Welcome to KSI’s Department Hall of Fame nomination process! This process will run similarly to KSI’s “Of the Month” and “Of the Year” awards, but with some minor tweaks. You will only be able to nominate one (1) person in your department per time, so please choose wisely. To be eligible, the nominee must meet the following baseline criteria: 1) Must currently be in the department they are being nominated for. 2) Must be in the department for at least six (6) months. 3) Must be in KSI for at least one (1) year. 4) Not been blacklisted, security risked, or DNH’d unless successfully appealed and overturned. 5) Must have KSI gamertag. Please make sure those criteria are met. You can confirm that criteria by visiting their profile and looking at their awards tab, or by asking the person you are nominating. When the nomination process ends, AAP will confer and select up to two (2) inductees per department. They may choose less depending on testimony and evidence provided. I will be witnessing for this member. Kat absolutely deserves OS1 now and maybe before now seeing as how she has carried the weight and responsibilities she has up to now. Kat would ALWAYS make sure all members in her squad were known to her and go out of her way to message, and talk to members of every rank really breaking down that awful paradigm that we can sometimes see within this community where someone who has obtained 'rank' is too important to speak to some people. Kat organises her officers weekly and makes sure that game nights are hosted 7 days to cater for all members and there has been occasions where she has stopped RL goings on to host when officers (myself included) couldn't host last minute, she does genuinely put KSI and its members before her own needs and wants and that is what we tell people not to do but she is a giving person and needs to ensure others are taken care of first. Kat held the squad together with no Gen while she was she herself was climbing the ranks with aspirations of running the squad and she done an amazing job doing so. Everyone needs a little bit of what Kat brings to the table and the work ethic of everyone will go through the roof. Kat exudes Outstanding Service.
