He can be fun at times but he can be serious when he needs to be but I've seen a lot of serious from him lately and not a lot of fun because he's really stressed out so I hope he wins this award and maybe it will brighten up his day and will see the happy fatality again.

Every time you have a question or a concern he has an answer for you. He is shows amazing leadership in whatever he dose whether it's a meeting, Gamenight, and so on.
