True has drastically improved the morale of the division overall and has re-energized it in the wake of a very dark time for Demonic Mayhem. True pushes through the demand of her duties and still finds time to be a sweet, caring, engaged individual who has earned her entire division's respect and admiration. I know all of this seems like the normal job of a Founder but the poise and composure she portraits when doing it... it's worthy of mention and then some.Co-FounderGamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Elkram 7 (COFO - DM)Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/30240-ksi-elkram-7/Reasoning why they deserve this - I was really torn between two individuals because they are almost identical in their own respective strengths but I can only pick one and for the sheer fact of how much Elkram has accomplished in such a short amount of time gave him the edge I needed to choose him. Elkram is an amazing leader. In the time that he has been co-founder, he's done an excellent job stepping up and being a forerunner co-founder for Demonic Mayhem. His capacity as a leader knows no bounds and his heart is as boundless as his generosity is. I can't put his worth into words precisely as I want them and this description wont do him the level of justice that it should or that he deserves. If such a thing as 'the perfect leader' exists, he's about the closest thing to it.LTGamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Squeek ([Former: 3LT] 4CPT - DM / Ruthless)Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/21518-squeek/Reasoning why they deserve this - Day after day, week after week, Squeek stepped up to the plate and did her job, and sometimes, did the job of the other officers and myself before I even knew it was getting done. The first week I promoted her to Lieutenant, she wouldn't stop bugging me for our roster so that she could message each individual person to see if they were still active in the squad. I wanted to divide it into three lists for me and the other officers. Before I knew it, she did the entire thing. This isn't the only case of where she's taken it upon herself to do duties far above her 'pay grade'. It's always happening. I can't promote her fast enough to keep her on par with what she does for the squad. What's even better is that she told me she was going to work her butt off for me and I didn't believe her. He has become a valuable member of my officer staff and I could not ask for a better SSGT. He has never, to my knowledge, missed an event that he has scheduled and has gone so far as to host SEVERAL of the other member's events when they couldn't make it. He's a natural leader and always looks for the nicest way possible to handle a situation. Even when his personal TV craps out on him, he finds a neighbor's to use when he has to host something or attend a meeting. I don't know too many people who will go to such lengths for their squad like he does. I'm blessed to have him.

I'm going to update this as much as I can with new ranks and nominations. It's hard to find the profiles that I need, so as I find them, I'll add them in line. Their account was deleted or missing. When he received word of this, he went straight to work trying to find out what happened to the accounts and got them restored quickly. Also, I've had the pleasure of talking to him in multiple Live parties. He's very nice, uplifting, and funny person to talk with. Infinitely knowledgeable. Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSISituation777 (a.k.a. KSI Bandit 777) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/20214-ksi-bandit-77/ Reasoning why they deserve this – There are countless reasons that Bandit deserves this award. She is extremely passionate and protective over Demonic Mayhem that it gives the rest of us the peace of mind that we're safe under her leadership. Her knowledge of KSI procedures impresses me. There's never a “I need to check on this” ever. There's no hesitation in her decisions and she's always fair with how she handles the good and the bad that 'crosses her desk' so-to-speak. Bandit takes a pro-active role in the goings-ons of the individual squads and it makes me feel good to know that she's watching over us.
