DropShot 7 what can I say that hasn't been said about this KID. When I met Drop he was just an officer in Dark Legions and I was the newly seated Director for them. One of the first meetings I had with DL he was there for and our back and fourth at each other just clicked. I remember calling him "kid" and him responding by saying "I'm not a kid" and I just laughed and it's been a thing ever since. But the real reason I am here is to tell ya'll how amazing this kid is. When he was a GEN for DL he did such amazing things for his squad and his division. He grew his squad and mentored future leaders of DL and KSI. When Drop became a CoFo he was on fire with things he wanted to try and things he wanted to change. He challenged me as a leader to see a different side of things, to look from the outside in. Drop gave new life to DL and set them on a great path with his fellow 7s. One thing I respected out of Drop was that he wasn't afraid to go toe to toe with me. If he had something to say or something that needed to happen he pushed for it, he fought for it. He always made sure that when he stood toe to toe with me he was respectful and never crossed the line. That alone can and should show you what kind of leader this kid is for KSI. He was always willing to game with just about anyone and hang out with people. He was willing to mentor and guide his members to what ever path they wanted to be on. He is by far one of the best leaders I have had the privilege to work with. Now what this kid has done for T&E and our Web Ops is just outstanding. New ideas for events to help our members have more fun and enjoy their experience in KSI. To revamping our crazy forums and such. I don't know much about the Web Ops side of the house but from what I can see and deal with he runs his department well and fair. He also has a voice in the LC and will help grow KSI long into the future.

@KSI Starset 7yes after a full squad fluff Angels was at 25-30 members. Then grew to 65-70 members after.

Death brought a hurting squad with only one officer back to life! He rebuilt the officer staff and RCTed in new members to build the squad to a healthy number.

Co-Founder Gamertag ( Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shadow007 ES Div Lead Link to Forums Account - @KSI Shadow007 Reasoning why they deserve this award - When Shadow came over to ES he had a chip on his shoulder and was very angry. He and I butted heads the first few days, but after a few yelling matches and hard talks we found our common ground. Shadow slowly started to settle into the division and find his place. He started to show not only me but ES that he could and would lead this division to greatness. He has helped all the squads with recruiting and game nights. He has even helped continue to build the communication between officers and leaders. Even though He and I goof off and pick at each other we have handled the issues of the Div. It has been a privilege to watch Shadow grow and become the leader that ES and KSI has needed and I knew he could always be. General Gamertag ( Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DEATH 77 Co-Fo ES Link to Forums Account - @KSI DEATH 77 Reasoning why they deserve this award - Death came to me and ES in a time of need. At first he and I went toe to toe over a few things, but he slowly became the CPT that not only I needed but what ES needed. As I helped him get acclimated to the ES ways he started to get to work. He had a little push and shove from the squad but when he found his groove I could not have asked for a better CPT. When I FINALLY promoted him to GEN of the squad was where he really became the leader ES needed. He took a hurting squad and turned it around to become the strongest squad in ES. I look forward to watching him become the 7 that ES needs and become a part of the ES 7 team. From the first day I met this kid when I took over Angels as acting GEN I knew he was set for big things. He has done nothing but proved over and over that he wants to be a leader in ES and KSI. It has been a privilege to watch this kid become the leader I saw in him from the start. I can not wait to see what this kid does in the future in ES and KSI. He will and is going to be an amazing leader for KSI.
