I can witness for this award, madintense back in achillies when he was starting as my staff SGT he ran into alot of issues and alot of problems and still maneged to build his repuation even with him causing alot of problems. He also while going up In the rankings he got into more drama with other members within the squad and maneged to stay loyal and build up his rep with all of the drama he has caused like when he was a CPT and got into it with another CPT in the squad. And still maneged to resolve the drama between him and the other CPT in a brotherly manner, and that built his rep even more the way he solved the issue between them.
