I'm not going to write as much as a normally do for these things because obviously Jiggy has a long list of contributions to KSI. I have known Jiggy since he was recruited and have watched the highs and lows throughout his time here in KSI. As leaders we all have highs and lows, but what makes Jiggy's service stand out is that he always climbs back up from the lows and becomes better than ever. He helped pave the way of SH's original success as we created it. I went back and looked at my archives from when we were first created in April of 2011 starting at 105 members and by June 11 we were at 350 solid members. All this taking place while Jiggy was General. He was a contributing factor and General of Phantom SH for 3 squad splits. Once he became Cofo.. he over saw SH's squads from 350 members in June 11 to 530 members in August 11. Once SH was ready to split with Jiggy as founder, I was promoted to Director to over see the Div split of SH to TW. The codiv ended up leaving due to personal life issues, and Jiggy took over SH after it's split with brand new cofos and Generals as the older leaders went to TW to build. Jiggy then built a strong leadership team and led SH to it's next split which was GZ. This was when the initial idea was presented to me by Jiggy and Illusion for the Welcome Committee, one of the more successful things to have come from SH and it's never ending strive for quality members and excellent leadership. All this and that doesn't even mention the time Jiggy spent on extra-curricular things in KSI as a moderator, a FTLA mentor, and a Judge for FnF. Jiggy has always given literally everything he has to KSI, and in the moment when life became a factor and he couldn't it was so hard for him to bear that it took me weeks of consultation to actually get him to understand that life became the priority and KSI would be here when he got back. Now that life is under control, and Jiggy is in a great place... he has come back a few months ago and hit the ground running again as you can see by the witness statements above mine. As I tell people who ask me, there is good reason why Jiggy was my Co-div. PS. I said I wasn't gonna write a lot.. and well... Jiggy is just too amazing... lol

As a team, they make things so easy for me to keep my head on straight and not freak out like I would have 2 years ago. One of the things that is so special about Impy is that his ability to be a level headed leader transcends through all departments he's affiliated with. Being a Director in KSI is grueling, stressful, and often times so demanding that it's hard to make time for anything else. The fact that Impy performs his duties so well as a director while maintaining the same standard in his other responsibilities flawlessly is admirable and inspiring. His consistency is remarkable. The ease in which his division communicates, executes, and builds makes me so honored to even know them, let alone get to claim that they are members of KSI. It always makes me proud seeing Phantom hold down that Halo swag, whether it be turning out leaders, or housing some of the most TALENTED Halo gamers I've ever seen. Tempah is definitely grasping what being a General in Halo is all about by keeping his members active, training his officers, and allowing his members to have a BLAST gaming. Which is simply what KSI is all about. Tempah's squad under his leadership is a prime example of the roots of KSI as a community, beasting on halo... reppin the KSI name... and making us look awesome on youtube. It takes a pair of big feet to fill the shoes as a general of Phantom where 3 of our current board members and 2 of our senior directors started their KSI career. I guess Tempah got them Michael Jordan genes cuz he is rocking them big ole shoes like a BAWSE! Having been recruited below the age limit of our rules (Naughty recruiter! lol) she has taken her limitations like a champ. Understanding that we can't make exceptions for fear of having to do so for so many other people, she strives to be as helpful and to do as much as she can given her circumstances. Recently I've found out that she has been a member of every squad currently running in DM, working as an officer to help those squads become successful. Between taking lead classes to learn more, and utilizing all of KSI's resources she has come to be a key piece of DM and I can't say how thankful I am that she has taken the lemons we unfortunately handed her and made some bomb ass lemonade. Here's to you little Kitty, thanks for all you do for DM and for KSI and proving that one day our rules would turn around and bite us in the butt. Herbert takes his role as LT and executes every aspect of his duties with the utmost confidence and humility. I don't know if it's the veteran Marine in him or just his amazing personality but he brings life to any game lobby he's in. Knowing when to be serious, and when to make you laugh so hard you almost pee your pants. (I speak from experience) I'm definitely gonna keep an eye on this guy, mostly because I know he's gonna be a asset to KSI's leadership team but also because I don't want to find him hiding outside my windows. He's everything I wish I could have been... everything I want to be... and just all around one of the most GENUINE, SINCERE, INTELLIGENT, FUN, MOTIVATIONAL, INSPIRING, HONORABLE, HELPFUL, DRIVEN members I have EVER had the pleasure of knowing since I have joined KSI almost 3 years ago. If I could clone him, and put a Docness in every squad...in every division... in every program we have in KSI I would. Docness just makes me so freakin' hype about being a part of KSI that I can't even stand it. He is someone who reminds me on a DAILY basis why it is I continue to do what I do here in KSI. I cannot say enough about him. I'm calling it already... MEMBER OF THE FREAKING YEAR!!! Sometimes I wonder where divisions like DL and FI would be without having had Docness on their six. I say this with unashamed pride, I love you Doc... I truly do.

