For one, when a director who normal plays MW3 comes onto Halo : Reach to talk about how the squad is doing and play with the only Reach squad in that division. Also, he puts up with no crap, not from anyone. He will show you over and over how to do something until you get it right. He might be a smart-ass but he gets the job done. He understand a lot of things going on around him. Has been there with us threw several squads merging into us and when the squad has fallen itself, I've seen a lot of members leave from when we were Onyx. There are only 5 original onyx members in the squad, only two of us are officers.
