He has dealt with his medical issues and still takes care of his Division no matter what. He has gone above and beyond for his members and will fight for those that are doing their jobs and fighting for KSI. He takes on more then I believe he should and has proven time and time again that he can handle anything that is thrown at him. He has shown great growth in learning to control his attitude and has shown no matter what the situation is he is willing, and able to do what is needed for the best of DL Division. He is willing to work on the things that we need to make ourselves better leaders for our Division. He had to learn what needs done and how to get it done right alone side of me. But he has proven to me that no matter what as long as we have KSI DL'S best interest at heart, we are not going to give up no matter what anyone tells us. That is why I believe he deserves this award! She shown in times that we really don't want to be on XBOX or around People in general that she can handle the good and the horrible things that happen in Life. She is one that you can go to and ask almost anything and if she has the knowledge she will give it, if not she is willing to go and try to get the answers in a timely manner. She has held several game nights and has been known to handle random game nights when they happen. She has became a great leader and am waiting to see just how far she will grow in KSI. He has contacted me to make sure I has not getting over loaded myself . He has been the solo recruit in a squad until he could get more motivated members and officers in the squad to help. He has been there when members needed help with anything from personal to KSI STUFF. He has helped with training all members including but not limited to officers. When he says he is going to do something he gets it done. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI SourPeaches Link to forums account - @KSI SourPeaches Reasoning why the deserve this - This member is a go getter and was handed a squad made out of 2 basically dead squads and has continued to help it grow and become a new stronger squad. If she has been given a task to get done in her squad she will pull her members together and get it done in a timely manner. She has continued to come to upper staff and ask questions to help her and her squad become what it is now. She is always there to help anyone in her squad out and does not beat around the bush when doing so. He is always there when someone wants help doing a game that he has. He is there for moral support if someone needs it and will take up the chain of command when needed. He is always asking what he needs to do to continue he climb in KSI RANKS.

I witness this! Tex has always been there for anyone needing help or having a question, when No one else was on to ask or lend a helping hand. Tex has always steered me in the right direction. Tex never told me what I should do, but gave me enough information to make my own decision on how or what to do.

Not even 2 weeks after that he again stood beside me when DL lost 3 of it's 7's staff. Leaving me alone to keep DL alive with him to help guide me in the right direction with I started to stray the wrong way. When I start to question wheatyher I am strong enough to handle things, he is there to say step back and think about. He is always there for anyone having a question or problem in his Divisions and others when they come to him and ask for help. For these reasons I believe he deserves this award!
