I am a witness for this. Doc came from difficult circumstances in FN, and as a General, kept that division together to the best of his ability. The issues he faced never made him waver on his dedication or support of KSI. His squad transferred to SH where he kept a smile on his face and went about and beyond to set a standard of educational excellence in his squad. He has recently been promoted to Co-Founder and as such, has once again been tasked with keeping a division together as his Founder is gone for personal reasons and he has no other divisional 7s to depend on. Doc has done more than enough to merit this award and if anything, he is a prime example of the type of member this award ought to go to.

Cannibal has done everything and more of what has been asked of him. He gets himself out there and is always trying to make the KSI experience the best he can for other members. He has taken over a leadership role within the division and has filled some lofty shoes by projecting his personality in everything he does. His willingness to put more on his plate and help out in any way possible is an example for the rest of KSI. I can vouch, 100%, without a doubt, that Cannibal deserves Silver Outstanding. PMA, man.

Silver Outstanding -(Lvl 2)- -[General Rank and higher]- Member out performs all expectations of Rank and Duty. Along with accomplishments that set them above others of the same rank as a shining example of what all KSI members should aspire to become -[Minimum requirement of six months in KSI]- Gold Outstanding -(Lvl 3)- -[-FOUNDER AND HIGHER-]- This award for Founder rank and higher dictates that these members in their time with KSI have shown success in going above all expectations and provided the best legacy for those that follow them. These members are undoubtedly some of the best leaders KSI has seen or produced [-Minimum requirement of 9 months in KSI-] All witness statement must come from people who witnessed Jiggy do this as a Founder or higher. Those witnessing since he returned a few months ago will not satisfy this award form.

I can vouch for Sith for Outstanding Service. He is always trying to improve those around him and he leads by doing, not by ordering. He has been around forever and has never left, despite what happened to his squad in CE. He stuck with it and has been a very important part to Glory GZ's success. Withdrawing my vote, obviously, but I would say he deserves the award without a doubt.

You're right, that would be incredibly hard to do. However, we are working on Divisional Award Ideas at the moment.

(Though I do like the idea... Don't take this denial as us saying the idea isn't good. It simply doesn't meet Hot Topic criteria. But job well done with the idea)