Just to throw another witness statement in there, I've known Doc since he was a SGT in Demise, which was a year ago.

Clay is the master of the master recruiters! Give this man his damn award! I have witnessed him first hand personally bring in at LEAST 50 quality members and that was just when I was around. This guy is nuts, and I've said it before and I'll say it again. I want to clone him, and put a Clay in EVERY division. As Azrael said, KSI McClaytone is a BEAST. Period.

Ummm.. are ya'll kidding me? This entire community could be a witness to Twahl's Mad Max nomination. There are few people in this community who try my patience.... I like to call them my head bangers. What I mean by this is, they legit make me feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall every time we talk. Just recently, I had to pull Twahl into a party to explain to him that throwing his leadership under the bus in the shout box is NOT conducive behavior to someone looking to transfer out of LB. But that brings me to my next piece of evidence.... LB. Has anyone even ASKED Twahl what he was in LB? What he did to get there? Because he was soooooo loopy in TW that his mindset on KSI was skewed beyond repair. We needed an LB intervention for this cat, because KSI literally had made him delirious and loose his perception between right and wrong. That to me, is the epitome of mad max. He is honestly going to drive me over the edge one day soon... I see it happening. lol

Please apply the following witness statement to all of the above nominations: My knowledge of KSI Roman 7's journey started when he approached me with a fire and a passion to help KSI in anyway possible. He was a Cofo in LE and felt that due to the size and leadership there, he could be better utilized in a smaller division that needed help. At the time a lot of the leadership in TW had left to pursue other things. I had transferred Roman in to TW worried about how he would fit in with the likes of people like Coden Blitzer, and Kiki, well much to my surprise the impact and adaptability was almost instant. He then began a very successful journey throughout each rank assisting with many different things along the way, and even assisting in the splitting of TW to ET before he was promoted to Director a short time later. Throughout his journey in Clan Ops, Roman has been faced with many hard choices. Not always making the best one, but completely understanding what he could have done better and setting out to make sure no one makes the same mistakes he did. Roman also completed both my FTLA 101 and 201 classes and inquired about becoming a Course Instructor. Many of you know I am very picky on who instructs these classes because it does take someone with the right personality to do so. Ever since I gave him the opportunity, he has taken full ownership of the role and instructed several of our current leaders today some even in the same position as he. The moral of this story is... Roman is a fantastic leader because his focus is always on giving back to the community. Whether it be gaming, education, or just a friendly ear for someone to talk to, he never backs down...never gives up... and most certainly never leaves a party with me without asking what he can do to become a better leader. The modesty speaks for itself, for any leader who recognizes that good is never good enough and always strives for perfection is someone worthy of outstanding service, in my opinion. Leading selflessly, and by example Roman has defied many odds and continues to put forth KSI's core values - Knowledge, Strength, and Integrity. you Roman.

