Where to begin. Due of the most recent divisional merging of DR and LW, I have had the pleasure to work with this long lasting member of KSI. Though we come from 2 different paths, I see a lot of commonalities and for that, I am here to witness. I had stated before that King was a long lasting member of the community. Once an ES member, then to LW, then DR, CD after his return to Clan Ops, back to LW and now finally in DW. Man, that's a lot of history. A lot of KSI experience. What I find most peculiar is that if he had stayed in DR, then he might've been my Director. Now I know of his past but that's only because since the divisional merge I have talked with him in a substantial amount of parties which had a lot of depth. As far as what he's done within DW in a short time of it's existence is completely remarkable. He quickly rose up the ranks to command the squad Samurai. This was only 1 of 2 squads which resided in the DW merge (from LW's side) so it had high standards to live up to if they didn't want the legacy of LW dying off. Surprisingly he took it upon himself (as one of the most knowledgeable Generals) to not only provide a structure of leadership for his own squad, but also for the other 2 Generals who saw him as a brother of the cause. Whether King likes it or not, he became a nice crutch for the squad to fall back on. He developed his own style of how he wanted Samurai run and over the course of a few months it's numbers grew in one of the healthiest ways possible. Squad event activity arose from nowhere and member retention followed. The atmosphere Samurai created for late night gamer within DWs was unmatched as Elysium favored afternoons and Hannibal equally favoring all times of the day. Again, this type of atmosphere would not be possible if not for Kings unique mentality on how he takes it upon himself to act as the squad should be run. Soon enough he earned his rank to Co-Founder and got the chance to bring the KSI friendly atmosphere he grew within Samurai to expand among all of DW. He's supported DW from start to finish and because of that and his unique personal assets he bring to the table, DW has another outlet for stability. A lot of other things he does kind of look like this: - He actively runs the Rejoin Section as a Moderator. - Reached 7's staff (that I personally know of) in LW and DR. - Helped and supported the DR, CD division split. Mind you its was the first one in years. - Has gone out of his way to pay for name changes in the divisions he's been a part of and also recently in DW has purchased members a few games so they can socialize with the squad better. - Has attained the ranks of PVT - Division Leader (PVT - Gen multiple times). - Member of AAP team. - Division in mind, one of the most fluent forums users in DW. - He continues to deal with issues flawlessly, including being open minded, and seeking out the best solution. This time around I know King will exceed the standards of his past. New division, new hopes. He will go farther in this community than he already has, because his mindset pushes him to show out for the community and DW in turn. He's a very seasoned and level headed leader, and I wish the best for him as he revolutionizes the difference between his past and his future.

Where to begin. The first time I ever met GrimShot he was in the squad Defiant. It had recently split off from the only Xbox 1 squad in the division and was seeing minimal success as a squad due to its General leaving the community, and convincing the officer staff to cause many issues before they themselves departed as well. He was the only officer of 5 who chose to stay and actually help the squad get better. I personally took him under my wing as I had done to many within the division and simply by giving him basic tasks and goals to shoot for Grim accelerated very well within the confines of a squad he was trying to reshape. From the rank of SSGT he arose to eventually run the squad as its general and finally set it on a course of success. He had done as many in KSI do, and are unappreciated for, reviving a squad from extinction. Though, if that were all, I would not be posting here because as it turns out GrimShot's squad (Defiant) was the single greatest and purposeful split of EO. After helping and achieving a squad split, the splitting half of the squad was sent to another squad to reshape its mentality through KSI Skarzx. This split is what graced GrimShot the opportunity to become a Co-Founder which in turn supported the cause for KSI Guyy to become General of Defiant. As mentioned above, many other members who were officers during the Defiant split went on to become Generals and now most of them are Co-Founders in EO. GrimShot had a personal hand in training all of these members. During his time as Co-Founder GrimShot had done many things as well. Actively training squads officer stafs through workshops, hosting and co-hosting EO's divisional Head Hunters team and just doing anything he could for the division to help it move along. He himself is the last of his era of Generals and though the others had found reasons to leave or quit due to frustration and lack of motivation, he chose to progress through the trying times the division had to offer. When issues hit the desk, he wouldn't be afraid to address them no matter from who or what rank they came from. He personally had a hand in reshaping the development of EO both whilst coming up through the ranks and again as he hosted workshops for the division. After Co-Founder he attained the ranks of Founder and now currently sits at Co-Division Leader. Something only few have done within their respective rights in EO. He continues to move the division forward with his consistent work ethic doing things like: - Supporting the divisional push for Gens stats and many other divisional standard upgrades. - Supporting the active movement from Kik chats to Discord Servers. - Just finished recently being an acting General whilst hand training its newest General. - Attained all ranks from PVT to Co-Division Leader, mind you he's not a returning member. - Actively streams and helps support that element of the KSI productions page by providing content. - Was at front runner of the single greatest squad split for the division as far as purpose and depth. - Has had a personal hand in a majority of EO's current leaderships training. - Was a Head Hunters team Captain then assisted in the most recent revision of divisional Head Hunters. - Provides unwavering support for the 7's staff around him by being intensively divisional bound and always has an interest in EO's growth and stability. GrimShot is ultimately active in enough KSI things to keep his mind secular, yet remains loyal to the Division he resides in. Grim continually pushes for the betterment of EO and for this, EO would not be the powerhouse it is.

