He constantly jumps into parties and talks to the members to see if they need anything or help in just playing the game. He is very organized and makes sure the squad tag and omega match. He has helped the squad grow and prosper. At one time ABADDON was virtually an in-active squad but now it is active and bringing new faces and has good member retention. He is constantly putting up LFG's, talking to other members, talking to the officer staff. He makes sure things are done and done right. Demon has great leadership abilities and knows a lot about KSI rules. Without him the squad would fall apart, he makes sure that doesn't happen. One day I will see him as Gen or higher. He said he wanted to be an officer and Keidil said you'll have to and show him he really wanted to be an officer, he did just that by getting certified and bring in recruits. I believe this member will go far in KSI, he has the drive and willingness to learn and do what it takes to succeed. I have been with WD for over two years and have watched Tiger climb the ladder of leadership. I have known her for abit and she has never missed a beat when it comes to the growth of a squad or division. She is constantly trying to improve member retention and communication amoung the officers and their squads along with the 7 staff. She most definately asks alot of questions, King can verify that. She is like a 3yr old asking why all the time, but thats how you learn.
