Donor: I am not an eligible witness to this, but I'm sure he has donated. Division Creator: Yes, Illusion meets the criteria for division creator award. (this is a fact based award not an opinion based award, so I am verifying the facts that illusion qualifies for this award) Mad Max: Poor Illusion! The week he is referring to, I remember without question. He was dealing with so much at one time, that he literally couldn't even speak straight. LOL He was calling people by the wrong names, forgetting what day it was...ect. He was given the chance to take some time off because if he didn't, he would have either gone completely crazy or demoted himself to private by accident. lol Gold/Silver Outstanding Service: (Can't witness to this because member doesn't qualify) Outstanding Service: I I believe my understanding on how the Outstanding service awards work is that one must have outstanding service before they qualify for silver and gold. Illusion has demonstrated outstanding service since day 1 of his joining KSI by always being proactive, offering to help in whatever he could not for himself but for the betterment of KSI. He has always been someone who offers new and innovative ways to make not only his squad or division to the next level, but KSI as a whole. The outstanding commitment and work he has done for KSI definitely should make him eligible for oustanding service. Most Outstanding: (Can't witness to this because at this point, member doesn't qualify.) **Edited my wording to make sure people understand that I'm a witness.**

I am a witness to all, except for mentor though I don't doubt that he is one. Slikyboy is embarking on an outstanding journey in KSI with his leadership talents and willingness to teach, train, and mentor. I was fortunate enough to witness his willingness to help recruit and train members through out his roles in his squad, paving the way for his success as a cofounder. He is also running the Global 4 elite clan, and I KNOW how much time and assistance that requires. So yes, outstanding service, trainer, and member assistance have all been and continue to be achieved by Slikyboy. It has been a pleasure to watch him grow through his KSI career.

Oh goodness.. Tempest is one of those people who spread greatness without EVER asking or expecting anything in return. Since the day he joined KSI he's been a pleasure to know, and someone who's gone above and beyond time and time again. Whether it be assisting members in KSI functions or just being an ear for someone to talk to and offer great advice or a laugh and smile, he definitely gives member assistance a new meaning. He has a proven to be a clear representation of Knowledge Strength and Integrity. I only wish that we could have more members like Tempest in KSI. I am a witness to his outstanding service, and believe he deserves these awards and that they may be long over due.

The new idea was the approach, and taking a guideline and creating and implementing a new procedure. I am witnessing for this to be a bright idea, because it was, is, and will continue to be a new and innovative idea to the generalization of "recruiting in KSI". The argument you all are indulging in is ludicrous to say the least. And another witness saying, HELL YESSSS for outstanding service. I'm surprised he doesn't have it already. This man is one of the most influential, and motivational members KSI has.

Not only does he help them with their current issue, but he goes out of his way to make sure every question they have is answered or at the very least, points them in the right direction. Funny thing is, I see him each week offering guidance and suggestions to members in our current Education 101 class. He is taking the class to better his knowledge, but is assisting me without even realizing it with his selfless attitude. I am thankful for members like Veil, it makes my job that much easier!

I too can vouch for the outstanding service these members have displayed. Everything that can be said about them and their mission to carry out KSI's core values has already been addressed. I would like to point out this though... It is very difficult to come across members who have the mentality to see the bigger picture of KSI. These three members exude that mentality, and are here not just for the betterment of their squad/division but KSI as a whole. I think that constitutes awarding all three members with Outstanding Service.

Senior Leader of the Month - KSI Rebellion 7 - Really has taken a strong hand in being involved with the community. Has also spent time playing and getting to know the members, and helping solve stressful issues. Director of the Month - n/a Division Leader of the Month - KSIxAPOCALYPSE7 - Lead a wonderfully structured and successful division to a division split. Created some GREAT leaders, with productive and active squads. Co-Division Leader of the Month - KSI Shaolin 7 - A monumental piece of his division, while enforcing KSI's core values to all members. Assisted in the splitting of DL keeping things organized as well as motivating people to remain productive. Founder of the Month - KSI Shadows 7 - Took over FN division without a hitch. Protected members against a serious poaching issue. Implementing growth and training to construct a fabulous foundation which has proven to be on track with competing with the best. Co-Founder of the Month - KSI xXRomanXx - Was a very influential member in LE, always providing guidance and helping build the confidence of his members. Saw another division in need, and offered to help them, and has now become an integral part of their leadership staff. While young in age, he has the idea of what it takes to be an outstanding member in KSI. Is always there, willing to help members with whatever they need! Forum Staff of the Month - Riiot!!!!!!!!!!!! - Riiot, not only does his moderating job well by explaining things to members, he assists people with Graphics requests, and helps keep the shout box banter acceptable for us. GO RIIOT! Writer of The Month - Judges choice Member of the Month - KSI Trauma 7 - Member of the month to me, is someone who exudes Knowledge Strength and Integrity. This month, one person sticks out to me in particular, and that is Trauma. He has proven his integrity, by standing by his division even in the toughest times, his strength by not letting it get to him and pushing through it, and his knowledge by instructing his division to operate to the highest standards KSI expects. A++ for Trauma, I'm looking forward to see what he can do in the future! Top Recruiter of the Month - KSI Lazar28 - This member has recruited over 40 members by himself this month, and on Black Ops to boot! He is a pleasure to know, always there to answer any questions his recruits have, and goes out of his way to make them feel welcome and keep them active! Lazar is a gem, and shows what recruiting is all about! I love getting his enthusiastic messages acknowledging his new recruits! I can witness to Trainer and Master Recruiter. I think Riku is one of the best recruiters that KSI has. Even as a Div leader, he's still helping out is squads by sending recruits their way. As far as mentor, Riku I think you have to get those members to post in here and vouch to you being their mentor. (Sorry if I'm stepping out of line here)

