Being fi's creator ive had the chance to train and bring up warpriest from when he first joined, i also second his nomination for his exemplary work and contributions toward fi ^.^

Rita has been a superb leader, he took over a div that was seeing hard times and he put in the extra work to restabalize the div and to get some positive growth going. He always asks questions and wants to learn how to better himself, hes taking part in miltiple avenues on ksi and he tries his best in all of them, he takes the time to listen so that he can make the best possible choices. He also goes the extra mile when it comes to his members he will sit in a party for as long as he needs to, to see that issues get resolved and if he doesnt k ow the right decision he isnt afraid to reach out and find the right answer.

Swagg deserves this award because of his dedication to ksi and fi in general, he has split 2 squads during his tenure and one of those squads also split after that, he was my right hand man when i was div leader of fi and if things needed done he helped make sure they were achieved, he was with me weathering the storms that showed up in our division, he hit the ground running when he became a 7 he would spend as much time that was needed to address an issue. Seag is a fine leader who cares about his members.

Merciless has been doing a bang up job as a 7, he has progressed quite far from when he was a general he has bounced back quite nicely from the back talky kid i helped mentor. He takes time out of his day to address issues, stays up later than he should to make sure things get done, He volunteers ideas instead of just sitting back and letting others come up with things. He is most definately outstanding

Fithace has distinguished himself from others of KSI by his dedication to his members and KSI as awhole, He has handled many issues some of which entailed negotiating hostilities between members, or when someone is being disrespectful he will be firm yet fair, He not only assists with his usual daily activities as co div of FI but he will take time out of his day to help those of other divbs as well, He actively holds weekly game nights for not just 1 squad but 3 to 4. He will even hold surprise game nights ontop of the ones he regularly helps host. He has been a very loyal friend to me and was there when i needed a friend the most, we have never met in person but he has treated me as a close friend regardless, He has given aid when ppl needed name changes or points for a game. He has been swags right hand man and runs the div when he is not there often times dealing with issues well into the night when he should be sleeping. Its hard to do ace justice because words cannot accurately describe how wonderful and close a friend he is to me and to all of KSI

Merc has been in KSI long enough to get the Commited award ^^ i was his divisional leadership before i got promoted to director and as for the others i have seen him assist members with various problems

He helps makes the gens meetings fruitful and productive, he's always sending out motivational messages and he is always fair but firm. I consider him a good friend and i think his time as a cofounder has been one of the great joys of my time in KSI.

dont you have to be a gen to get the squad splitter award? if thats the case i can vouch for swag and perplexity Sean isnt a gen so idk if he qualifies ifhe does let me know and i can vouch then

When obi was first brought into FI me and him had a master student relationship. Obi would always be learning. Taking new things in so that he could better himself as both a memeber and a person. After a while of doing an outstanding job of helping and managing ppl where he would always take time out of his day to help a person if he was able we finally promoted him to a 7. He most certainly did not slack off after that he helped implement and enfore policy and ensured fair treatment of all in the div. Obi still holds to that commitment to excellence he had when he first joined and now im proud to say i co sider obi a true brother and a true friend if anyone deserves this award its obi.
