Hero- goes to any divisional 7 who take responsibility over a troubled member meaning that a member keeps causing trouble or gets in trouble and then is requested to transfer somewhere before worse happens which a divisional 7 aggrees to take that members in and turns that member around to a totally different person only awarded if successful.

I can witness tempah for this though I'm not in his division I used to be and he has showed me a better way to become leader and made me become a better leader and how to help people a lot better and how to handle tough situations and I can say he has been a great mentor to me.

First off he would do anything and help anyone in his division to help the division. He cares about his whole division and does what he can. He refuses to give up no matter what comes in his way. He always gets up and fixes things to better the division and his members. His division was my first division when I rejoined and he seen a lot through me and I earned it and he done everything possible to help me get to where I deserved to be. Yeah me and him didn't get along all the time but he runs a very outstanding division and deserves tons of respect yeah number may not show it but he works his ass off to make his division better and better everyday. He has taught me how to be a good leader and In my opinion his division is one of the best.

Spirit Team 2016 description: for any members or team members who placed in the top 3 during the spirit week tournaments with their team, also the final rankings don't count in this they have to have played on a team that placed in the top 3 on any game. squad recovery description: for any member(s) who come over into a failing squad with less then 20-30 members active and non active, turns the squad around with active members and makes the number go to at least 50-55 in 1 months time.

Is just one hell of and individual and hard worker and deserves to have his spot.
