I have the same opinion on the age limit, trust me. I'm just saying the post in general. Some things are better kept to them self. I've learned that.

exactly. Definitely need to show respect to others to maintain our reputation as a great gaming community that others would feel welcomed to be apart of. There do exist other groups of gamers that are in KSI, there is no rule that says we are the only one, nor do we claim to be the real KSI. Our claim is that we are one of the largest gaming communities on Xbox that houses great leaders and respectable members. In fact, I hate to say it, but there are a lot of KSI groups. But in order for our statement to be carried through we need members like yourself to uphold it when you are representing us.

Roman is the type of leader that people wish he could never get promoted. Great mentor, great leader, great guy. Other Division leaders should strive to be exatly the prestige Roman was and still is. Although he is no longer our div leader, he assists us with anything that we need. If there was a problem, it would be solved, and he never used intimidation, but instead friendliness and trust. I could trust him with anything KSI and we alwats talked about our lives too if anything was wrong. Witness, witness, witness. EDIT: I also nominate for bright idea, in which I think everyone would agree that his Summer Bonanza was awesome and I always found it fun. for master recruiter, I heard stories that he literally recruited an entire squad when he was ranking up in KSI. If I hear it from more than one person I know it must be true. Thanks for the leadership Roman! We both know that I may not even be here without your guidance.

An award for being in the military. Pays credit to our armed services. FYI, I am in KSI. LMAO.

Witness to OS. In his 2 weeks in TW he undoubtly recruited and mentored even though he knew no one and was a new place, he called it home and wanted to help it succed.

Maybe the individual involved doesn't exactly qualify or there is debate over the subject. We have an AAP committee for that. If we had rules then we wouldn't put people in charge of debating whether the person involved deserved to be recognized for the awards. Especially one of the most prestigious awards we have.

Suggestion: Make an award in his honor? Maybe somebody could earn his award kind of like outstanding service Lvl 3 or something to the effect. Heard he was a great guy, awesome trainer/worker. Always went above and beyond. (sorry if you consider this spam, not a degrading/trash talking comment, SORRY)

It's used throughout an entire division and in the text I believe it says it does not need to be original, so my statement is changed to "I claim that I did not come up with idea, but implemented it into my own squad and other squads eventually and effectively adapted the idea. It was an idea based on giving people the opportunity to give them a chance at deciding if/when/which meeting they could make it to instead of feeling as though they had one chance to make it. This is also a good ofea because it gives members the sense of opinion AND opportunity in KSI, which is also important because when I was new, we had one meeting, if you missed it, boom, you were in trouble." Member Assistance Aid KSI members with helping them find answers to general questions. (Must have at least 3 credible witnesses) Will gather witnesses with time, From giving simple advice on the forums to giving out life advice in real life problems. Helped 100's of people on Xbox and on the forums. If I've helped, please comment with evidence in this award. KSI Mentor 5+ People claimed this member as their Mentor. I have mentored many, many, many people. Roman is online 24/7 and if he is not online he is still communicating through text and the forums. Heck this guy goes on vacation with his Xbox. Of late I have been contacting Roman with transfers, meetings and other things and he is quick, to the point and always deals with the problem with NO favoritism [doesn't always work out for me ]. Roman has repetitively given me advice and he's the first one to say good job and thank you. In other words this man is a very hard working Div leader and can't wait to see where he ends up, because I know it will be at the top. She is definitely that person that has a ton of experience and gives so much time to KSI. She is one of the most active forum members all time and is online all day and sometimes night. She is someone that anyone can rely on for advice and is someone you can talk to with real life problems. Kiki is an all around awesome member and if you cut her, I bet she will bleed KSI. Vicious is just that guy that deeply cares for what he stands for. Anything this man is affiliated with, you know his 100% dedication will be implied. It's crazy to think that Vicious is only my founder because he has guided me in such a right direction. Not only am I a better person because of him, I'm a better member, general and friend to my guys and everyone I meet. Vicious will go so far out of this way to make something better, it's insane. Currently he is holding a tournament that will pay the winner (a six man team) 4800 points. That is $60 if my math is correct. I asked him how he could spend that much on other people he's never even met. But as the title says I'm going with the person that has worked the hardest this month. Ghettovet, as I call him, is a newly appointed General, and was major before this for quite sometime. Ghettovet is the man in charge at Alpha. If you didn't know, Alpha was not doing well. Just one of those times that people leave and all that nonsense. So who would ever want to be in charge of a squad that is deemed to fail, and thus be the one to go down with the ship? Ghettovet. Not only does he want to be in charge but ghettovet wants to succed. Not one time when he was trying to make General did I hear him say it wasn't fair, I can't do it, I need help; no. He wants it to succed, to prosper. He is doing everything in his power to make it so he does not fail. He cares way to much about his members to see his squad blow up in his face. This is why I nominate ghettovet. I havn't told him this yet, but I think that he is what a General should be like. Great job buddy. KSIxXxAtree86Xx is that one guy that you all know. You know, that guy that plays all the sports, but when he's got free time he's playing video games. He works hard and everyone seems to love him. I'm going to cut straight to the point. Atree is going to be a future leader of KSI. This kid is freakin crazy. Gets up everyday at like 7am, gets on xbox to recruit/mentor, goes to football practice, gets home for an hour to recruit/mentor, goes to baseball scrimiage, comes home to xbox to play with everyone, goes to baseball again, comes home and plays, recruits and mentors till midnight, 1am. HE DOES THIS EVERYDAY. It is crazy to think that one kid can do so much. If you asked what inspired him, it was me and my mouth. He said that one time I mentioned a list of names that everyone can look to and see as someone they can rely on, and he was not on that list. Like magic this guy blew up. He never seems to not be apart of something that I host or recomend. He never seems to not be online or recruiting and mentoring. Recently I split my squad into a new one. And I proudly sent Atree there because I know that wherever he goes good things will come of it. Not only is he one of my hardest workers but my best friends. This guy will go at no end to help build the squad he is in and I'll be damned to not see him at the next General spot after they split. Atree deserves this award for his dedication and his spirit. Amuse recruits, mentors and takes apart of every single part of KSI. Its crazy that every where I go on the forums I see his name; giving advice, expressing his opinion or just creating conversation. He works extremly hard whether its midnight or noon. I see him in a party with someone new everyday and he brings his recruits to meet me. Not only is he doing his job but he goes up and out of his way when he does it. Great member and a great person. Want to know something crazy? He's been in my squad for 10 days... I shouldn't even have to say more. KSI cole 6 is kookoo for KSI. Just like the cocopuffs comercial, Cole is nutz about KSI. He is a Captain of mine in Impulse and I can't think of any other member this month that deserves this award from my point of view. Has one of the highest and most accurate recruit/mentor count in KSI. Impulse TW for the longest time was in the 60's and 70's. I told all my members at one meeting that I need help, I need you guys, I want to split. Hearing this Cole 6 was new to my squad off of a fresh transfer and was looking to do some damage. As my 1st lieutenant I saw no problem in ranking this member up immediatly because of the work he was doing. I told him he was a great asset to our squad and saw no reason to promote him again if the work continued. He responed with recruiting and mentoring. BOOM. He was a 2nd captain before I knew it and our squad was in the 90's. I couldn't belive it. I asked for helped and few responded like Cole did. He literally recruited 15 or twenty of the last 40 members to come into KSI. He didn't just recruit and mentor but he did it in a way that would inspire any new members to come be apart of KSI and love it just as much as he did. One member even posted on the forums how happy he was that Cole showed him the way in. For all these reasons and more thank KSI Cole 6 for everthing he's done and Congratulations for being nominated for not just any award but for member of the month
