Sleepy is one of the best upcoming officers I have seen, and his success as SSGT earned him a LT spot. This guy is molding himself, with the help of others into a jack of all trades. This guy is phenomenal at hosting game nights, recruiting, member retention and soon he’ll show off his knowledge hosting workshops. Sleepy has goals set in place and knocks them all out each week. Can’t wait to see this dude grow as a leader in KSI. Also I didn’t believe he was only 18. It helps that I’ve always been comfortable talking to the guy, but still even if I never met the guy I would easily be able to approach him. He does an outstanding job as Senior Moderator. I know from personal experience that Chad 2 Badd is very knowledgeable in all areas of the community, but has been shining in Web Ops, and one day I see this guy running Web Ops and continuing to keep the forums up and running.
