When I became DL's Director DropShot was a Roostery but respectful GEN. As their new Director I took a few days to get to know some of the GENs and officers of this Division. Meeting DropShot was a surprise all in its own. Here is this KID in collage running a squad in a Xbox gaming community and is so full of knowledge I was instantly a fan. DropShot had such a strong squad and officers that worked hard and wanted to learn. He never beat around the bush so to speak with his squad he was always up front and to the point with them. As I sat and listen to KSIfiremomma7 give her Division the hard reality check about the fate of DL this KID without missing a beat said 'ok Momma what do you need us to do". From that point on I watched this KID put his squad to work to not only move is squad forward but help one of the other squads that was struggling. As DL began to move forward and start to turn things around and look to a new future I knew this KID was set for greatness. Adding him to the 7's team was a no brainier and probably one of the best decisions DL made. DropShot has had a long history in KSI and never reached a 7 seat till now, and let me tell you this KID should of been here a long time ago. Hes added to this 7 staff the last piece of balance it needed. He is not afraid to challenge KSIfiremomma7 or KSI Prophecy v7 if he feels there is a better way to do something. He's always willing to share his knowledge with members and let them bounce ideas off of him for their squads. He can be found gaming with all ranks in his division or just simply hanging out in a party with members to chit chat and goof off. Not that I need to but this KID is a KSI Judge and is on the Marketing Team and T & E Team as well. I can not tell you how amazing this KID is it was a privileged to work with him and get to know him. I am excited for DL's future and to see the amazing things this KID can do for not only DL but KSI as well.

When i was Dir for DL i witnessed KSI Prophecy v7 doing so many great things for the Div. From a simple name change to buying a kid the DLC’s for Destiny 2 so they could continue to play with the squad. He’s given out too many Name Changes to count to give a member an opportunity to become a great leader for his Div or KSI. KSI Prophecy v7 purchased Crash Bandicoot for me

As former Div Leader for ES i will confirm that KSI Eyonia 7 has had her GT for way way over a year.

What can anyone say about Odinn. As my time as Director for LS I was highly impressed with his leadership and willingness to as i say “get dirty” with the division. It’s not very often you find a seated 7 that wil got out and RCT someone just because they had the time. I know LS has had its ups and downs but the one thing you can always count on is Akame and Odinn standing tall and pushing through the crap. He is not only dedicated to the 7 staff but he is also dedicated to all of LS’s members and officers. He makes sure that all new RCTs feel welcome and will game with just about anyone. His presence is seen all over LS. His leadership and work ethic for LS and KSI is second to none. I know KSI could use more amazing leaders like Odinn.

Wow where to begin with this amazing leader. I had the honor and privilege of working with Cherry as a shiny new Dir. I went to one of WDs GENs meetings and was in awe of her from the start. It was so awesome to see the how well she commanded the room well party chat in this case. They all were attentive and just listened and learned. She has done so many great things for WD leading them to the greatness they are. Cherry was like myself in not wanting to be a Dir because she had things still to do in WD, but knew a time would come she would have to leave. She joined the Dir Team and hit the ground running. She took her two Divs and has had some bumps but with her grace and great leadership she has guided them to the right path. She always is out there gaming with her squads as a Div Leader and with her Divs as a Dir. Then to show this community one more time what an amazing leader she is she joined the P.O. team. Cherry is an amazing leader she takes the time to chat, vent if you need it, or just listen. She works her butt off for KSI and that kind of leadership is hard to find. So yes Cherry deserves OS1 and OS2 with leaps and bounds.

Prophecy was a bit of a hot head but has learned to contain his rage and be more of a team player for the division. He has never been afraid to get out there and as I say “get dirty” with any of these squads. He is never to busy to just hang out with anyone in the Div. He has done raid after raid with a squad to help members get ready for a new DLC to drop. He has spit squads and he has also worked with squads to rebuild them. He has mentored some of his divisions best leaders. He has learned to be a team player and to work as team. On top of all that he has learned to communicate and look at all sides of an issue. As a CoDiv I for one have no doubts he could run the Div as if the request was coming from Firemomma herself.

