-Dropping my vote- KSI MFLSwagg 7 has done so much for FI and for KSI it's going to be hard to fit it all here. My first reason for swagg deserving this award is his constant dedication to his members. He sends out motivational messages that have made people's days and even weeks. He never lets a failure or mess up get him down, even when the odds seem stacked against him. He always finds the time out of his busy schedule to personally help myself, Firebird and my members, like he does with every squad he's over. He manages to do all of these things while also being in the United States Army and protecting our country. He always seems to find a solution to any problem and always keeps a calm head when under pressure. He is an inspiration to myself and my peers, and we all strive to help him in any way we can.

-Dropping my vote- The one thing that I can say about merciless is that he is one of the hardest working members we have. The honest truth is at first I didn't see eye to eye with him. We had our disagreements (as all members have), but the one thing that was always apparent was his devotion to KSI and his overwhelming persistence to not only make FI a good division, but to strive to make it a great one. Merciless goes above and beyond his rank as founder by also stepping in as CO-Founder while FI searches for a replacement. And by also doing everything he can for his division and the squads that are under him, The guy never sleeps! He somehow finds the time between his responsibilities as a volunteer Firefighter, his other job, and his responsibilities as founder and co-fo of FI to actually play with the members, let's put it this way, you'll never find merciless alone on Xbox. He also has been a huge factor in my continued efforts to become the best leader I can be.

Again I will be dropping my vote Swagg has taught me so much since I have been here and has been a phenomenal 7. He has personally taught me about my position as gen, and has also taught me many things about KSI in general. So I am proud to call swagg my mentor, a friend and a great leader.

Dropping my ability to vote. During my time here in KSI the biggest things i have seen from my division is leadership. I knew Azrael when he was our Division Leader, but never really talked to him. During this time though, I knew who he was based off the stories I heard of him. When I became a 4LT I met Azrael and the way he presented himself was astounding, this person who had so much responsibility showed no bitterness nor did he ever pull rank. As I moved up the ranks I started to see more and more about Azrael and started seeing that those stories I had heard long before were very true. Azrael is one of the hardest working individuals in this community and I say that knowing very well the other work that is put in on a daily basis. He constantly strives to not only be the best at his position but to go way beyond his responsibilities to ensure his divisions are not only stable or functioning but are thriving. What has been the most apparent about Azrael is that her actually cares, not only about his divisions but about the members in them just like me. He also helps the 7s in anyway they need him, and he doesn't leave until the job is done. You will never hear Azrael say that he's given up or that he doesn't want to deal with it. I'd say that every leader should strive to be like Azrael, but the simple truth is that he isn't just a leader, he's a legend in the eyes of those of us below him, and not every leader can achieve that status. Out of everyone I know in KSI, Azrael has always shown incredible dedication to KSI and the responsibilities given to him. I can't think of anyone better to receive this award.