I must preface my nominations with this statement: Just because I as a senior feel that these people deserve these awards by no means says that there aren't several other people who deserve them as well. We have overcome so much the past year, and the following people are the ones that I see have made not only a positive impact on this community in whatever capacity they were in, but were the people who have also shown the most growth as leaders, members, and over-all comprehension of what it means to be in KSI and to be a leader. Please don't be offended if I didn't nominate you, because as you all know I appreciate and adore every single one of you! We wouldn't have made this place what it is without you, and if I could give everyone an of the year award I would. With out all of those things, I probably wouldn't haven been able to work beside him for the past year. I know that at the end of the day we are safe in his hands, and I could trust him to handle any situation with poise and to always make the right decisions for KSI. Apoc is a man of standards, and empowers people to believe we never have to lower our standards to meet our goals and be successful. Even if I could vote for myself, I would still vote for Apoc because credit deserves to go where credit is due and in my eyes he is a great senior, and I love the fact that I have someone so passionate and incredibly loyal by my side. Through everything we've been through here in KSI, no one deserves it more. I am so proud that I have watched Illusion go from being someone who wasn't sure if they wanted to KSI seriously, to someone who lives, breathes, and sleeps KSI. Whenever I wonder what we could do next to take KSI to the next level, Illusion is someone I go to almost immediately for ideas. He has created a powerhouse division, mentored and trained some of KSI premier leaders, and revamped 2 different programs in KSI. This guy is the epitome of what leaders should strive to become in KSI. I love ya Illy, thank you for everything this year, I mean it. I said it! And I believe it too! This guy, lol is a beast. I have never seen a div leader who is sooooo respected by their members. I have had the distinct privilege of knowing Cowboy since he joined KSI, and I can say that regardless of any mistake he may have made in the past, he has really found a way to adapt his leadership style to what KSI desires them to be. He has made a division that is structured, knowledgeable, and respectful which are three things that can be a challenge especially together. He has created a sense of family, and a division where your rank is earned not given based on how many people you recruit or how many times you split a squad. He is another leader who just "gets it". I can't even begin to explain the amount of effort and energy Cowboy puts into ET, let alone the incentives he offers his members to keep them exicited and interested in being in KSI. While he may not be the traditional leader that KSI has seen in the past, he strives for success and knows what it takes to get there. I am so proud of what Cowboy has created in ET, and the leader he continues to be in KSI. I am so excited to watch him grow into the div leader role with DR, because his decision making and leadership style while already great, will have the chance to be seen not just by me and his division but all of KSI. It is refreshing to say the least. Not only is Bubblez one of the nicest and most genuine people you could meet, she is one hell of a leader. It takes a special person to inspire, motivate, and overall push members to be successful to the point of greatness. Good is not an option in her book of KSI, whether it be her, her members, or even the leaders above her. She has this uncanny ability to make everyone want to be the best at what they do, no matter what their position. People like Bubblez are paramount to our existance as a community, and I am not only lucky to call her a friend but proud as a leader to know we have her on our team! yay BUBBLEZ!! The passion he has for helping people, the sacrifices he makes to fulfill his duties to KSI, the general understanding of what we do and why we do it... you can't teach that. It's a god-given, natural born talent that is so rare and so extremely AWESOME that we are so lucky to have Docness with us since he is someone who posseses it. This man is an active duty member of our United States Navy, who between doing one of the HARDEST JOBS an american can do, makes time to allow KSI into his life. That alone, is an honor. Docness has never been one to sit idly by. He is proactive, innovative, and project oriented. He will take any task, and give it 100% no matter what. Whether it be recruiting, training, handling difficult issues, and even advising others on how to get their idea heard. He is hands down COFO of the year in my opinion having helped not only DL, but RP, FI, the ASC, and just members in general regardless of their position or place in KSI. Docness is a BEAST!! I haven't been harder and more honest with anyone as much as I have been with Dragon. His perserverance was just a small portion of the many qualities that I saw in him as a leader. As someone who has admittedly made mistakes or poor decisions in the past, he has used EVERY one of them as a learning experience and become a dominant leader in a very prestigious division. He is amazing, and has truly slaved his butt off for KSI time and time again. He deserves this award solely on his improvements to not only himself, but the leaders he has helped create as a general. He strives to make things easier not only for his squad mates, but even took it upon himself to help me with the running of Global 2 on Call of Duty elite. He understands the amount of responsibility it takes to be successful, and proves time and time again that he is here for all the right reasons. I don't make excuses often, but by now Butterz would probably be a div leader if not a director had he not had the crappy hand he was dealt. He is hilarous, and bleeds KSI through and through. Always reppin KSI no matter what, even being a Ginger Free-style rapper on our live stream. I will always hold Butterz in such high regard for never giving up, and always willing to take someone elses mistakes and work with them until they are top notch. He is a great trainer, mentor, leader, friend, and guy. He is my vote for member of the year.

ATTN Everyone: As a Board member and a Senior Director I must stress the importance of nominating as many positions as you can for the OTY awards. Gold outstanding, is among the highest of honors a KSI member can achieve and I would be glad to give testimony to Imperiium's nomination. Since I met Impy over a year ago, he has not only made a solid way for himself as a leader but has given more than his all in everything he's done. From assisting with the AAP to forum moderation, and pretty much running around where ever KSI may need assistance at the time he has proven to be someone with an utmost desire to inspire, lead, and be successful. Imperiium goes out of his way every day to make KSI a place all xbox live'ers want to be. Most recently he assisted in the revamping of our community's Live Stream weekly update, spear heading this project with Illusiion to provide information, inspiration, and morale to all that view it. This is no easy task, and takes someone knowledgeable, confident, and passionate about KSI. Not to mention having won Forum staff of the month, for his infinite amount of assistance to our members on our website. People find it easy to approach him with questions, and he obliges each time with respect and professionalism. Impy does all of this while leading an amazing division in KSI. Serving everyday as a leader, treating people fairly, and instilling the KSI core values into each and every member he is in contact with. Impy goes above and beyond every responsibility he's been given, by making sure that nothing goes unnoticed and no member is made feel like just another number in our squads. I am honored as a Senior Director to have someone like Imperiium running one of our divisions, moderating our forums, live streaming with our productions team, and recognizing our members in the AAP. He does so with such diligence, respect, and absolute poise, and could not be more deserving of this award. Congratulations on all of your success Imperiium, it is well deserved.

