SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Stone71 (SL/DYNASTY) Link to forums account - @KSI Stone71 Reasoning why they deserve this - since this individual came back after a tough time with his personal life, at first it didnt seem like he wanted to move back up in the ranks of our squad and was wanting a transfer to another squad. However over the last three weeks he has turned himself and his attitude towards dynasty squad round. At present we are looking at an amazing SGT with the will to hopefully climb the ranks. He is so committed to other members and sticks himself in the deep end if someone else is troubled. An all rounder right here folks

I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and she has stuck with me throughout my hardships, she is always super helpful and extremely kind to all. She is very thoughtful and full of information. She also has an answer to all of my questions and when she doesnt have the answer she refers me to someone that knows within a few minutes. As a captain she is very professional but definitely knows how to let her hair down (anyone that knows her knows what I mean by this). I personally think she deserves this award because of all of these reasons and more

I am witnessing for KSI Sycdan 7 for three main reasons. These are Hard-work, Dedication and Motivation. Hard work - Over the past year that I have been in KSI, I have met my fair share of hardworking people. However, I had never come across someone at this level.I have never in my history in KSI heard of a COFO that has so much work to do and prevail despite whatever people say. Dedication - He also is very dedicated. Saying this, Sycdan has shown what I think of as impossible tasks to be possible and has overcame every hurdle he has been pushed into. By using hard work and determination in a potent mixture, He makes you feel that you can approach him and you would know that he'd get it sorted out. A very relevant example that proves this is a true statement is during our current situation. We are currently running at 177 members over in Toxic Illusion. He is single-handedly holding this division together. He is one of the most active KSI members I know other than myself being about the same. He's approaching each squad and keeping on top of the gens, whilst managing every single transfer and at the same time keeping all of the jobs that aren't even his that he has to do in check. This surely shows that he is more than worthy for the award. Motivation - To top it all off, He is always there for whenever someone is feeling down or depressed. This time last month, I was ready to leave KSI, But he made me stay. Not forcefully but in the fact of he gave me a reason to stay. He guided me and mentored me to the point of being able to become a gen again ( something which I would never of even dreampt of again).
