Witness for commited.

I can witness for Para's master recruiter award. This guy has built squads, upon divisions, upon squads, upon divisions. He definitely meets the requirements for this award.

I would like to rescind my witness statement to this award if possible.

I can witness for the following: Outstanding service - (Lvl 1) - Silver Outstanding - (Lvl 2)- Gold Outstanding -(Lvl 3)- With Coden, it was easy to see when I first met him that he was the "All or Nothing" type. He gives his all to everything he does, which has made him reach and surpass any goal I've ever given him. From bringing several squads back from the brink of tanking, then moving onto divisions. TW wouldn't have survived without Coden and him stepping in after I put my trust in too many of the wrong people. Now TW is turning out leaders that were inspired and mentored by Coden or people directly trained by the guidelines that Coden has set down. Resurrection - The division Twisted Warfare under Coden's supervision qualifies him for resurrection. Master Recruiter - I have personally witnessed Coden recruit more than the required amount of members to qualify for this award. Trainer - Coden was at one point training from the recruit tag for ALL squads in SH as a CPT in his squad, and moved on to taking on the personal responsibility to training each and every single person on the recruit tag in TW to make sure each new recruit was getting properly trained until he was confident in his staff being able to do the job. Mad Max - This one's funny.... Coden is like the prime example of Mad Max. From having Christoff as a General, to his entire leadership up and leaving him with a BRAND NEW division as a co-founder. Being in Outcast SH (there's no explanation needed lol) To having to put up with me for the past year... barking in his ear what to do and what not to do. That's enough to make anyone crazy. lol

After leaving and returning to clan ops, rage quitting the forums staff, being rank suspended and being banned from clan ops for like 2 months, then coming back... lmfao again how do you not have this? 2> Most Outstanding - For Luci's most outstanding rank I'd give him General. But I would like to state this... Luci was inducted into the KSI Hall of Fame for several reasons by the BoD. I'm willing to witness for some as well: Silver outstanding service: No. But Outstanding Service, yes. In order to qualify for silver outstanding a member must have regular outstanding correct? If so I agree that he rightfully deserves an outstanding service award. Priest has built successful squads to enable his division to sustain a solid member base producing several great leaders. His structured and detail oriented approach has in turn caused him some bumps along the way, but from what I can see, he has taken each as a learning experience and not only pushed himself to be better but inspired others to do so as well. He has gone above and beyond his duties in every position he's held to make sure that he not only provided training but also incentive for members to gain experience by doing. Member Assistance: I can definitely vouch for this one. Not only has he established himself as a wealth of knowledge for those he's leading, but also for everyone he sees is in need of assistance. Just as Chaos has said, Priest has an uncanny ability to offer constructive criticism as well as general guidance. Priest is one of those people, who sees everyone as equals, which makes it really easy to talk to him or ask him for help. Master recruiter: Absolutely yes. If there was a Master of Master Recruiter I would nominate him for that. lol He not only has recruited people on his own, but has also offered incentive countless times to give members a chance to boost their own recruiting numbers. Mentor: I'm sure he'll have his own witness for this one.

I'm definitely a witness to Dramatic being a Master Recruiter, as well as Silver Outstanding Service. Dramatic has successfully recruited close to 100 members into KSI, as well as some of those folks becoming significant leaders currently running divisions and squads. He definitely deserves this award. Dramatic has definitely gone above and beyond his call of duty since he became a leader within KSI. He strives to bring different ideas to the table, all to better KSI. By running the HR department on top of being a Director, he also comes up with many unique ideas for KSI to do, to take us to the next level. He has also proven to many people the importance of diversity in leadership, and has taken a stance on eliminating judgement on members in KSI. I cannot however vouch for Gold Outstanding service, as I feel this prestigious honor deserves a little bit more time and commitment from our members than what Dramatic has put forth thus far. But he's definitely on his way. (Hell.. I don't even think I have gold outstanding...lol)

If you need another one to vouch for Member Assistance and Trainer, I'd like to do so. Doc is awesome. Its rare that I can actually meet a member and be able to tell who trained them. And, with Doc's member's I can do this each and every time. His patience and understanding of our members and our ideals in ksi shows that he's taken the time to work with any member regardless of division/squad. Doc's ease to teach and train people on his successful ways does not go unnoticed. I've noticed several times, members having questions and he's always there to offer the answer and a reference to where he found it. Not only is he helping members learn, but also directing them to places where in the future they can find answers to their questions on their own. (for example his thread that was submitted for "Bright Idea")

I'm even willing to take this from a personal level to a KSI level.... without Chaos... KSI wouldn't be where it is today. Could someone else stepped up and do what he did? Probably. I must say that even though we are all human and make mistakes, Chaos has always come out looking like the savior for many situations here in KSI. Though I know Chaos on a personal level, being in KSI has allowed me to get to know him on a TOTALLY different level I may not have ever gotten to know had we both not decided to become part of this community. Chaos is that big dude in the middle of the Amazon with the machete chopping the way through the forest so everyone can get to where they need to go, easier and with confidence in the one they are following.

I know this is going to sound rude, and I really do not intend it to be but, no... that is not "enough". That is your responsibility as a leader! Every leader in KSI is expected to maintain their division/squad successfully. If events happen that impact a division or squad, leaders are put in place to ensure that div/squad will come out of it successfully. If that's the case, every leader in KSI would have to receive this award. Look at the recipients of this award, I can specifically recall each person's accomplishments that set them apart from the rest. Its not that you aren't deserving of this award, its just the facts to support it weren't what the AAP looks for, for "outstanding service" nominees. So I'm going to help you out a bit here for sake of the argument.... The reason KSI Caius 7 deserves this award, is because when FN was in a time of need he willingly left his home division of DH to help regain structure in the upper leadership and implement guidelines within the division. He entered the division while it was on a rocky path, due to a very impactful exit and demise of the founding division shortly after its split. Caius gave 110% to FN to help members and current leadership regain their footing here in KSI, and protect them from others who were out to cause harm to the division.

Outstanding Service is awarded to those members who go above and beyond their call of duty significantly, with successful results. What you have written describes you successfully fulfilling the duties of a leader in any division whether they are founder/codiv/div leader. Not saying that you are unworthy of the award, just put a little more time into what it is exactly that you do that sets you apart from what is expected of people in your position.

Damn Coden... lol the award is called "Committed" Since patience is not one of Coden's strong points.... lol I am proud to vouch for Coden's time served in KSI. He was one of the monumental members in the beginning of SH that paved the way for it's greatness to date.
