He's always active with his squad. Meaning he talks to everyone. That's why I think he deserves GEN of the month! He's always attending or hosting squad meetings or Sgt workshops. He nevers ask what he can do for the squad, he just finds things to do then does it without asking. He does take his time so anything he's doing it's done complete and correct. This why I think he deserves this award.
