In DW he is the division leader, he is over the best division in participation. Gary is a great guy to come to for advice or any questions. He truly cares about his division. Outside of clan ops, he is Head of the Productions team which he does an outstanding job in. He makes sure all streams are scheduled and done in time. On big events like Spring break he stays up till it’s 1:00 am or 2:00 am (his time zone) to make sure all the Productions streamers are activated and on the clan ops level to make sure everything is going as planned. Living on a different time zone definitely messes up his sleep, but he pulls through because He cares for the community and wants it to be the best it can be! Gary deserves this award.

He shows all new members that having fun and ranking up is possible. From the swash-buckling adventures in Sea of Thieves to the great pieces of advice at meetings and workshops, Gary is what any Division Leader should be. One thing I really appreciate from havoc is his belief that I can go far in KSI, and he wouldn’t tell me I can go far if he didn’t believe in me. A couple weeks ago wasn’t the best week. But that week ended up alright because at the end of it me and havoc were in a party. He told me some stuff I can work on, and stuff I can do better in. I learned from being in that party that havoc cares about all of his members. Not only is Havoc a great mentor but he also knows how to be a good friend to all members. He is always in parties motivating Hannibal to go above and beyond. We had a drought in Hannibal over the last few months, but recently things have been kicked up a notch. Samurai’s member retention comes from this guy, he always spreads his words of wisdom to members and will always be there to assist anyone with anything. If turn back time to when he first joined KSI, he was a little shy around others. But it took some weeks. He was trained in everything KSI. He’s shown his determination, there were days were he was focused on recruiting. He really loves being in KSI and deserves to be recognized

KSI Gary 7 has really helped me throughout my time in Productions and in DW. Learning from him is awesome. He is the reason, I put my 110% into departments as well as clan ops. In productions he has helped me step out my comfort zone and be able to stream a lot. As well as in clan ops I used to think I went through hard times in clan ops, but Gary has really been through the toughest times. I always like to hear his experience, because it’s shows me Gary is super determined. And I can claim Gary as a mentor to me!!!!

How does someone move up in the departments of KSI?

At one point Gary was the only 7 in LW. He went through tough times. On top of running a division by himself he was head of productions. Instead of leaving which I’m sure a lot of people would he stayed. Many occasions he wanted to leave he always tells me, but because he loved LW he stayed and fought through it. He deserves this award because of his hard work and commitment to LW (DW).

Havoc has done many things for this community. His first time around Havoc went through the ranks in DM was Head of T&E for a while and made it all the way up to the Board of Directors. Now he’s been back for a few months and is the founder of DW. He goes above and beyond everyday for DW. He will always get in parties and play games but also he is always someone to look up to. For the past few months he has spread all his knowledge to officers and potential officers throughout DW. Now I can go on and on for hours and hours about why Havoc deserves this award. But I’m sure everyone already knows the outstanding leader he is. He deserves the Outstanding Service award without a question.

I’ve seen king around a lot. He is a great role model for me. He is a great leader in this community. Over the last few months he has shown me that even when you are a higher up in KSI there’s always time to have fun and play games with his members. He is a reason why I am eager to move up the ranks. I’m happy to claim KSI xKing 77 as my mentor

Nebula always answers any question thrown at him. He is always answering all questions about the numerous events that are taking place. Such as during the meeting a couple of weeks ago a member did not know what Spring break was and Nebula assisted him right away.

From all his stories King definitely had some ups and down in KSI. I was in DR when King was div leader. Although never being able to meet him. I was definitely in the sidelines watching. He led DR to a division split which created CD. I always look at king as a very motovational person. He put in so much work to DR that sadly he had to step away from KSI for a while but fast forward to today King is back and is the Co Founder in DW, now for him to achieve that type of leadership he definitely has to work hard and he did he took Samurai which was a small squad and made a big active squad with great officer, now that took a lot of time but he pulled through it. And that is why King deserves to be known and recognized for his Outstanding service within KSI.

Gary does a lot for KSI. He leads Divine Warriors, a division that is one of the smaller ones but brings in tons of activity and participation in KSI events. He is a great person to be around as he has experienced a lot. There have been instances where Gary was going to leave clan ops but his love for the division and his determination has gotten him through all hardships he’s faced. Not only is Gary a leader in clan ops but he is also head of the Productions team. With his time zone it’s not that easy to do things late at night, but he pulls through and stays up for big events and meetings. He is an outstanding leader and should be definitely recognized for his Outstanding Service in KSI.

He hosted game nights, assisted in recruiting and training. This guy keeps it cool all the time. If there’s a problem he comes in there with a cool head and dissolves it. He is the future of KSI and I can’t wait to see what he does next. I just wanna say Havoc has been a big turning point in my KSI career. He is a great person to be around. If you have a problem Havoc will get with you right away to see whats up. He is always making sure everyone is having fun and enjoying KSI. Every week he hosts workshops for the whole division, in these workshops he spreads all the knowledge to all of DW.
