My So O' So messed up story of me, SH, and KSI  (Yes, its long)

(This will be added to more and more eventually) Lets start from the beginning & basics. I was recruited by Robbsta 747 on February 19 in 2012 into Eternal SH. I my first few weeks i had an immensely joyful time and changed my GT after about 2 or so weeks to KSI subJ3ct 115. (And still have that tag!) I was quite not one to be loud or talkative. Around the same time Gamerchix16 and Chuckn0rris were recruited. Those two are what brought me here today. After Me, Chuck, and chix changed our name, around the same time, chuck as annoying as he was, became extremely active and got promoted pretty fast. Me and im were good friends at the time so he persuaded the general KSIxMavrick to Promote me as well. Keep in mind i didn't even really do much. I continually rose through the ranks steadily. (An important note: When i was a captain, SH split into SR and we lost half our squads in SH. There were 4 left, Eternal (Halo), Phantom(Halo), Darkness(MW3), Tactic(halo) When i was a 2CPT, Chuck (1CPT) 

got transferred to a failing squad to assist it and get it running. After that things got hectic. The General Maverick left for no apparent reason, at least i never found out soon after. So the Major (<That WAS a rank) KSI Robbsta 747 was an acting general. But as time progressed, he got fet up with the leadership at the time. (Leaders at the time: Div-Leader- KSI Riku 187   CO-Div - KSI INSOMIA 7  Founder:KSI Normandy 7 Co-Fos- KSI That guy 7 and KSI Paradox 7) So Robbsta left. These two leaving transpired in about 2 weeks. Now, who ws left? Me, the 1CPT. As happy i was that i was next in line for Gen, i never received training to be an officer. The leaders took there chance and Promoted me. The next month is where Sh!t hit the fan. SR was failing, Leaders were inactive and squads failing, meanwhile, Riku left as Div-Leader, which impacted SH Hard. Meanwhile in Eternal, things were moving slowly,we were at 70 or so members but myself and my officers were untrained. Problem was the Leaders were trying to get themselves situated with the loss of riku and at the same time running a division and helping SR. It didnt take long for SR to fail and merged into CE, but there wasnt much left, whatever was there merged into CE and created AV. Back in SH, Tactic wasnt doing to well, they had 40 or so decently active members but chuck became lazy and it was up to KSI Gamerchix (4CPT) to run it, she to wanting 100% ready to take it on. She tried her hardest but Tactic soon fell into Eternal. So SR merged back after about 3-4 months and SH was down to three squads. Soon after that now INSOMNIA was fet up with what was happining and had to attend to his personal life and left as Co-Div. Sh was at a bad spot. 3 Squads, only a Founder and 2 Co-Fos. To make things worse, That Guy 7 (Co-Fo) Left KSI for reasons i never learned. SH was in crisis, Normandy was promoted from Founder to Div-Leader to try and save SH and Paradox became Founder. Someone else worth mentioning KSI Romans 7 (He was an ex-CoFo from when SH split into GZ, Which was before SR.)  Took over Phantom as gen working to try to save it. Sh was able to remain stable. When Romans got Phantom to about 85-90 or so and ready to split, he became a co-Fo over SH. Sh standings were at: 3 squads: Eternal (Still at 70 with little movement, still not trained and in the dark) Darkness (a MW3 squad, Gen was moderately trained with a decent officer staff.) and Phantom with was running well. After Romans became founder, a good friend of his became Gen. KSI VooDoo879

