Senior Leader KSI FuzzyMeep 7 @I am FuzzyMeep™ If I had known fuzzy didn't have this OTM I would've nominated a long time ago, but even though I'm late to the party I'd still like to shed some light on what this guy does for us all EVERY month. Fuzzy first of all is a mentor, he has shown me how to not only be a leader, but how to be a fair and objective one. Fuzzy is always calm when it counts, and he never lets his emotions dictate the outcome of a situation. This has really helped me progress as a leader both when dealing with members or making decisions for the community. Fuzzy is also the local SADmin, and is always around to help when I need accesses given, areas made, or things done that I can't do with my access. Fuzzy is also a mediator, and can always be looked to when we need a Dr. Phil (though that job is typically raggys). When mediating situations he again, is always fair and balanced (see a theme here?) which in those "Dr. Phil" scenarios is required. No one ever feels like he's beating around the bush or taking one side of things, which I think makes it easier for both sides to come to a mutual compromise that benefits everyone. Lastly, he is the most humble, down to earth leader I have ever met. I've had some face time with other leaders in other communities and the difference is night and day. I think its probably pretty easy to get a big ego when you are the top dog in a community like KSI but I've never sensed ego when talking to Fuzzy only confidence in his abilities and the leaders around him. That's why I feel fuzzy deserves this award. Thanks for taking the time to read it.

@I am FuzzyMeep™ The most accurate portrayal of events i think I've ever seen in a nomination

I can attest to the statements above as factual, i was the Director over EO after spirit week and saw first hand the growth of the division from the smallest in KSI, to one of the largest.

I can attest to this member having been in KSI for a year with a KSI prefix Gamertag.

Sometimes I feel the Gruntier goes a little unnoticed in this community, that isn't because he doesn't do much or isn't online a lot, but because he is a very humble and modest leader. Gruntier is a very important part of DM, as kitty's 2nd in command he sometimes has to do more than an average Co-Div with how many different facets of KSI Kitty is involved in, coupled with the fact that she's raising a son sometimes means that she isn't available, and Gruntier fills that role when she is gone. Gruntier is a fantastic leader, and i cant wait to see where he goes and what he accomplishes moving forward. He's a fantastic leader and I'm excited for DM's future with leaders like Gruntier coming up through the ranks.

I've had the opportunity to work with grim several times over the last year, first as EO's Director when he was a General. The thing that always stood out to me was his work ethic and communicative skills. His members always respected him, and his leaders always seemed to know he would go far in this community, something I too have come to know. Grim is an outstanding example of leadership, and he is someone all members should aspire to be like, he is fair, honest, and an integral part of his division and KSI as a whole. He has earned this award through and through.

Akame is a phenomenal and progressive leader. My first time meeting akame was back when i was a general. He was being complimented for his hard work in LS, rebuilding it from the ground up and turning it into a powerhouse, winning spirit week, and growing rapidly. I can confidently say that the leadership and environment that that division has is a direct reflection of the standards Akame set all those years back. Akame has since rejoined, and worked his way all that way back to Co-Division Leader, improving his squads and members' lives in the process. Akame is a prime example of what a leader in KSI should be, and is someone I'm glad to say our members can look up to. He definitely deserves this award, and makes a strong candidate for OS lvl 2. I look forward to your future Akame, its a bright one.

I've had the opportunity to work with ronin a lot over the past year. First as his director when he was still running EO. Then side by side as directors together when he was promoted and now as a senior director working with him to solve problems in his divisions and KSI as a whole. Throughout this time whether Co-Div or Director, ronin has always exuded one thing: work ethic. He is on all of the time and is never too busy or tired to talk KSI. Ronin is a very smart, hard working, and attentive leader. He is a true example of what a leader of KSI should look like. He exhibits all three traits that we hold our members to Knowledge Strength and Integrity. Ronin continues to mentor and train leaders beneath him as well as continues to help his divisions in any way he can, if anyone deserves these awards its him.