I will gladly witness that Priest is deserving of both silver and gold outstanding service. Through my dealings with Priest, I have witnessed time and time again his passion for organization, consistency, and the best interests of his members. Priest strives for perfection in many ways, a quality that I wish more leaders in KSI possessed. He is a true testament to the mission of a leader in KSI, and that is to provide structure, ensure fun, and to enforce the rules. There are many many things I've witnessed Priest do that one would consider above and beyond his call of duty in any rank he has achieved in KSI. Most memorable for me, is the fact that he provides some of the GREATEST incentives to his members to spark motivation within his division. He is always looking for new ways to keep his members interested in KSI. He has stepped up (or even down), in the absence of many leaders to maintain the standards in which we promise our members. When members show promise, he not only trains them, supports them, but often times even provides points for people to change their names because he believes in fair opportunity for all KSI members. Most recently, he even offered to send a spare modem to Chaos and I when we were having issues with our service, only because he knew how much we wanted to be online and helping everyone. He has even offered to help other divisions in need, only to better KSI as whole. To have a co-div with so much passion for not just his own division, but the welfare of others is something that is so inspiring to me as a leader. It shows me that I'm not alone in my thoughts of regardless of rank, I'll always go where KSI needs me the most. In TW he was a great leader, building squads that turned out fantastic leadership that have gone on to help Evil Ties become the powerhouse division that they are today. I do not know where we are on the AAP limits for Most Oustandings Co-div recipients. If we have more than one spot left, I am willing to apply my statement to that as well. Not saying that Priest doesn't deserve that award as well, I just want to be sure there is a spot left for another person who was in my opinion the on same caliber as Priest.

It gives me so much pride in the leaders I work with initiating and agreeing on something so meaningful, some without having the privilege of knowing KSI DARK KNI6HT 7. This really proves that we are family. Through thick and thin, we stick together. Regardless of his passing, Mark would have achieved these prestigious awards at some point, no doubt in my mind. What an awesome way to honor a fallen brother who embodied KSI's core values, and made an impact on so many.

Pshh... Riiot is awesome! He is more than deserving of Silver OS because of so many reasons. Here's a list of some: - He has been an integral part of the AAP system revamping, making sure to keep the peace between staff and members. Which has been a problem for quite sometime now. - He has recently helped design and implement a project for KSI that could potentially take this community to the next level. - He has made himself a reference point for many aspects of Forum operation by his calm and knowledgeable demeanor, making it easy for members to approach him. - He has voluntarily offered his help on several GFX projects in order to help get things done, and a timely and civil fashion. - He has been with us through some of the most difficult times in KSI, supporting our leaders and members in which ever way he could to help make our operations run as smooth as possible. - He has put himself in the line of fire several times, just to make sure that both sides are heard. Whether it be member to member, or Board member to GFX team, or even member to forum staff. Riiot, is an OUTSTANDING member of KSI and definitely deserves the next award level of Outstanding Service.

Oh well let me fix that... I met SonofSin (SoS) when he was a General over a MW2 squad in Lost Empire... where he split his squad and busted his butt. Then someone got promoted over him based on favoritism.. that upset him... so he left KSI. Then a week later he decides come back.. and we open our arms to him in LS and say... lets make him play Halo! (bad idea) He hated the game, but could recruit like a boss. After a few weeks, he asked for a transfer because he just didn't like the "rules" that LS had in place. Then he goes back to LE, and becomes a cofo again butting heads with the leadership because they are holding grudges against him. Anyone who was around then can attest that LE was getting hit, every other week by MEA and random clans, they'd build up and get hit again, repeat process. Then SoS decides to become active on the forums. (bad idea) He then gets banned off the forums several times for speaking his mind. Pretty much leading to his DNH. Then he comes back again the DNH gets overturned.. because he was a bad boy and he admitted it. Things were good... then his good friend gets into with Bill which means SoS gets into it with Bill ... and they leave and go to KoV, where he camped out for a while... and then after a few months he's back here.. in LB.. so he can get re-educated... because obviously.. the madness he's dealt with in KSI has turned him into a definite MadMax.

omg omg omg I don't think I've ever been so excited to witness for an award! SonofSin is probably the most legit MadMax in KSI. This guy... lol... I literally just hung my head a laughed. I can't even describe the reasons why he deserves this award. I mean, this is the guy that made a thread a while back about how on a map on one of the COD games there's an area that looks like a butt hole. lmfao

I could write one of my long, drawn out, wordy reasons as to why Vicious deserves all of these awards but I think my words hold enough merit that when I say this guy is just down right FREAKING AMAZING, that you all understand what that means. Sooo... Outstanding Service - Umm, do we have and award for phenomenal service? Vicious, is the epitome of what KSI leaders should strive to be. This guy is selfless, motivational, and inspiring for all that know him. Trainer - Vicious has absolutely trained the required amount of people for this award. Member Assistance - Absolutely. 100%. Undeniable. Vicious helps members of all squads in all divisions, for the betterment of KSI. By acknowledging the goals we have for the bigger picture, Vicious understands what it means to be patient and willing to help members, regardless of if the questions are redundant or even silly.
