He is always willing to listen when you need to vent or work through an issue. He gives his point of view good or bad he’s upfront and honest. One thing I think members don’t know is he can be caring and understanding, you just have to communicate with him. This Director Team with Ronins leadership will lead clan ops into a strong future for KSI. My first 2 weeks I did nothing but deliver bad news to the division leadership. But through it all he showed myself and the rest of DM what an amazing leader he is. He takes his time and works through an issue he’s never been to proud to reach out for advice or support. He has grown so much as a Director and maintaining two divisions isn’t easy. He makes time for the leaders below him and the members around him. He will sit in a party and allow people to speak openly without fear of getting into trouble. No matter what DL or KSI threw at him he stood tall and pushed through it. When he needs help or a different outlook on something he reaches out to the leaders he values for guidance. With his crazy busy schedule he finds to make impacts all over KSI from Division Leader to T&E Head has given us a lot. It is always a privilege to work with him on any and all platforms. She cared about the well being of each member and officer. Although she believes she could be trained better she does a great job with the training she has. What makes her a great leader is that she is always willing to learn and grow with KSI. With the hit ES has taken as of late she is still willing to fight and try to move the division forward in a healthy and positive light. Jynxie is willing to mentor, play, and encourage any and all members and officers in ES. Her loyalty to KSI and ES is encouraging. But after awhile in ES she made the choice to change her gamer tag to help her squad grow and become active. Although Barb had a few bumps along the road she took those bumps with stride. Barb leads her squad with pride . She is always willing to give a workshop to not only her squad members and officers but for the entire division. If she has a question she is never afraid to ask it and then pass that new knowledge back to her squad and explain it to them in ways they can understand. She is always willing to learn and grow her knowledge for her squad and division. I am truly excited to work and mentor her into the future of her career. I first got to see who Whiskey was when i was the Director for DM, and he was impressive. I knew right then that he would be a leader to follow and learn from. The amount of love and dedication he has for The News Team is amazing. He is encouraging and positive to the team and is always willing to help get articles out in a good time frame. He has always been willing to fill in when needed or throw together a fun piece for the web site. If i have ever needed a sounding board for news he was there to listen. I am lucky to have the privilege to work with this crazy fun guy.

Gamertag - KSI Siren82 Forums - @KSI Siren82 Award - OS Level 1 Reasoning - Siren was a force to watch coming up in DM. She has been hungry for any and all knowledge to learn as much as she can. Siren is amazing at RCTing and TRNing. She has always taken her time with mentoring the future of DM and KSI. You couldn't ask for a better leader for this community. Siren has made herself very approachable and easy to talk to. Members and officers alike flock to her for help, advice, and just strength in hard times. She excelled in Leadership Development Class and still took away information to grow and become an even better leader. I admire Siren for all the things she does and the fact that she doesn't put her rank first, she puts the member or officer first. I could go on and on about Siren but if you just hang out in a party with her you will see all the amazing things she is and more. She has a very bright future with DM and KSI and I am glad to be along for the ride with this awesome leader.

Let me see where to start with this guy. I met December through PO and from the start i was impressed with his knowledge and how he held the room. One thing about December is he talks to a person and not at a person. He is always willing to get out there and help a person with whatever. After a lot of talking maybe even a little begging lol he finally got me to join the News Team. He and his team made me feel welcomed and were very encouraging to my crazy nervousness. He is a great leader and mentor but best of all friend. He gives so much to KSI and the people that are around him. He takes time to “dumb” things down for me. I look forward to the great things he does for KSI and anything he is involved in.

Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) * Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gambit 7 ( Sr Director) * Link to forums account - @KSI Gambit 7 * Reasoning why they deserve this - What can you say about this leader that hasn't already been said. I was first introduced to Gambit when he became my Director over ES, and my first thought was wow a Director that replies or joins when needed. When he became my Director for ES I told him (very loudly) that I was NOT ready to be promoted to Director. But sadly the BoD saw things differently. After my promotion to Director Gambit quickly reached out to me to let me know he fought and told them I wasn't ready to promote up but they did anyway. Him reaching out to me after the promotion meant a lot to me and told me he did listen to me and tried his best on my behalf. I learned quite a bit from him as a Div Leader and now that I am a Director and he is a Sr Director I continue to learn so much more. Gambit has seen me through some crazy issues and has put up with my "over communication" for a long time. He gives so much to KSI, his time, his knowledge, and his fun loving wit. I look forward to working with Gambit for a long time. I for one can not wait to see the great things he does for KSI. Division Leader * Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Akame 7 ( Div Lead / LS ) * Link to forums account - @KSI Akame 7 * Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has one of the toughest times as a Div Leader, but has done so much and grown leaps and bounds as a leader in KSI. Akame is one of those rear leaders you find that put so much blood, sweat, and love into his division. He works hard to be on and around for the members in the division. He tries to make as many game nights as he can even when its butt crack early in the morning where he is. Akame has made great strides in the last few months as a Div Leader. He now knows when he needs to be a friend and when he needs to be LS's Dive Leader. He is always positive and gives his division all the credit for the work being done. He will do great things for LS. Founder * Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxROMEO 7 ( Founder / DM ) * Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO 7 * Reasoning why they deserve this - I met Romeo when I became DM's Director, and he really impressed me. He is a great leader for DM and is such a great addition to the 7s team. The Division loves this crazy guy hes fun and enjoys gaming with every member at game nights or just for fun. Although sometime he can be a bit rough around the edges he is a fantastic leader for KSI. His knowledge continues to grow and he is always wanting to learn as much as he possibly can to give back to his members. Romeo makes himself available to his leaders and his division when he is needed. He is one of the great leaders coming up in KSI and the leaders before him have a lot to do with that. Co-Founder * Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Dragons 7 ( Co-Founder / DM ) * Link to forums account - @Dragons 7 * Reasoning why they deserve this - Dragons has been such a big part of DM and has done so much for the members and the officers in DM. He does what he can to help when and where he is needed with any issue. He knows when to step back from an issue that has gotten to heated or is just making all involved more upset. He is on DM's Discord server to answer questions or to cheer his DIv on. He is very active with the Div by attending game nights and squad meetings from time to time. He enjoys being mentored as well as mentoring the future leaders of DM and KSI. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) * Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI December 77 * Link to forums account - @December 77 * Reasoning why they deserve this - I have not worked with him long but to say the least he has impressed me as a Department Head. When I joined the News Team I was very unsure of myself and what I wanted to get from the Department. December was very encouraging and supportive of me just "giving it a try" on the News Team. With all he does for KSI I have no clue how he does it but he still finds the time to help members, help his staff, and just hang out and game.