Problem wit VooDoo is that he was extremely lazy and Phantom began to accumulate fluff again and never saw the split. Next thing that happens, were told a General from DR came over and Started a squad from scratch, Outcast SH(MW3), an old SH squad that was there before the SH split. He started it with 5 members and things went well. But then something weird happened that i never fully found out about, the Gen of Darkness left KSI and soon after got DNHed along with what was basicly all of her officer staff. Soon after Darkness started to fall and merged into Outcast. SH Now still at 3 squads, eternal doing the same, Phantom was dropping members due to fluff, and outcast. Next thing that happened is that Normandy now becomes rather lazy and its up to Paradox and Romans to run SH. Romans was a stirn leader and had a sense of what to do but Paradox was a bit untrained for a Founder spot. Keep in mind e was promoted in fear SH was going to fail.  A month or two passed with stagnancy in SH due to untrained leaders and squads, it was hard to get anything done. In October on 2012, Normandy left and joined XGN. I dont know exactly any details but in my eyes i believe he was offered a High ranking placement in XGN because his motto read XGN Senior Director. Now, XLY the gen of outcast becomes fet up and leaves KSI for again reason i dont know. Outcast drops dramatically in numbers and all officers drop out of Outcast. Soon enough Outcast merges into thin air and disappears, why? there was no other CoD MW3 squad in SH. Noe down to two squads: Eternal, which by the way is STILL not doing well, untrained, stagnant, me unable to motivate officers and my self finding it had to get myself motivated. And Phantom which at this point, VooDoo was Kicked out for being inactive. (To Clear any questions you may have, Paradox and Romans were focused on Phantom and working with VooDoo because no1 ever spoke out in Eternal and assumed all was well. Me being fearful of my position never spoke out. ) The next person to take over was KSI Templar 777,a former LS Founder who transferred in Phantom to help. From the outside he was a good guy, but the stories his officers told about him made it questionable of how fit he was to be Gen. They old of how be barked orders and did little himself, all of the officers complained and soon by athority of the higher authority was removed. Next up KSI The Dragon, he was something. He almost in to time brough back Phantom to a split and he did. ( A worthy note: KSI HedgeHog became 2CPT of Phantom soon to be Gen .) Dragon got the split, the frirst one in months. MIST SH was created., and things started to look brighter. as you probably could figure out, Dragon was also next up for a Co_Founder position. Hedige Took over Phantom and KSI Ninja Dude took charge of Mist. For a quick update, things were picking up (Including for eternal finally!!!) But, dragon had his flaws and in time, thing started to get shakey, Ninja Dude was expanding an extreme amount of time into running mist to its maximum capacity.    this acted as almost a sugar rush, this allowed an exponential increase in numbers but not in activity, mist was getting more recruits than it could handle. Members soon got confused and left behind. Miscommunications have seemed to happen quite frequently, soon not long after, this started to crumble in on itself. Only a few months  have passed and mist was in a RISKY position. Dragon began to turn his attention elsewhere.  And and became consumed with mist. A replica has now happened where a majority has been left apart from the care and guidance of any leader for they did not want to lose what was so precious. Since MIST was created, the authorities pointed MIST as a role model. What a lie that became, and we knew it. Im not bashing MIST, for Ninja Dude have been an amazing leader, but history has a tendency to repeat itself and he was rather untrained. He did his best at recruiting but from an outside POV there was  a lack of something... Ninja dude soon took a leave for personal reasons after that and thats when the "Sh!t hit the fan. For the next in line was KSI Kenny. I never got to know him fully due to a short termed, generalcy.  In many eyes he was considered untainted and amazing. But still with a lack of leadership, quickly took its turn and he was unable to mend the wounds of the crumpled squad. MIST soon came to fall and merged with Eternal, Dragons for what he claimed to be more personal reasons, have left soon after. As for the merge, we expected so much, but i was a fool  to expect what was not there. We (Hedgie and me) gained little from the scraps of mist and SH has fell back to the 2-squad trend. For awhile, it was quiet, nothing Major or crazy but life went on.In this time Hedgie was building Phantom to yet "another glory" and guess where the authorities attention went to. Lets step back.Hedgie, former 3Lt in OCTANE FI, transferred in SH Phantom for undiscolsed reasons (to me anyways) He was an immensely amazing leader with good capabilities, he was also a good friend. He soon restord Phantom to a glory and before the split happened, he was offered Co_founder. Quite honestly at this point, i was going down a path of insanity for what was happening . Eternal was stagnant at the time and most were fed up with the '5 Recruitsper week' line they always used on us. KSI, at least to the people in eternal was a >>>FUN<<< gaming community not a clan or Corp. this is what i preached, not recruiting or workshops but fun. This in my belief is what keeped Eternal alive. If you have noticed through out this little parable, it was Very Much like a Corp. Recruiting and growth seem to be what all leaders shove down your throat. This is not what i wanted for my members in the least. Yes Eternal didn't grow as my leaders wanted it to, but there was a connection between my members. A connection only certain squads have theres days, the ability to call themself a genuine family among each other. THe kind you look forward to see, the kind that you can turn to. For crying out loud everyone call each other by first name. This is why i valued what i had done.The leaders never saw this, and that is why this trend of a rise and fall occurred. To get slightly more on track, Hedgie split phantom. Uprising was created. Hedgie did pledge though, he will assist in a rising of eternal, and he did, or Tried to an extent. But it didn't take long for im to realize what we try to desperately get away from on xbox...(To Be continued, my hand i tired of typing, Again)  Updated  1/17/14
