He strives to do the best at his posistion day in and day out and you never hear him complain. He also takes the time out of his day to not only lead, but to get to know his members, and I think that kind of quality (escpeically from someone on the board) is rare. On top of this ImPeRiiuM is the head of news team, and is continuously doing his best to improve the community with ideas, knowledge, and motivation. I can't think of anyone more deserving of this recognition. Director KSI Mpliers 7 (Director - All Squads/FI,IK,DM,WD) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/20715-ksi-mpliers-7/ Mpliers is the coolest guy I think I've met on Xbox. He not only is respected and appreciated by the members, but is truly liked by most he meets. He takes the time out of his day to listen to problems in his members life, and let's them vent whenever they need to. He is the Head of T&E and is also a huge part in the Weekly Update. He strives to do the best at what he does and succeeds every time. Mpliers is a Leader, Mentor, and above all else a friend, and I appreciate everything he has done to help me in my division and in T&E. I'm not even in her division and I can see what an amazing job she does. True is loved by her members and is constantly going above and beyond in her duties by being an outstanding example of what a member in KSI should be. She has made DM an even more amazing division with the help of her strong and capable 7s staff, and I believe that DM is headed in a great direction with the gentle guidance of true and her team. True is very deserving of this award because of her commitment, hard work, and perseverance day in and day out. General KSI Cinderbella (GEN - Velocity/FI) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/35965-ksi-cinderbella/ Cinder has turned velocity from a squad with little to no activity to a squad with regularly attended meetings and game nights in a matter of months. She came into Velocity with the intentions to make a difference and change, and she achieves that every day. She is hard working, motivated, and sharp. All things in which are necessary to run a successful squad. She deserves this recognition because of the amount of pure effort she pours into her squad every day. Captain KSI xRoyalty (3CPT - Firebird/FI) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/37477-ksi-xroyalty/ Royalty has been a shining example of hard work and determination in his squad. He is always the first to check the recruit tag, and last to get off at night. He is an outstanding trainer, recruiter, and mentor to those below him. He is the guy that makes sure everything runs smoothly when Warpriest isn't there, and I believe one day Royalty will make a great GEN. He deserves this not only because if the work he puts in, but because of his attitude going into KSI everyday, he loves what he does, and the members love him.
