As a general, he has taken the time to be with the members of his squad in parties and game nights. He has gone above and beyond to help his squad grow by motivating his officers and sergeants to go out and bring in more members into the squad. He takes the time to play games with them, and helping his fellow officers learn how to work as a cohesive unit. Allen has worked hard alongside the other officers of his squad to bring in more members into the squad by inspiring them to work hard and not give up. He has shown perseverance when things hit the fan with members of his squad and helped to be with the members of his squad to make sure they were okay. He takes time out of each day to be with different members of the squad for hours on end. Blackout is a hard worker and has done a great job with working with the SSGTs in the squad to train them on how to be better and more inspiring leaders in the squad. This man has devoted many hours to this squad and making sure that things are going good. He has prevailed above the odds and has continued to work diligently to help build the squad up, not tare it down. This man has worked day in and day out this month to learn his officer duties. He has taken the time to be with the members of the squad and to make sure they know who he is. Mozart has gone above any beyond in his efforts as an officer. He once spent 3 hours working on the his officers duties to make sure that things got done properly. This gentleman is such a hard worker! He spent hours upon hours being with other members of the squad and making sure that they feel included. Gemqi has worked with the officers in his squad to co-host game nights on multiple occasions. I have seen him help me and other members multiple times when trying to figure things out with awards this month. DC has done a great job this month with responding to nomination posts and making sure that if someone deserves the award that he verifies it. This man is a such a hard woker!

Many times, I have seen KSI Swag 77 spending time with officers and potential officers for each of the squads. He mentors them by giving them feedback and showing them what it takes to be a true leader by always being available. KSI Swag 77 has shown time and time again that he is invested in his division by meeting with his fellow 7's staff and General's and making sure that things are running smoothly. This man has been apart of KSI for an accumulation of 7 years. In those 7 years, KSI Swag 77 has gone Climbed the ladder to Division Leader and has successfully helped his divisions to grow. Every single day, I see this man in multiple parties spending time playing games and having fun with different people. This month, he has gone above and beyond with helping me. He has helped me to be equipped with the tools that I need to succeed. With hosting workshops, to spending time in parties with the squads he is over(and the other squads as well), KSI DC 7 is a great example of what a true Co-Founder should be like. It has been great to work with him and see him flourish as an General. He does his best when he is inspiring his squad with inspirational speeches and kicking butt with the squad members on COD. This month Templar has grown in by tremendous amounts of numbers. KSI SlickNick has done a fantastic job with member retention for Templar. He takes the time to speak with members and make sure they are having an enjoyable time in the squad. I am grateful for the work that KSI SlickNick has put in this month and I look forward to seeing what he will do next! He has worked so hard to be there for others. This month I have seen KSI Bambino constantly online, doing promotions, hosting game nights, and spending time with the members. There has not been a day this month that he has not taken the time to be with the members of his squad. Even with the squad transfer, KSI Bambino has not slowed down. He has continued to do all that has been asked of him and more!

I accidentally posted while not signed in. Here’s the real post. Man, what is there not to say about this man?!?! I have known him for over three years now and he has done so much for this community. Rising up the ranks multiple times. Showing the rest of us chumps what it takes to get the job done. Swag 77 has helped me multiple times when I was a General and has been there for me when crap hit the fan. There is no one more deserving of this award.
