader like Gwood in KSI it motivates me and gets me so damned hyped up. Gwood was recently promoted to Director and within minutes of his promotion stepped right into the role. Splitting HD into IO and taking EO under his wing immediately, Gwood has proven why he deserved the promotion in the first place. Going out of his way to speak to members in all ranks, personally training and mentoring several people to give them the best understanding of their job, Gwood is the epitome of what a director should be. He has recently initiated a challenge for 2 of his divisions who are close in members, to face off with each other to see who can be the one on top after two weeks. Always coming up with new and clever ways to promote the core values of KSI, Gwood has committed to being a GREAT director, and has really shone this month! This is Cheddar's second time around as div leader, and I can honestly that the first time was awesome... but this time is just DAMN impressive. Building a div back from from ruins, turning out leaders, and instilling KSI's core values into the members are all things that a div leader is responsible for but, its HOW the div leader does those things that sets CheddarBob apart from the rest. He is NEVER afraid to get down on squad level and get his hands dirty recruiting, training, etc. And that is the mark of a GREAT leader...never putting himself above the needs of the division, and working side by side all of his members regardless of rank. MahStinky. I'm just so down right proud of this guy. Having recently taken a division of over 600 and lead it through a split, he hasn't missed a beat. The division has fully recovered from the split and has established new goals and new programs to achieve them. Every time a meet a new person from HD, I get more impressed by the standards they keep, and the amount of knowledge and respect the member have. Since becoming the leader of HD after Gwoods promotion, MahStinky has consistently stepped into the community, helping with several different aspects not pertaining just to his division but the community as a whole. For instance, he takes it upon himself to help gather the lobbies for the div leaders meeting each week, and sometimes even take down div stats. He is always available and participating in the 7's vs. KSI game night each week. I cannot express how awesome it is seeing a leader like Mahstinky emerge of their own volition, he is another one that makes me HYPE about his future in KSI. Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI ACIDVAPOR 7 - FI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/4563-ksi-acidvapor-7/ Reasoning why the deserve this - I am so pleased to have gotten to know Acidvapor a little better over the past few months. His working was always evident showing through each aspect he has had a hand in building in KSI. When I think of Acidvapor a couple things come to mind, LOYALTY, COMMITMENT, MOTIVATION, and last but certainly not least RESPECT. Acid has seen FI through many ups and downs as a division, but has never... not ONCE lost his drive for perfection. With recent changes, I have seen Acid step up and really focus on taking his division to the next level. He has been a vital part in incorporating FI into KSI as a community by volunteering his time, never having been asked, during the weekly updates and 7's game night with the members. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Doctor 7 - Cofo -- THE KSI Shadow Haven Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/4993-protoman/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Everything... EVERYTHING that Doc does for KSI is the reason he deserves this award. Doc is running a division as a cofounder and never complains, not once. He knows what needs to be done, and does not hesitate to lead the charge in making it happen. Doc is a valuable asset to SH's progression, and has literally held that division up on his own 2 shoulders with the help of his amazing Generals that he not only trains, but mentors individually. Doc does all of this while maintaining our AAP dept as a co-head, AND being a Senior Forum Mod. He is always reaching out to others through out the community offering advice, or suggestions to help better their programs. There's so much more to be said, but I hope that because Doc is Co-head of AAP that he is still eligible for this award because he truly deserves it. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Dethe 7 Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/5435-ksi-dethe-7/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Dethe is by far one of the most interesting people in KSI! He's always got a fun story to tell. His ease in speaking with people and building a rapport is only one of the many things that make him a great General. For those of you who don't know, a few months ago Dethe's family lost their home in a fire. Once he got everything settled, he came back to KSI the moment he had the chance. Since then Dethe has come back and worked his way back up to gen of Predator EO, and it is apparent why he was promoted to cofo prior. Dethe runs a tight ship, with some very great and friendly members that I had the pleasure of getting to meet. He is always willing to play games with his squad, which sounds typical of a Gen but that's what makes this nomination fun. I love how Dethe doesn't make his job more that it is.. and that's to lead a group of people to play the game. But that doesn't take away from the amount of training and mentoring he gives his squad. Dethe is completely deserving of this award! Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI CATKILLER66 - BLACKOUT HD - (recently promoted to general) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13716-ksi-catkiller66/ Reasoning why the deserve this - I have had the pleasure of meeting and gaming with Catkiller and his squad over the past few weeks and I can't tell you how incredibly impressed I have been. The composure in which Catkiller conducted himself as a captain is something to be desired in ALL officers. Catkiller has not only helped build and maintain a squad with some of the most quality members I have seen in KSI as of late. His members are all on the same page as to what the expecations are which is a clear testament to his ability to lead and gain the respect of his peers. Catkiller also has offered prizes to his division as a whole, to promote division pride and morale. If I had to make a squad today, he is the first captain i would choose to go with me. Albeit, he sometimes hates it, and strategically forgets to do things from time to time we would not have a lot of the toys and fun things on the forums that we do. For example, our economy system... who would want to manage that? Also, Ace is in charge of coordinating all of the KSI merchandise which is no easy feat. Though clan ops misses him dearly, I am so thankful that he still finds the time to participate on the forums to keep himself involved. Sorry it took me so long! #seniordirectorproblems lol OK.. so Illusion.... He's a senior... he's the only senior promoted since Apoc.... umm.. he's amazing... I couldn't do my job without him. He embodies KSI and it's core values to a T. He runs the KSI Youtube channel and the Productions department, which is currently more active than I've seen in it the 3 years I've been in KSI. But no seriously, Illusion is such a prime example of what it means to be a leader in KSI. Always leading selflessly, always keeping a cool head, always willing to sit down and chat with people regardless of their position in KSI. While Illusion and I are two totally different leaders, with totally different styles, that's what makes it work. He is our voice of reason on the senior team. He has given so much to this community, financially, motivationally, and supportively. He has never stepped away from KSI... he has given 100% of himself in everything since day 1. Illusion is the EPITOME of what Oustanding Service is! I am upping this Nomination to MOST outstanding. AAP PUUHHHLEASE give him all the oustanding services! The witness statements alone in this thread prove he is worthy!!

I would be remiss if I didn't post on behalf of Oni for this nomination. I have never been anything by pleased, impressed, and proud of Oni and her journey so far in KSI. I will go on record by saying this.... Oni knows what it takes to be a female gamer in a male dominated atmosphere. She is one of VERY few female members who embraces being in a gaming community for all the RIGHT reasons. To play the game, to lead members in making the right decisions, and to portray the family-like atmosphere we enjoy so much in KSI. Oni does all this while volunteering her time as a moderator on the forums helping as many members as she can who may have issues regarding the website. She is also always present when it comes to KSI events, offering to help and spread the word whenever needed. She goes above and beyond every day to help KSI, not just in her duties as a cofo.. but in all of the departments she volunteers in. I know GZ couldn't ask for a better cofounder, but I will take this a step further and say from one female gamer to another, I couldn 't ask for better prime example of what it takes to be a respected female leader in this community. Regardless of the outcome I do hope that you realize Oni, how appreciated you are and how proud and honored I am to be in a league of our own with a female gamer like you!
