Testimony: Why does this member belong in your Department’s Hall of Fame? Please explain. How does one start to explain why this woman deserves to be in the Productions Hall Of Fame? Let me begin by talking about her history in Productions. Shell has been in Productions since April 23, 2018. (That is just shy of 3 years!) With her time in Productions, Shell has devoted hours upon hours making the Productions Department what it is today. Her time in Productions was filled with reshaping how things operated and focused hard with communication and productivity. When she first joined the Productions team, she had some understandings of streaming and was willing to learn more. I may not have been there, but I have heard stories. I still remember the first time that I met Shell when I joined Productions and it was great to learn from her. Shell has been the Head of Productions for the last year and a half. She helped me and countless others to be more involved by setting an example and showing all of us that being a streamer can be so much fun and that hard work pays off! Now to talk about some of her achievements. This last year, Shell was the runner-up for Department Head OTY. This is no small feat for someone to achieve with the other Heads that were/are currently in Department Ops. Shell is the only person to receive the "A Star Is Born" and "Oscar Winner" awards. Shell has continued to sore high and work hard. That is shown by her current rank in Department Ops as the Head Department Manager and I know that she has so much more to accomplish and bring to the table. I could go on for a while telling you how amazing Shell is and what she has done for Productions. I will say this, KSI MeShell 7 is one of the most down to earth, knowledge filled, witty people I have had the chance to get to know. She is more than deserving to be in the Productions HOF. #Purtty-Toxic

She gives great ideas and is able to answer any questions that members may have. I have seen Athena on numerous occasions in a party talking with members and helping them with issues or questions that they have. Athena has been a great help to members in the squad by helping them with things and making sure they are well equipped with the knowledge they are in need of to enjoy their time in the community.

Since she became an officer, Athena has continuously put forth the time and effort to ensure that those she works with are well equipped and confident in their duties. She takes time to be there for the members in Prestige and understands what it means to be a great mentor to the other officers. You can ask any current or past officer in this division and all throughout the community that has worked with her and they will say that Athena has mentored them in one way or another. From hosting enlightening workshops to answering any questions that others may have, Athena is there and on the ball. Athena is able to bring great insight into helping build the future leaders of KSI. I personally can say that she has taught an old(KSI Wise) geezer like me a few things. There is no doubt that Athena is more than deserving of this Mentor award.

I have not known DropShot for too long personally. I have heard of his name and thought he seemed like a cool guy. Since I have become a Co-Head in Productions and being apart of the LC, I have work closer with him. Something that I have noticed is that this man is a hardworking, devoted, and charismatic guy. He puts time and effort into making sure that things are up to date on the forums and that T&E is running smoothly and efficiently. There is not a single part of KSI that Dropshot has not been in or is currently apart of. As of right now he is Head of T&E, LC, and Head Admin in Web Ops. These are not small feats to acquire and he does well in his positions. Dropshot continues to amaze me with his insight and experience and how he puts it to great use. This man is more than deserving of this OS2 award. KSI Kakashii 77 @Kakashii 77 OS Lvl 2 Reasoning: I have know Kakashii now for almost 5 years! In this time, I have seen this man rise through the ranks multiple times and do many things for this community. He has continued to show his worth in the community with being involved in numerous areas. Most recently he is the Leadership Council Coordinator, past Co-Founder multiple times, General multiple times, and the list goes on and on. In just a day, Kakashii will be hitting his 9 year mark of being in KSI. He has an immense amount of knowledge in this community and has been there for many people throughout his time. He has mentored many people and has continued to show he cares about those that he works with by showing them support and giving them feedback when it is needed. As the LLC, Kakashii does a fantastic job at driving the LC ambassadors in the right direction. He gives his thoughts on how things can improve and what steps need to be taken to better the community. Now to get sentimental on all of you. In the 5 years that I have known Kakashii, we have been through many difficulties together. Changing squads and seeing divisions fall and rise. This man has shown what it takes to surpass all of that and be a great leader. He has shown me how hard work, determination, and grit will lead to success and a brighter future. Kakashii is one of the OG Forced Induction members and I am grateful to have known him for this long. He is well deserving of this award and continues to amaze me with the things that he does. I know that I could give at least a 15 page essay on why KSI Rogue 7 is more than deserving of this award, but I won't make you all read that. So, I will settle with this. I have known Rogue now for over a year and a half. In that time, I have watched this man go through so many difficulties and yet he is still here. I remember when he was my General in imperial. Although he and I did not know much about each other during that time, I still remember the few conversations that we had. Once I became an officer again about 4 months later, this man was there to provide his input and guidance. As a general, Rogue has set apart time to speak with me and help me work through things. I do not believe that I have ever seen Rogue not make time to meet with his members. In the years that he has been in this community, he has only taken time to himself for a few days twice! There have been many things that have gone on in his real life with loosing family(in different kinds of ways), with work, and many others things that have gone wrong. In regards to the community, Rogue has put his toes in many areas of the community. Education, AAP, Leadership Council, and a Director. He has helped multiple squads and divisions grow and become great. I do not believe that there is no other person that is deserving of this award more than KSI Rogue 7. He is selfless, hard working, devoted, a gigantic pool of knowledge, and the list goes on and on. He is well deserving of this award. Love ya brother! @KSI Rogue 7

Were do I begin? Athena has been a pillar of the squad and this community. Time after time, she proven her worth to this community. She has her toes in many different parts of the community. As a Captain, she helps me run the squad and is an amazing leader. Athena is a star recruiter! I have witnessed her ability to recruit on many accounts. She is such a natural when it comes to talking to being and making them feel welcomed. Her leadership attributes are a blessing to this community. She understands what it takes to be the leader is KSI. From her communication skills to the knowledge that she has gained in the short amount of time she is been in this community, she is amazing! Athena continues to grow in the community and her knoweldge by teach and mentoring the officers and others in SL. Attending her workshops is a wonderful experience! The gamenights that she hosts are just as amazing!(Even though it's always gunfight. ) She understands how to liven things up and make sure that everyone is engaged and has a great time. Athena is also a member of the Leadership Council. That in itself is a major achievement and she is deserving to be there. Her insight into what it takes to be a great leader is something that everyone should hear and learn from. I am grateful to have her in the officer core and for her to be in this community. Where do I begin with DC? This man has played a vital role in many aspects of this community. He has been a Co-Founder for the last several months, was a co-head of AAP, is the current Head of Education, and was recently inducted into the SL Hall Of Fame. DC has done an amazing job with being there for his members and is the ideal person to talk to about anything regarding information within KSI. There is no doubt that this man deserves this award.