Similar to the "Of the Month" awards, you all are asked to nominate those people who have done outstanding work at specific positions they've held through out the year. I can vouch for Shaolin's Donor award. When there was a KSI team that won FnF and no prizes were available, Shaolin donated 4 1600 microsoft points cards to FnF to give to the winners.

Heretic is Poseidon from LE.....?? I don't see anyone from LS there? And how would that be biased... there's 3 different divisions?

Senior Leader of the month: KSI CHAOS 7 -- while I usually hate nominating Chaos for awards, for several different reasons, I can't look past nominating him this month. Chaos has been the most patient, understanding, and proactive senior since the termination of Darth Vader. He has spent countless hours in parties explaining things in detail, offering help, and guiding members through what proved to be a detrimental time for KSI. All members look to Chaos for his strong sense of structure, and his ability to help people work through issues. Chaos has a way of helping people see what needs to be done, without just telling people what to do which helps the growth of our leadership become stronger and more confident in their abilities. Hands down, Chaos is the Senior Leader of the month. Director of the Month: KSI Royal 7 -- Royal has been like a "right hand man" to me over the past month. We have worked together on solving issues within the community and his expertise, and out of the box thinking have really made him a gem. I enjoy the friendly competition we have created between our divisions, and he makes running meetings a breeze when he's there and we can tag team it together. Royal is definitely an pleasure to work with, and know. Division Leader of the Month: KSI Hitman 7 -- Hitman has become one helluva Div Leader. After having to pick up the pieces of LE from the prior leaders leaving. He has done an outstanding job in bringing LE back to the top. He has created a power house division, with one of the strongest groups of leaders under him that and KSI division has right now. I am so impressed everyday by his attention to every little detail of his division, his overwhelming drive to succeed, and the love and passion he has for KSI. Hitman and LE have become a force to be reckoned with, and I'd like to officially say, "Watch out LS, LE is coming for you." Co-Div of the Month: KSI Poseidon 7 aka "Waterboy" aka KSI xHeretic 7 -- I watched a star leader emerge from Poseidon over the past month. He is not afraid to get down into squad level and get his hands dirty. Poseidon makes it his responsibility to make sure that all of his members are performing to expectation, and are happy with their experience in KSI. While approaching each situation with an open mind, he always has his division's best interests at heart. I foresee Poseidon becoming a major contributor of the Leadership of KSI in the future, but for now... he is my pick for Co-Div of the month. Founder of the Month: KSI Riku 7 -- Riku has been a monumental member of the success of SH since he's been recruited. His calm temperament and strong leadership skills are such a valuable asset to SH. He has been directly involved in over 5 squad splits and their most recent division split within SH. He keeps the momentum going, and I am lucky to have someone so devoted to the success to SH. Co-Founder of the Month: KSI iLLuSiioN 7 -- iLLuSiion is one of the most innovative leaders I've seen in KSI. Always searching for new and better ways to make KSI the place members want to be, iLLuSiioN shows strong guidance and leadership to all members whether he is directly over them or not. iLLuSiioN is someone who always has the bigger picture in mind, which helps him so much on his day to day operations. Over the past month iLLuSiioN has shown great potential, and wonderful leadership in SH and KSI as a whole. General of the month: KSI Duckie319 -- Duckie hasn't had it easy in KSI since she joined, having lost 3 generals in a quite a short amount of time. But she has definitely made it her mission to overcome the odds, and bring her squad to greatness. She has raised the morale of her squad, and has been training people single handedly to become future leaders to help her squad become successful. Duckie is truly a Gem, and her heart is with KSI. Her passion and drive does not go unnoticed. Duckie has my vote for General of the month. Member of the Month: KSI worstplayer -- While his unconventional methods anger most and make some giggle, Worst has been a life saver over the past month. He has worked hard to develop a website and a team to help us have forums. His efforts to give us the most updated forum experience possible have paid off. While he can be annoying and slightly narcissistic, he offered to step up to the plate and use his Admin-expertise to build a site that many use on a daily basis.