Member KSI JessiRedJet (3CPT - EO/Talon) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/43345-ksi-jessiredjet/ Reasoning Jessi, despite having numerous obstacles and trials among her journey in KSI, has in my opinion proven herself to be an asset to this community in many ways. Clan Ops Jessi has facilitated herself in clan operations as a very competent and strong officer. The role of captain often goes unnoticed in the daily workings of KSI because its not a super flashy or prestigious title. You aren't quite the General yet, but you must be a leader. You don't run the squad, but you must be ready and able to at a moments notice. So this role is of a very significant importance to the squad structure and leadership. The Captain is tasked with helping the General run the squad along with the other Captains, as well as is responsible for every rank below them. Jessi fills this role with immense success and humility. She isn't afraid to take charge if need be, but also doesn't seem to let the position or stress get to her head. She is very well composed. Every time her name is mentioned, or her performance is evaluated by leaders who work with her the opinion is always the same. Jessi is a great officer, and in my opinion a great member. Marketing It's truly hard to put into words my thoughts on Jessi as a marketing Representative. She is attentive, driven, and hard working. She exudes confidence when marketing our events, and that in large part is why I feel that she is so successful at it. Statistically every division she has marketed for us has seen an increase in participation from the time that she has started working with them. Jessi obviously doesn't do this alone, and a lot of those stats can be attributed to the other leaders, officers, and members of those divisions; but marketing reps aren't supposed to do it alone. The creation of the marketing department and the marketing representative role was to assist divisional leadership in the successful distribution of information regarding our Departments and Web Operations, to which I can happily say that Jessi has not only succeeded in doing, but has flourished in her role as marketing rep. 7 KSI HEBREW 7 (Co-Division Leader - LS) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/36177-ksi-hebrew-7/ Reasoning Hebrew is in my opinion one of the leaders that will help shape this community before he is gone. When speaking to Hebrew, at first its easy to get the sense of two things: He is very laid back, and he cares a lot about his members. Hebrew is someone that I believe is authentically here purely for his members and i respect the hell out of him for it. It isn't easy to be a leader in KSI. It takes a lot of work, drive and knowledge and sadly for some of those leaders, a lot of that commitment goes unnoticed. Hebrew definitely deserves recognition for his continued efforts in LS. Clan Ops Hebrew took LS at it's lowest point in recent memory. He took LS at a time where it was nearly falling apart and he, along with his 7s and generals fixed it. They fluffed, retrained, and reorganized into a small, but well maintained division and now by the looks of it there is nowhere to go but up for them. Hebrew is a large part of that success, and I feel that he will continue to be. Other involvements Hebrew has worked a great deal in marketing to help pass information along to his division, as well has had roles in T&E and HR. He has continued to work hard and be a driving force in those departments just like in LS.

Ksi genghiskhan commited award (self nomination)
Rita replied to KSI GenghisKhan's topic in AAP Archive
I can attest that Genghis has had a KSI Tag for over a year. He changed his tag the day I recruited him. -
I can definitely attest to this man having done what it takes to deserve this award. The first time I was able to work with Ronin was when he was running EO. He struck me not only as very knowledgeable but also very dedicated to his members and to his division. Ronin was always around for his members, and I had the ability to see the relationships he created and the lives he impacted in my short span as EOs director. Ronin has since been promoted to Director, which gives me a whole new outlook and perception of him as a leader. Working with Ronin is a pleasure and its always very refreshing to have people such as Ronin on the director team to shed new insight and bring new ideas to the table day in and day out. Ronin has proven himself a very competent and capable leader and I think that he has 100% earned this recognition. I look forward to working more closely with him and to be witness to the great things I think he will achieve in this community.

Division Leader KSI Gambit 7 (Division Leader - DM) @Shiro the Hero Its hard to pin point exact reasons why Gambit deserves Div L of the month simply because there is so much he does for his division. Gambit is continuously striving to create the most enjoyable, safe, and sociable environment for his members day in and day out. Gambit took a division that was going through a transitional period, the 7s before him were great (if you couldn't already tell by our current senior leaders) and gambit had a tough road ahead. He had big shoes to fill and sometimes that can be a lot of pressure, but I can proudly say that he not only filled those shoes, but out grew them very quickly. Gambit is someone I expect to be helping run this community one day on a much larger scale than he already is, and I look forward to seeing him grow and prosper along his KSI career. Co-Division Leader KSI BadKitty 7 (Co-Divison Leader - DM) @KSI BadKitty 7 Badkitty is a very strong and motivated leader. I've had the fortune to be able to work with her on multiple aspects of KSI, including: clan ops and dept ops, each time we crossed paths the one consistent attribute I noticed was her work ethic. She has made it to Co-Div in DM, Co-Head in T&E and Mentor in HR. All of these posistions are very well respected and crucial to the everyday workings of KSI. Badkitty has a very bright future and is someone I look forward to working with for a very long time. Founder KSI Gary 7 (Founder - LW) @ASM Gary Gary has been a huge factor in getting LW back in shape and moving in the right direction. Gary is always around for his members when they need him, and is consistently staying up way past his bed time to ensure his American members are able to get ahold of him. Gary is now leading LW and my hope and prediction is that he along with his gens and cofo will make LW much stronger than it has ever been.
