Captain KSI Anansi http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/40532-redneb-isk/ I have issues with trusting others in a position of command, I've never really been the type to really reach out and rely on another person as my right hand or second in command. I believe I can comfortably and happily say that as a general, I trust Nansi as my right hand man, my captain and a dearest friend. I don't believe in favoritism, but seeing that I feel comfortable with someone that started out as a complete stranger and walked with my through the time I was climbing up the ranks who now happens to be my captain, I truly feel I'm supported where I am, I know I wont fall apart knowing I have a strong individual to support me and make sure to keep my squad going. I see him as the neck of my squad per se, I'm the head, but he's keeping everyone in check, making sure things are done and leads by example, I envy him for that. He's always there when needed and actually cares about the well being of the squad, making sure everyone is happy with anything they need due to questions, concerns or simply need assurance about a future game night a sergeant plans to host. For these reasons and going by my judgement, I praise him for the impact he's had on the squad and the work he's done to get where he is, I'm not one to speak of my emotions but I believe he's a great nomination, in my eyes.

I don't regret this decision at all, Gunner has helped me with every single concern, question, anything that came to mind. He rules with an iron fist, keeps everyone in check and does an amazing job as a General. I believe he should receive this award for his dedication, and care for those in his squad that call each other family, I've never felt so welcome anywhere, and seeing that this one man in the position he's in with a lot of others he has to tend to, I felt as if the light was on me, even thought the light's on everyone too. This squad wouldn't be where it is at this very moment without him, I wouldn't be typing this if I didn't feel any kind of appreciation for him. I appreciate everything this man puts into his squad, and I always will. On a personal level, I wouldn't feel at home if it wasn't for him, his camaraderie, and his wisdom. His vision is clear and true, for his squad to go forward and dominate, he's doing beyond perfect at it yet I'm still so amazed by the efforts he puts into all of us in the family. Thank you for everything Gunner, thank you for your guidance, help and assurance.