Where to begin. As a young member within the division Skarz did just about everything he could to create an atmosphere of member retention. Whether it be attending workshops, squad meetings or trying to co-host game nights and it really didn't matter hat rank he was or held because everything he tackled was with a respectful management perspective. This eventually lead to him growing into the officer ranks, which honestly was a breeze. The only things the lower ranks lacked was literally just that, a lower rank, because with the manner and attitude Skarz had, he indefinitely carried himself like a leader. His influence was massive, especially in a time when the Defiant (the squad he was in at the time) was the largest and most ideal in squad in the division. He worked very hard night and day for the squad as far as foreseeing its potential and resolving its issues. Again, because every rank he held was with confidence and the exact mannerisms of a leader. He rightfully earned every promotion and rank due to his impact within the squad and the division as a whole. Eventually he went on to lead a squad, but not in the same way most do. Defiant was split into another squad on the concept of reviving the squad and deleting its old, stubborn mentality, in hopes that it would adapt and change to the new mentality and work ethic. It was tough, but again Skarz got through it with the divisions support. He hand trained his entire staff and in turn trained them to train others. He was super relevant and active as if he personally held every rank. Quick squad growth deems faster and more efficient knowledge to be adapted. He saw himself as the bridge between the two and within a month and a half, the squad was split only because Skarz had personally trained that entire era. During this entire time, he was the first member in a long time to venture into the KSI Departments (Productions to be exact). Usually when members and leaders put forth excessive amounts of effort into multiple things, the turnover rate is very bad. By this time in his KSI career, Skarz had learned the positive effects of time management and how to efficiently balance his schedule. He put forth just as much time into Productions as he did his squad even though the time scales were different. Through perseverance and versatility he used it to his squads, and the divisions, advantage as far as hosting events and EO's KSI outreach through the streaming capabilities. He quickly was noticed by the Departments and rightfully earned the spot as Department Co-Head. Normally as a clan ops leader, I cannot attest to what has or has not been done as far as department ops. But as time went on and I eventually worked with KSI Gary 77 (Productions Head) he also confirmed me suspicions that Skarz was a very healthy asset for the department as a whole. Fast forward a few months and now he's at the Founder position in EO and still the Productions Co-Head. So here goes the cumulative list I can define: - He has held every rank from PVT to Founder, mind you he is not a returning member. - He attained Productions Co-Head and has helped manage and innovate the department in its own right. - He continues to deal with issues flawlessly, including being open minded, and seeking out the best solution. - He has funded and supported one squad split as a Captain, has created another when he was a General and actively supports squad stability as a 7's staff member. - He continues to push people past their known limits to help them achieve better understandings of themselves. - He continues to healthily question the standards around him and change them with logical innovation. - He continues to inspire others by using the basic assets and knowledge of being a refined KSI members insights to help grow and sustain one of the largest divisions in KSI. - He supports the community with monetary value through funding name changes and subscribing to the KSI Twitch channel. - He reaches out to people personally to make sure their life is kosher before dealing with KSI. - He hosts many divisional events so that his impression on EO is not forgotten and so he can stay relevant among the many squads in his division. - He as become more inclined with productions (streaming side) to ehance the balance between him and the head of Productions (KSI Gary 77). - He actively sought to join AAP and become a member of Performance Operations so he can accurately inform members about both refurbished and newly relevant aspects coming to KSI. - He hosted and ran EO's most recent HeadHunters team as the team Manager. - He promotes the knowledge of the forums and its relevancy to any and all members of the community so that they can utilize the forums and help people become more independent. - His act of becoming Co-Head in productions inspired any others within the division to join departments and also pushed them to create their own standards by becoming Co-Heads themselves. And thats all I can think of off the top of my head. I probably missed a lot but thats only because Skarz is a pretty active M*****F*****. So when someone posts his OS lvl2 I'll be around.
