Always hungry to improve his knowledge and skills within the squad. When I was on LOA for 2 weeks mid October he was fantastic in managing what needed to be done (despite me not being fully on LOA - my bad!) He is an organised and enthusiastic secretary. Regularly taking attendance and meeting notes and duly posting them to the forums promptly. In addition he creates wonderful schedules with quirky backgrounds for our kik chats. In essence he can truly be relied on, he is the benchmarkand inspiration for my other officers. He wants to be the best and I couldn't ask for a better 2nd captain- he ticks all the boxes.

    AWARD : OUTSTANDING SERVICE AWARD - KSI ELKRAM 7 PROFILE : http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/30240-ksi-elkram-7/ Reason: I believe KSI Elkram 7 should be awarded Outstanding Service as he is always encouraging us generals and motivating us to be better. His timezone is similar to mine which means he is around 6 hours ahead of most members. Additionally he is always available to help and answer questions regardless which squad you are in. After he gives speeches and offers encouragement I always feel empowered and enlightened to carry on bringing up my squad as best I can. His leadership is iconic already and I can only see him progressing further.

    Us guys over in Wrath would like more info on this event . It was covered briefly in our gen meeting last night but because i don't play Minecraft and I'm trying to encourage my squad to use the forum . Any more info would be greatly appreciated.... Fluffle

    Co-FounderGamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI True X - Co Founder -Demonic Mayhem Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/21248-true-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - I have worked closely with True since she joined Wrath, I have never been in another squad but Wrath, I was born and raised here. I have seen many members and officers come and go since joining. True and myself have become close throughout several big set backs for Wrath.... and I feel she has helped me so much with my confidence, knowledge and method of handling the squad so that I was quite ready to reach the rank of General now. She is reliable, fun, caring, compassionate, firm and fair. Even though she is co founder over the xbox one squads, I never feel like I cannot contact her for guidance on Kik or the 360. She looks out for me and is still helping me learn and master my new role - she really is the best Co Founder because she is continuously training and watching out for her officers.