Since I've become the Director LS Akame has made great strides at bettering himself as a leader. Akame has been kicked down but no matter what he always stands back up and works harder to be better for LS and KSI. You can find Akame jumping from party to party chatting and getting to know the the members and such. He introduces himself as the Div Leader to the new RCTs and hangs out with them. Akame is willing to help anyone wanting to learn and become leaders within his Div or KSI. One thing he does for LS is always being around for his members. Although Akame and his Founder are the only 7's LS have they are such a hard working team. He has grown so much as a leader since the last time I was his Director. He's a lot more confident and has learned to be the leader the Div needs. He and his Div has been working on their communication and working through issues as a team. Akame has made great strides to get LS on a good strong stride, but he will be the first to tell you that it was and is a team effort. LS has done a lot to get back on their feet and start rebuilding that div. Akame had to make a lot of hard choices and such to get the officers and members active and moving forward. But if you ask Akame he had nothing to do with it he gives the credit to all the officers and members below him. I am glad to be along for the ride to watch LS grow and be a strong division. I look forward to watching to see what Akame can do for LS and also for KSI!!

What can I say about Ol" Romeo........?? Romeo is a great leader and a hard working young man. He is always helping and mentoring his Div and squads. He is very knowledgeable and is still willing to learn and grow his knowledge. If you reach out to Romeo for help or even ask for a min of his time he will give you hours if that is what it takes. Not only does he help you in KSI hes willing to sit with you and let you cry scream and cuss if that's what you need from him. He's looked up to by a lot of the Divs members. One of the many things I like about this great Leader is that he is everywhere, from game nights to P.O. workshops to just listening to a Dir talk about the Div and what its doing. Romeo has been a strong leader in DM and although he can come across harsh sometimes he isn't to proud to go back and apologize and explain himself better. Another thing I admire about this great leader is that hes not afraid to pitch an idea to his Div Leader or his Dir and takes and all comments we have. He is one of the best leaders I've seen in KSI in a long time. I for one think he has earned this award and I look forward to watching this leader continue grow and the great things he will do for not only DM but for KSI as well.

I can verify that KSI Eyonia 7 has been rocking her KSI tag for way way way over a year. She changed it shortly after being recruited into KSI.

KSI Mr Gump 7 wow where do you start. When i met Gump i was the new Div Leader for ES and KSIfiremomma7 invited me to a party to meet him. He was so excited to have reached the rank of a 7. This guy was so excited to be given the chance to help grow and make DL better. With so many ups and downs with his health he never let anything get in the way. He was always willing to chat game and and just hang out. If he ever had a question or need some advise he was not afraid to reach out for help. I always heard great things about Grump and how amazing he was to his members and DL. If there was ever anyone in KSI that deserved to be in ANY Hall of Fame i would have to give my vote to Gump. By far one of the best members and leaders KSI has had. He is loved and missed by so many.

When I first met Gambit I was Div Lead for ES and from the start he was a new look for me at the Director rank. He stepped into my Div it was a new ball game. I was never a fan of Directors because I thought they could do there jobs better. Well here came Gambit a totally different kind of leader and Director. I gave him such a hard time and aggravated him from the start. I made it VERY clear (I thought) that I WAS NOT ready to be a Director. Well as ES grew and Gambit was there for my every need I was promoted to Director. Not even a second after the announcement my discord went crazy Gambit saying I told them you did not want to be Director yet. I gave him grief for weeks, but I was excited and proud to join the amazing Director Team. He's listened to me yell and scream then offer guidance and support to me and the people I'm over. He's never not been there for me and that is the kind of leaders needs in KSI. Category: Div Leader Gamertag: KSIfiremomma7 Forums Account Link: @KSIfiremomma7 Reasons they deserve this award - When I first met Firemomma she was tough and hurt by all the wrong she had been dealt. Then I became Director and was given DL after a few months. When I was given my second shot with DL I pulled Firemomma and her Co-Div into a party and put every issue problem and ugly truth out on the table. I told them WE either fix it or I will recommend the Div be merged. She yelled and screamed and probably cried at this darkness. But that next day I watched as this Div Leader pulled her GENs into a party and gave them the hard truth. With the up most grace she told these GENs what had to be done and the changes that were to come. I witnessed this leader make changes in how she lead this Div. She is one of the most beloved Div Leaders I know. This Div will fight for Firemomma at a moments notice. She maybe tough on the outside but she cares deeply for DL and its members and KSI. I for one am very proud of the strides she has made in becoming a better leader for her Div. Hes been an acting GEN but still filled his duties as Co-Fo. The members of DM always look to him for help and guidance. Romeo participates is as many game nights as he can with DM, and if you DM there are at least 3 game nights going a night across the Div. He works really hard to be there for DM. Hes not afraid to speak his concerns or thoughts with his Div Leader or his Director. He will do great things for DM and KSI in the future and i look forward to seeing what he can do.
