exactly. Definitely need to show respect to others to maintain our reputation as a great gaming community that others would feel welcomed to be apart of. There do exist other groups of gamers that are in KSI, there is no rule that says we are the only one, nor do we claim to be the real KSI. Our claim is that we are one of the largest gaming communities on Xbox that houses great leaders and respectable members. In fact, I hate to say it, but there are a lot of KSI groups. But in order for our statement to be carried through we need members like yourself to uphold it when you are representing us.

witness to all, made TW into a powerhouse that it is today. Personally kept up with every single person he could by texting and bringing his xbox on vacation. Roman is the type of leader that people wish he could never get promoted. Great mentor, great leader, great guy. Other Division leaders should strive to be exatly the prestige Roman was and still is. Although he is no longer our div leader, he assists us with anything that we need. If there was a problem, it would be solved, and he never used intimidation, but instead friendliness and trust. I could trust him with anything KSI and we alwats talked about our lives too if anything was wrong. Witness, witness, witness. EDIT: I also nominate for bright idea, in which I think everyone would agree that his Summer Bonanza was awesome and I always found it fun. for master recruiter, I heard stories that he literally recruited an entire squad when he was ranking up in KSI. If I hear it from more than one person I know it must be true. Thanks for the leadership Roman! We both know that I may not even be here without your guidance.

Witness to OS. In his 2 weeks in TW he undoubtly recruited and mentored even though he knew no one and was a new place, he called it home and wanted to help it succed.

Maybe the individual involved doesn't exactly qualify or there is debate over the subject. We have an AAP committee for that. If we had rules then we wouldn't put people in charge of debating whether the person involved deserved to be recognized for the awards. Especially one of the most prestigious awards we have.

I meant for all of my awards. I see it in other awards a lot. You guys give a list of how many people they still need to witness

Suggestion: Make an award in his honor? Maybe somebody could earn his award kind of like outstanding service Lvl 3 or something to the effect. Heard he was a great guy, awesome trainer/worker. Always went above and beyond. (sorry if you consider this spam, not a degrading/trash talking comment, SORRY)

It's used throughout an entire division and in the text I believe it says it does not need to be original, so my statement is changed to "I claim that I did not come up with idea, but implemented it into my own squad and other squads eventually and effectively adapted the idea. It was an idea based on giving people the opportunity to give them a chance at deciding if/when/which meeting they could make it to instead of feeling as though they had one chance to make it. This is also a good ofea because it gives members the sense of opinion AND opportunity in KSI, which is also important because when I was new, we had one meeting, if you missed it, boom, you were in trouble." Bright-Idea Any Idea proposed by members that is productive and used widely in KSI, (Does not need to be original, however any creditations must be shared equally) I have created many game modes used inside of my old squad and TW including a sniping squad (HH snipers basically) and thoroughly implemented 2-day weekend meetings that most of TW uses now. Member Assistance Aid KSI members with helping them find answers to general questions. (Must have at least 3 credible witnesses) Will gather witnesses with time, From giving simple advice on the forums to giving out life advice in real life problems. Helped 100's of people on Xbox and on the forums. If I've helped, please comment with evidence in this award. KSI Mentor 5+ People claimed this member as their Mentor. I have mentored many, many, many people. DramaQueen I believe that this is self-explanatory and most people know me for my quarrels with KSI Worstplayer Hot Topic Make a topic on the forums that became a Hot Topic (This only applies to topics that are used to better KSI and is given out at the discretion of the AAP) {-Squad chats and Spam Threads Dont count-} Made a few "HOT TOPICS" Including ones in the Design area and TW area, (May not exist due to time passing) Trainer Trained 30+ members in KSI (Must have Cofounder or higher witness statement) Will have KSI Rocky 7 (my Co-Fo) or Any leaders in TW to confirm this.