This Div Leader has grown so much as a Leader in KSI. When Firemomma started her climb in the 7s rank she was delet a crap hand, but in Firemomma form she wasn’t letting anyone kick her down and from there she went to work. She has learned to not only to communicate with her Dir but also the 7 staff. She has learned to work as a team with her CoDiv and GENs. Includes them in a lot of discions regarding rejoins and join apps. She has always been a positive force for her division and has always fought for the little guy. Her members adore her and would walk thru a fire for her. There is not a day or night that you can’t find momma in a party chat with just members of her division. She games with just about anyone that wants to play and works so very hard to keep up on the games. It’s been a crazy bumpy ride watching her learn from positive leaders and become the leader she is becoming.

I came in as a new Dir for LS and let me tell you this kid Akame was full of ideas and information. He tirelessly fought to keep his Div safe in our endless battles with other communities. Any time his 7s staff or squad officers or even just his members needed him he answered the call. Akame has put a lot of fight into LS. Standing up and making the decisions that we as Div Leaders sometimes don't like to make. He is the biggest cheerleader for his division from getting them pumped up for Weekend Warfare to Head Hunter to some of our major events like Sprit Week and so on. He doesn't hessite to mentor new officers and future leaders for LS and KSI. He is always willing to get down and dirty and RCT if any of his squads need the extra push or support. Akame will continue to do great things for not only LS but for KSI.

As I was ES Div Leader KSI GOT EM 7 was my Co-Div and the back bone of ES. GOT EM stood tall through some of the crappiest and toughest stuff. When I needed him or ES needed him he was there. Some days i think if you cut him he would bleed ES. No matter how late at night or how early ES needed him he was there. Even when this crazy ass was sitting in a hospital waiting for treatments he was on mic on his xbox and attending meetings or game nights. He is and will always be DIE HARD KSI for me. He’s an amazing leader and member for the community.

As X-Div Leader of the awesome ES I would like to witness this award. KSI RestInPeace7 came in to ES like a breath of greasy air. We put him in a squad that was hurting and just needed a little help to get the ball rolling. This crazy kid went to work and had 10 or so RCTs in the first few days. He drove me batty with the new RCTs friends list of 800 plus on them. He not only RCTed for his squad but he passed RCTs to other squad if he felt they were a better fit for them. So for me this kid is not only a Novice RCTer he’s a freaking PRO RCTer.

Witness Rebounder Where do I start with KSI reapers 7. When Griffin ES was struggling I as Division Leader was having a hard time getting a GEN to stick with that squad. This CPT came to me from Banshee ES and asked me what I was looking for for Griffin ES. I kindly told him someone to get down and dirty with these members and lead them to the greatness that I knew was in that squad. Within the first 2 weeks the squad was fluffed and active. New officers were being trained and new RCTs coming in. That squad went from being in the red of 28 or members to a fat and fun having squad. KSI reapers 7 made this Div Leader very proud and happy of the work he did. He took a dead squad and brought out the very best. He always reached out to upper leadership if and when he ever needed advice or help or to just bounce stuff off of. He will do great things for ES as well as KSI.

OSL2 hmmm where to begin!!! Kitty without a doubt deserves this award and so many more!!!! Since becoming a leader in KSI I got to know Kitty and wow what an amazing leader!!! Even though we were Div Leaders over different Divs I still knew who she was. When I became a P.O. Officer I was lucky enough to get to work with her and know her better. She is AMAZING!!! She faces any issue head on and sees it through to the end. One thing I admire most is she tells you like it is!!!! No sugar coating or anything. She leads by example and that alone is a hard trait to find in any leader. With her leadership skills I am super confident that Kitty will lead KSI in the right direction for the yrs to come. P.S. She so gets my vote because she loves Harry Potter :o)

He has always been excited to try new things and very supportive of the leaders above him. I always knew he would make a good officer when he got the time and the right leader to mentor him. I think one of things I’ve always loved about him is the fact that no matter how bad Griffin got he was there with a smile a joke and a what can i do to help attitude. She is one of the few leaders I know of that still get out there and get dirty!! She remembers that not only that is a DIV Leader but a member of WD. She will do what is need to show growth and activity in he squads. Seeing a DIV Leader willing to get out there and RCT for a squad to help out is awesome.
