Die hard; MetalBarbie went through hell and back during the awful poaching from TSB/XDG, she managed to rebuild off of what was lost and continues to rebuild a better squad. Without her efforts the squad wouldn’t be here today & she deserves the award for bringing back her squad from the brink of death. mad max award; This isn’t a surprise that she lost her sanity during the fight for her squads life and all that effort she placed has its costs. She deserves this award just for the insanity she displays on a regular basis in chats & voice chats. Truly one of the best insane members to be around, babbling about nonsense and constantly on the lookout for trouble. Outstanding service level 1; MetalBarbie has done more than the standard work any member should have to do, she lost many members during the poaching and did an absurd amount of effort to rebuild the squad. She holds the events at the cost of her sleep, is supportive towards her members, reaches out to them when needed or just to check in on them and brought in recruit after recruit to establish stability within her squad. She absolutely does extraordinary work for her squad day or night and definitely deserves this award.

She’s always a delight to be around and is always motivated to let people know about what’s new in KSI. She’s a dependable member and is phenomenal at encouraging participation in any event. She participates without hesitation and encourages other members to participate with any event. She sells the events like candy to members and constantly keeps everyone updated with new events or tournaments. She deserves this award because she works hard for the community and has done more than necessary for anyone who asks.

Witness; Silence has gone through so much within KSI that he should require daily solitary confinement with a straight jacket on in his own padded cell. With all the situations that have arose he loses sleep over the shenanigans KSI brings upon him and still manages to go through every situation almost-perfect and in a timely matter. He’s been losing his sanity over the last few weeks and honestly deserves to have his own padded cell.

He takes the time to ensure that all members get equal chances to strive further into the community and goes out of his way to make sure that others are included into our squad activities. He demonstrates good behaviour for members to follow in his lead, brings in more recruits to teach new or old members in the process of recruitment and takes initiative to encourage the members to take their first steps into recruiting by giving them small goals to surpass. When he’s facing a new challenge within KSI he goes for the best possible outcome for all within the community and not just the majority of the group. With out him in this community it wouldn’t be the same, he’s a great person that all our squad members look up to and aspire to be.

Witnessing; I claim Silence as my mentor!! When I rejoined I refused to do anything for KSI and he was the one who convinced me that I could be something. He's a motivational mentor, has influenced a lot of members to be better, and is an excellent leader within KSI. Ask anyone around and they will tell you he's the most involved mentor you could ask for.
