He takes his time with his officers, and makes sure each officer had the knowledge to move farther in the chain of command. He was the only one helping out when the other officers could have helped and stepped up. He felt very pressured in his position and felt like everything was his job to do. He felt too pressured and wanted to step down and/or leave KSI as a whole. Him doing the great job as a captain got him to be the leader of that squad today. He is a great leader, and he is making even more great leaders within his squad. He is a leader who knows how work is to be done, and teaches the other officers in a way that they will rise and become just as great a leader as him. All of the people that he has mentored have become stronger on officers in his squad, and because of him and the officers, they are working towards a split within the next couple of weeks.

He is very active with all members, and is a vital part of the community. He attends as much as he can, as he participated in spirit week in more than just one event. He gets this game done when they need to get done, and brings many new great ideas forward. He helped me get to where I am now. He has taught me a lot, and it is what he does for many people. Also right now, he is not only juggling the job as Co-Division leader, but he has also had to take on the role and be acting Founder, as we do not have one now. Captain KSI Hype 1shot Genesis/DR I am nominating this person because he has been doing an amazing job keeping up with everything. He is an amazing help in keeping the squad organized and is a big reason the squad is at where it is now. Just him alone got us 31 recruits within a few weeks, and that is amazing. He is running the bo2 headhunters team, and is very organized himself with what he does. Overall I feel he is a great candidate for this award
